本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种节能型防火隔墙板。
背景技术
现有建筑装饰行业中所采用的隔墙板,一般是由外墙板、粘合剂和填充料组成,其中填充料所采用的材料一般为大块的纯泡沫塑料,这种结构的隔墙板,虽然具有轻质、保温、吸音、防震等特点,但是也存在着缺陷,因为泡沫塑料极易燃烧,即使在使用自熄级的泡沫塑料时,在明火中同样能燃烧,且在燃烧过程中容易放出有毒气体和烟雾。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种节能型防火隔墙板。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:一种节能型防火隔墙板,包括外表层、防火材料层及中间层;所述防火材料层设置在中间层的两侧;所述外表层设置在防火材料层的外侧。
所述外表层为薄铝片制成的外表层。

参考图1,如图1所示,一种节能型防火隔墙板,包括外表层1、防火材料层2及中间层3;所述防火材料层2设置在中间层3的两侧;所述外表层1设置在防火材料层2的外侧。
所述外表层1为薄铝片制成的外表层1。
所述防火材料层2为石棉材料制成的防火材料层2。
所述中间层3为四周为铝合金骨架的空心的中间层3。
所述外表层1和防火材料层2之间用胶粘接;所述防火材料层2和中间层3之间用胶粘接。
本发明成本低,轻便,不易着火,外表美观。
