Description

本发明涉及一种荧光彩画装饰镜的制造工艺，属于荧光字画的制作技术。
目前，现有的荧光字画种类繁多，其制造工艺是将调配成浆状的荧光彩色材料涂覆于基板的表面上而形成凸凹不平的画面，这种荧光字画虽然具有立体感较强的优点，但由于荧光材料直接暴露在外部，凸凹不平的画易被灰尘污染，个别有脱落现象。
本发明就是针对上述荧光画制作工艺中的不足而提供一种荧光彩画装饰镜的制造工艺。用此工艺制造出的产品，具有发光效果好，擦拭灰尘时不损伤画面、不脱落的特点。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术措施来实现的：在玻璃板的一侧面上，按预定图案涂覆已调配成浆状的荧光材料，经固化后将涂有荧光材料面的玻璃板经制镜工艺中的镀银或镀膜处理即可。
使用本发明的工艺所制做出来的荧光彩画装饰镜，由于具有极强的反光面和玻璃保护面，具有荧光效果好，不易被灰尘污染的优点，因而保持了原有的观赏价值。它即可做画面观赏，又可当镜子使用。
下面将进一步详细描述本发明实施例中的最佳工艺过程，在一块厚度为3mm去污后的玻璃板一面上，按图案涂覆其厚度在0.1～1.5mm之间，已调配成浆状的荧光材料，其中涂覆方法可用笔杆滩涂或漏制方法进行，待自然固化后，将涂覆荧光材料图案的玻璃板面，进行制镜工艺中的镀银或镀膜处理，即可得到荧光彩画装饰镜。

1、一种荧光彩画装饰镜的制造工艺，其特征是在玻璃板的一侧面上，按预定图案涂覆已调配成浆状的荧光材料，经固化后将涂有荧光材料面的玻璃板经制镜工艺中的镀银成镀膜处理即可。
2、根据权利要求1所述荧光彩画装饰镜的制造工艺，其特征是涂覆方法可用笔杆滩涂或漏制方法进行，涂覆荧光材料的厚度为0.1～1.5mm。
