Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of fluid machinery, and particularly relates to a large-flow portable hydraulic diagonal flow pump. The diagonal flow pump comprises an axial plunger motor, a water pump guide vane body, a water pump impeller, an impeller chamber, a water inlet bell mouth and a motor oil supply and return pipe; the axial plunger motor is arranged in the water pump guide vane body, and the water pump guide vane body serves as a shell of the axial plunger motor; the axial plunger motor comprises an output shaft and a motor oil inlet and outlet pipe end cover; the end cover of the oil inlet and outlet pipe of the motor is connected with a motor oil supply and return pipe, and the other end of the motor oil supply and return pipe extends out of the guide vane body of the water pump and is connected with an external power unit; the water pump impeller is arranged at the end part of the output shaft and is arranged in the impeller chamber and the water inlet bell mouth. The guide vane body and the axial plunger pump are integrally designed, the volume of the central area of the guide vane body is reduced, the important effect on optimizing a flow passage is achieved, the volume of the whole machine is reduced, the weight of the whole machine is reduced, and the portability is improved while the flow is ensured.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of fluid machinery, and particularly relates to a large-flow portable hydraulic diagonal flow pump.
Background
The existing submersible inclined (shaft) flow electric pump is driven by a submersible motor, so that the volume and the weight of the motor are large, the pump body of the water pump is long, the equipment is inconvenient to carry, the work of a water pumping site is inconvenient to expand, and the operation is very inconvenient; for a manual movable (portable) submersible inclined (shaft) flow electric pump, the weight and the volume of the water pump are limited by the maximum manual movable weight because the motor accounts for nearly 50 percent of the total weight of the pump equipment.
The existing portable submersible inclined (axial) flow electric pump reduces the overall weight in two ways. One is convenient, use the water pump of the small discharge; on the other hand, lightweight materials such as cast aluminum alloys are used. However, both methods have disadvantages, namely slow speed and low efficiency of the small-flow water pump; light materials such as cast aluminum alloy are not wear-resistant, and the service life of the water pump is short.
In addition, the electrode insulation of the existing portable submersible inclined (axial) flow electric pump is easy to damage due to aging, water is pumped out in the field, and if the water is pumped out in an emergency in rainy days, in case of wire damage and motor insulation problems, the life safety of an operator can be endangered.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the large-flow portable hydraulic submersible diagonal flow pump, which overcomes the limitation of the application range and the defect of inconvenient carrying of the existing submersible diagonal (axial) flow electric pump, avoids the potential safety hazard caused by the electric leakage factor of the submersible electric pump in rainy days, and better protects the safety of related personnel.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a high-flow portable hydraulic diagonal flow pump comprises an axial plunger motor 7, a water pump guide vane body 6, a water pump impeller 3, an impeller chamber, a water inlet bell mouth 2 and a motor oil supply and return pipe 9; the axial plunger motor 7 is integrated with the water pump guide vane body 6, the axial plunger motor 7 is arranged in the water pump guide vane body 6, and the water pump guide vane body 6 serves as a shell of the axial plunger motor; the axial plunger motor 7 comprises an output shaft 4 and a motor oil inlet and outlet pipe end cover 8; the motor oil inlet and outlet pipe end cover 8 is connected with the motor oil supply and return pipe 9, and the other end of the motor oil supply and return pipe 9 extends out of the water pump guide vane body 6 and is connected with an external power unit; the water pump impeller 3 is arranged at the end part of the output shaft 4, and the water pump impeller 3 is arranged in the impeller chamber and the water inlet bell mouth 2; an external power unit enables oil to enter a motor oil supply and return pipe 9 to drive the axial plunger motor 7 to rotate, the axial plunger motor 7 drives the water pump impeller 3 to rotate, and water is brought into the water pump guide vane body 6 by the water pump impeller 3 through the impeller chamber and the water inlet bell mouth 2 and flows out of the diagonal flow pump through the outlet of the water pump guide vane body 6.
Further, a water pump outlet quick connector 10 is integrally designed at the outlet of the water pump guide vane body 6.
Further, the motor oil inlet and outlet pipe end cover 8 is in a drop shape, so that the water flow loss is reduced.
Further, the external power unit is a mobile hydraulic power unit and provides hydraulic power.

(2) Compared with a submersible inclined axial flow electric pump, the submersible inclined axial flow electric pump has the advantages that the weight which can be moved by a single person is fixed, the space and the weight of the motor are saved by the water pump, and the submersible inclined axial flow electric pump is convenient to use for the water pump, so that the parameters such as the flow power of the water pump can be made larger.
(3) Compared with the submersible inclined axial flow electric pump made of cast aluminum alloy materials, the flow passage components are made of wear-resistant stainless steel materials, and the service life is long.
(4) The outlet of the water pump guide vane body is integrally designed into a water delivery hose quick-change connector, and can be quickly butted with the water delivery hose short quick-change connector, so that the preparation work of a water pumping site is facilitated, and the time is saved.
(5) The invention adopts hydraulic drive, reduces the potential safety hazard caused by possible leakage factors of the electric power consumption of the submerged electric pump in rainy days, and better protects the personal safety of equipment operators and the equipment safety.

As shown in fig. 1, the high-flow portable hydraulic diagonal flow pump comprises an axial plunger motor 7, a water pump guide vane body 6, a water pump impeller 3, an impeller chamber, a water inlet bell mouth 2 and a motor oil supply and return pipe 9; the axial plunger motor 7 is integrated with the water pump guide vane body 6, the axial plunger motor 7 is arranged in the water pump guide vane body 6, and the water pump guide vane body 6 serves as a shell of the axial plunger motor; the axial plunger motor 7 comprises an output shaft 4 and a motor oil inlet and outlet pipe end cover 8; the motor oil inlet and outlet pipe end cover 8 is connected with the motor oil supply and return pipe 9, and the other end of the motor oil supply and return pipe 9 extends out of the water pump guide vane body 6 and is connected with an external power unit; the water pump impeller 3 is arranged at the end part of the output shaft 4, and the water pump impeller 3 is arranged in the impeller chamber and the water inlet bell mouth 2; an external power unit enables oil to enter a motor oil supply and return pipe 9 to drive the axial plunger motor 7 to rotate, the axial plunger motor 7 drives the water pump impeller 3 to rotate, and water is brought into the water pump guide vane body 6 by the water pump impeller 3 through the impeller chamber and the water inlet bell mouth 2 and flows out of the diagonal flow pump through the outlet of the water pump guide vane body 6.
The hydraulic axial plunger motor replaces the conventional submersible motor to drive the water pump, and components such as a drive submersible motor, a bearing component, a transmission shaft, a coupling and the like are not required to be arranged, so that the length and the inner diameter of the pump body are shortened, the weight is light, and the carrying is convenient. The guide vane body and the axial plunger pump are integrally designed, the volume of the central area of the guide vane body is reduced, the important effect on optimizing a flow passage is achieved, the volume of the whole machine is reduced, the weight of the whole machine is reduced, and the portability is improved while the flow is ensured. Compared with a submersible inclined axial flow electric pump, the submersible inclined axial flow electric pump has the advantages that the weight which can be carried by a single person is fixed, the space and the weight of the motor are saved by the water pump, and the water pump can be used, so that parameters such as the flow power of the water pump can be conveniently increased.
The water pump guide vane body 6 is integrated with a water pump outlet quick connector 10 at the outlet, the water pump outlet quick connector 10 is one end of a water delivery hose quick butt joint connector, and the hose quick-change connector is in a hose quick-change connector type and can be quickly butted with a water delivery hose short quick-change connector, so that the preparation work of a water pumping site is facilitated, the time is saved, the site operation weight is reduced, and the water outlet pipe connection time is shortened.

The power of the diagonal flow pump may be adjusted by adjusting the output power of the hydraulic power unit.
A mechanical seal 5 is arranged on the output shaft 4 between the axial plunger motor 7 and the water pump impeller 3 to prevent dirt from entering and damaging the axial plunger motor 7.
The impeller chamber and the water inlet bell mouth 2 are provided with a water inlet filter screen 1, so that large impurities are prevented from entering a water pump flow passage to damage a water pump; the water inlet filter screen 1 is detachably or integrally arranged in the impeller chamber and the water inlet bell mouth 2.
The water pump guide vane body 6, the water pump impeller 3, the impeller chamber and the water inlet bell mouth 2 are made of stainless steel wear-resistant materials, and the service life is long.
The water pump impeller 3 is a semi-open impeller.
By combining the effects, the large-flow portable hydraulic oblique flow pump provided by the invention is more convenient and faster to be applied to the fields of flood control, emergency drainage, water diversion, drought resistance, irrigation and the like.

A large-flow portable hydraulic diagonal flow pump is characterized by comprising an axial plunger motor (7), a water pump guide vane body (6), a water pump impeller (3), an impeller chamber, a water inlet bell mouth (2) and a motor oil supply and return pipe (9); the axial plunger motor (7) is integrated with the water pump guide vane body (6), the axial plunger motor (7) is arranged in the water pump guide vane body (6), and the water pump guide vane body (6) serves as a shell of the axial plunger motor (7); the axial plunger motor (7) comprises an output shaft (4) and a motor oil inlet and outlet pipe end cover (8); the motor oil inlet and outlet pipe end cover (8) is connected with a motor oil supply and return pipe (9), and the other end of the motor oil supply and return pipe (9) extends out of the water pump guide vane body (6) and is connected with an external power unit; the water pump impeller (3) is arranged at the end part of the output shaft (4), the water pump impeller (3) is arranged in the impeller chamber and the water inlet bell mouth (2), the water pump impeller (3) is a semi-open impeller, and the front end of the water pump impeller (3) is positioned at the narrowest section of the impeller chamber and the water inlet bell mouth (2); an external power unit enables oil to enter and drive the axial plunger motor (7) to rotate through the motor oil supply and return pipe (9), the axial plunger motor (7) drives the water pump impeller (3) to rotate, water is brought into the water pump guide vane body (6) by the water pump impeller (3) through the impeller chamber and the water inlet bell mouth (2), and flows out of the diagonal flow pump through an outlet of the water pump guide vane body (6); the motor oil inlet and outlet pipe end cover (8) is in a water drop shape with a smooth radian on the surface so as to reduce water flow loss; the water pump guide vane body (6), the water pump impeller (3), the impeller chamber and the water inlet bell mouth (2) are all made of wear-resistant stainless steel materials; a water pump outlet quick connector (10) is integrated at the outlet of the water pump guide vane body (6); a mechanical seal (5) is arranged on an output shaft (4) between the axial plunger motor (7) and the water pump impeller (3) to prevent dirt from entering and damaging the axial plunger motor (7); a water inlet filter screen (1) is arranged on the impeller chamber and the water inlet bell mouth (2) to prevent large impurities from entering a water pump flow passage to damage the water pump; the water inlet filter screen (1) is detachably or integrally arranged on the impeller chamber and the water inlet bell mouth (2).
