Abstract
本发明属于汽车零部件技术领域。一种涡轮增压式汽车尾气净化装置,包括排气筒、设置在排气筒上的脱硫脱硝助推组件、前撑混合组件、中撑消音组件和后撑净化组件。本申请采用涡轮结构实现对整个排气过程中推进作用,从而保障整个工艺的有效实施,其能够借助于尾气和脱硫脱硝助推组件的设计,促使涡轮高速旋转,并对整个排气筒进行增压排气,从而保障了其各段的有效实施;本申请能够通过脱硫脱硝溶液与尾气的充分混合,从而实现脱硫和脱销,同时能够消音板实现消音,通过过滤网能够过滤烟气发硬后所产生的结晶微粒,避免结晶微粒对大气的污染,本申请还通过净化框的设计,能够实现其他有害物质的物理吸收。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车零部件技术领域,具体涉及一种涡轮增压式汽车尾气净化装置。
背景技术
随着汽车的普及,汽车数量越来越多,其所排放的尾气对环境的污染越来越大,因此对于汽车尾气的处理一直是众多公司所追求的创新项目,而尾气处理由于空间有限,位置相对暴露,其不仅无法通过安装过多的元器件和实施过多处理工艺进行尾气的处理,而且在进行整个尾气净化过程中,需要考虑的有排风的顺畅性和噪音等问题,这些都很难做到一致性优化设计。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题和不足,本发明提供一种结构设计合理、紧凑,稳定性好,能够大大提高尾气的处理效率和排气的流畅性的涡轮增压式汽车尾气净化装置。
为解决上述问题,所采取的技术方案是:
一种涡轮增压式汽车尾气净化装置,包括排气筒、设置在排气筒上的脱硫脱硝助推组件、前撑混合组件、中撑消音组件和后撑净化组件;
所述脱硫脱硝助推组件包括固定在排气筒上的外套管、套设在外套管内的内套管、与内套管连接的反应溶液输液管、和与外套管连通的助推输送管,所述内套管的内端部设置有雾化喷头;
所述前撑混合组件包括轴向设置的前撑柱和设置在前撑柱与排气筒的内壁之间的支撑筋;所述后撑净化组件包括轴向设置的后撑柱、和设置在后撑柱与排气筒的内壁之间的支撑筋;在前撑柱和后撑柱之间枢接设置有转轴,转轴的两端分别设置有前增压涡轮和后排气涡轮;
所述中撑消音组件包括设置在排气筒内壁中的消音板,所述消音板中部设置有与转轴对应的通孔;所述消音板前侧的转轴上固定设置有圆柱状镂空结构的混合套管,消音板后侧的转轴上设置有球状镂空结构的净化框,所述净化框内设置有净化剂。
在与混合套管对应的排气筒的内壁上设置有收口状的导风套,在与净化框对应的排气筒的内壁上设置有张口状的导风套。
所述排气筒的外壁上设置有温差发电器和防护外套管。
所述混合套管与转轴之间设置有连接筋板,且在与混合套管的两端对应的转轴上均设置有增压风轮;所述增压风轮相对于前增压涡轮和后排气涡轮呈反向安装,转轴旋转时,增压风轮产生阻止两端口进出气的风阻。
所述排气筒呈拼装式结构,其包括前筒壁、中筒壁和后筒壁。
所述消音板后侧设置有过滤网,过滤网的目数为130目~180目。
与净化框对应的导向套上枢接设置有多组限位压杆,所述限位压杆与导向套之间设置有扭簧。
采用上述技术方案,所取得的有益效果是:

下面结合具体实施例及附图对本发明进一步详细说明,但本发明不限于这些实施例。
参见图1,本发明一种涡轮增压式汽车尾气净化装置,包括排气筒1、设置在排气筒上的脱硫脱硝助推组件、前撑混合组件、中撑消音组件和后撑净化组件;所述脱硫脱硝助推组件包括固定在排气筒上的外套管2、套设在外套管内的内套管3、与内套管连接的反应溶液输液管4、和与外套管连通的助推输送管5,反应溶液输液管连通有输送泵,助推输送管连通有风机,所述内套管3的内端部设置有雾化喷头6;所述前撑混合组件包括轴向设置的前撑柱7和设置在前撑柱与排气筒的内壁之间的支撑筋8;所述后撑净化组件包括轴向设置的后撑柱9、和设置在后撑柱与排气筒的内壁之间的支撑筋8;在前撑柱和后撑柱之间枢接设置有转轴10,转轴的两端分别设置有前增压涡轮11和后排气涡轮12;所述中撑消音组件包括设置在排气筒内壁中的消音板13,所述消音板中部设置有与转轴对应的通孔;所述消音板前侧的转轴上固定设置有圆柱状镂空结构的混合套管14,消音板后侧的转轴上设置有球状镂空结构的净化框15,所述净化框内设置有净化剂。
在与混合套管对应的排气筒的内壁上设置有收口状的导风套16,在与净化框对应的排气筒的内壁上设置有张口状的导风套。
所述排气筒的外壁上设置有温差发电器18和防护外套管17。
所述混合套管与转轴之间设置有连接筋板19,且在与混合套管的两端对应的转轴上均设置有增压风轮20;所述增压风轮相对于前增压涡轮和后排气涡轮呈反向安装,转轴旋转时,增压风轮产生阻止两端口进出气的风阻,排气筒呈拼装式结构,其包括前筒壁、中筒壁和后筒壁,所述消音板后侧设置有过滤网21,过滤网的目数为130目~180目,与净化框对应的导向套上枢接设置有多组限位压杆22,所述限位压杆与导向套之间设置有扭簧。

Claims (7)
1.一种涡轮增压式汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:包括排气筒、设置在排气筒上的脱硫脱硝助推组件、前撑混合组件、中撑消音组件和后撑净化组件;
所述脱硫脱硝助推组件包括固定在排气筒上的外套管、套设在外套管内的内套管、与内套管连接的反应溶液输液管、和与外套管连通的助推输送管,所述内套管的内端部设置有雾化喷头;
所述前撑混合组件包括轴向设置的前撑柱和设置在前撑柱与排气筒的内壁之间的支撑筋;所述后撑净化组件包括轴向设置的后撑柱、和设置在后撑柱与排气筒的内壁之间的支撑筋;在前撑柱和后撑柱之间枢接设置有转轴,转轴的两端分别设置有前增压涡轮和后排气涡轮;
所述中撑消音组件包括设置在排气筒内壁中的消音板,所述消音板中部设置有与转轴对应的通孔;所述消音板前侧的转轴上固定设置有圆柱状镂空结构的混合套管,消音板后侧的转轴上设置有球状镂空结构的净化框,所述净化框内设置有净化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涡轮增压式汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:在与混合套管对应的排气筒的内壁上设置有收口状的导风套,在与净化框对应的排气筒的内壁上设置有张口状的导风套。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涡轮增压式汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述排气筒的外壁上设置有温差发电器和防护外套管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涡轮增压式汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述混合套管与转轴之间设置有连接筋板,且在与混合套管的两端对应的转轴上均设置有增压风轮;所述增压风轮相对于前增压涡轮和后排气涡轮呈反向安装,转轴旋转时,增压风轮产生阻止两端口进出气的风阻。
5.根据权利要求1所述的涡轮增压式汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述排气筒呈拼装式结构,其包括前筒壁、中筒壁和后筒壁。
6.根据权利要求1所述的涡轮增压式汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述消音板后侧设置有过滤网,过滤网的目数为130目~180目。
7.根据权利要求1所述的涡轮增压式汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:与净化框对应的导向套上枢接设置有多组限位压杆,所述限位压杆与导向套之间设置有扭簧。
