本发明涉及一种吸附烟气降低伤害的水松纸的制备方法,属于香烟材料技术领域。
背景技术
吸烟是人类的一大嗜好,但卷烟烟雾中含有多种有毒物质,吸烟后这些有害成份沉积在人体内会引发肺部、呼吸道以及胃部等脏器产生多种疾病,如咳嗽痰喘、咽炎等,每吸一口烟至少会产生10万个自由基,就有可能导致全身性的癌症、加速癌细胞生长、造成许多慢性病,吸烟也会增加心血管疾病和脑卒中的发病率。此外,烟能刺激肝脏产生药物代谢酶,加速药物的代谢,降低血液药物浓度,从而降低药物疗效,所以对于正在患病需要服药的患者来说,吸烟无异于雪上加霜。虽然吸烟有害健康,但大多烟民仍难于戒掉,随着人们对健康的关注越来越高,近年来,“吸烟与健康”问题已越来越受到重视,人们对卷烟提出了更高的要求,不但要求其具有很好的口感,而且要能降低卷烟对人体的危害。
发明内容

技术方案:本发明提供的一种吸附烟气降低伤害的水松纸,由以下重量份的组份制成:松木浆100份、竹浆10-30份、氧化铝1-3份、二氧化硅1-3份、硅藻土2-4份、白土1-3分、沸石粉2-4份、四氧化三铁1-3份、蛭石1-3份、硅酸钙1-3份、麦饭石1-3份、膨润土1-3份、薄荷1-3份、艾叶1-3份。
作为优选,由以下重量份的组份制成:松木浆100份、竹浆15-25份、氧化铝2-3份、二氧化硅2-3份、硅藻土3-4份、白土2-3分、沸石粉3-4份、四氧化三铁2-3份、蛭石2-3份、硅酸钙2-3份、麦饭石2-3份、膨润土2-3份、薄荷2-3份、艾叶2-3份。
作为另一种优选,由以下重量份的组份制成:松木浆100份、竹浆20份、氧化铝2份、二氧化硅2份、硅藻土3份、白土2分、沸石粉3份、四氧化三铁2份、蛭石2份、硅酸钙2份、麦饭石2份、膨润土2份、薄荷2份、艾叶2份。
本发明还提供了上述吸附烟气降低伤害的水松纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将薄荷、艾叶清洗干净,40-50℃条件下干燥1-2小时后,粉碎,制成100-200目的混合粉末;
(2)将氧化铝、二氧化硅、硅藻土、白土、沸石粉、四氧化三铁、蛭石、硅酸钙、麦饭石、膨润土混合后加入5-10倍量水中,搅拌1-2h,得悬浮液;
(3)将松木浆、竹浆混合,加入步骤(2)制得的悬浮液,搅拌1-2h,加入步骤(1)制得的混合粉末,加热至40-50℃,搅拌3-5h;得浆料;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的浆料过滤,经网部及压榨部成形脱水,然后在90-110℃条件下电热鼓风3-5分钟后取出,最后在光机上进行压光,取出后即得水松纸原纸。
有益效果:本发明提供的吸附烟气降低伤害的水松纸加入了氧化铝、二氧化硅、硅藻土、白土、沸石粉、四氧化三铁、蛭石、硅酸钙、麦饭石、膨润土等原料,并合理配比,具有非常优异的过滤烟气的效果,此外,添加了其他材料,可以有效改善口气。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作出进一步说明。
实施例1
吸附烟气降低伤害的水松纸,由以下重量份的组份制成:松木浆100份、竹浆10-30份、氧化铝1份、二氧化硅1份、硅藻土2份、白土1分、沸石粉2份、四氧化三铁1份、蛭石1份、硅酸钙1份、麦饭石1份、膨润土1份、薄荷1份、艾叶1份。
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将薄荷、艾叶清洗干净,40-50℃条件下干燥1-2小时后,粉碎,制成100-200目的混合粉末;
(2)将氧化铝、二氧化硅、硅藻土、白土、沸石粉、四氧化三铁、蛭石、硅酸钙、麦饭石、膨润土混合后加入5-10倍量水中,搅拌1-2h,得悬浮液;
(3)将松木浆、竹浆混合,加入步骤(2)制得的悬浮液,搅拌1-2h,加入步骤(1)制得的混合粉末,加热至40-50℃,搅拌3-5h;得浆料;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的浆料过滤,经网部及压榨部成形脱水,然后在90-110℃条件下电热鼓风3-5分钟后取出,最后在光机上进行压光,取出后即得水松纸原纸。
实施例2
吸附烟气降低伤害的水松纸,由以下重量份的组份制成:松木浆100份、竹浆15-25份、氧化铝3份、二氧化硅3份、硅藻土4份、白土3分、沸石粉4份、四氧化三铁3份、蛭石3份、硅酸钙3份、麦饭石3份、膨润土3份、薄荷3份、艾叶3份。
其制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
吸附烟气降低伤害的水松纸,由以下重量份的组份制成:松木浆100份、竹浆20份、氧化铝2份、二氧化硅2份、硅藻土3份、白土2分、沸石粉3份、四氧化三铁2份、蛭石2份、硅酸钙2份、麦饭石2份、膨润土2份、薄荷2份、艾叶2份。
其制备方法同实施例1。

Claims (3)

1.一种吸附烟气降低伤害的水松纸的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将薄荷、艾叶清洗干净,40-50℃条件下干燥1-2小时后,粉碎,制成100-200目的混合粉末;
(2)将氧化铝、二氧化硅、硅藻土、白土、沸石粉、四氧化三铁、蛭石、硅酸钙、麦饭石、膨润土混合后加入5-10倍量水中,搅拌1-2h,得悬浮液;
(3)将松木浆、竹浆混合,加入步骤(2)制得的悬浮液,搅拌1-2h,加入步骤(1)制得的混合粉末,加热至40-50℃,搅拌3-5h;得浆料;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的浆料过滤,经网部及压榨部成形脱水,然后在90-110℃条件下电热鼓风3-5分钟后取出,最后在光机上进行压光,取出后即得水松纸原纸;其中,松木浆100份、竹浆10-30份、氧化铝1-3份、二氧化硅1-3份、硅藻土2-4份、白土1-3分、沸石粉2-4份、四氧化三铁1-3份、蛭石1-3份、硅酸钙1-3份、麦饭石1-3份、膨润土1-3份、薄荷1-3份、艾叶1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸附烟气降低伤害的水松纸,其特征在于:由以下重量份的组份制成:松木浆100份、竹浆15-25份、氧化铝2-3份、二氧化硅2-3份、硅藻土3-4份、白土2-3分、沸石粉3-4份、四氧化三铁2-3份、蛭石2-3份、硅酸钙2-3份、麦饭石2-3份、膨润土2-3份、薄荷2-3份、艾叶2-3份。
