The air outlet 31 and the water outlet 32 are arranged at the bottom of the secondary water-gas separator 3 and are adjacent to each other, the air cavity 7 of the secondary water-gas separator 3 is positioned in the water cavity 6, the lower end of the air cavity 7 is connected with the air outlet 31, the top end of the air cavity 7 extends upwards and is close to the top wall of the water cavity 6, and the top end of the air cavity 7 is provided with an opening 71 so as to be communicated with the upper part of the water cavity 6.
The water inlet 61 on the secondary water-gas separator water cavity 6 is lower than the air inlet 62, and the air inlet 62 on the secondary water-gas separator 3 is adjacent to the top end of the air cavity 7; the bottom wall of the water cavity 6 of the secondary water-gas separator is an inclined surface 8, and the inclined surface 8 extends from high to low towards the water outlet 32.
The working principle is as follows: cold water enters the water heater 1 from the cold water inlet 11, water (a mixture of hot water and steam) is heated and then discharged from the hot water outlet 12 at the top of the water heater 1, the mixture of hot water and steam enters the primary water-gas separator 2, a part of steam is discharged from the upper exhaust port 22 at the upper part of the water cavity 4 (of the primary water-gas separator) and enters the secondary water-gas separator 3, finally, the mixture of hot water and a part of steam enters the secondary water-gas separator 3 through the lower hot water outlet 21, the hot water enters the water cavity and then is discharged from the water outlet 32, most of the steam left in the hot water rises and enters the air cavity 7 and then is discharged through the exhaust port 31, and the secondary (double-layer) water-gas separation is realized in the whole process.
