本发明公开了一种护肤香皂及其制备方法,由以下质量份数配方成分组成:鼠李糖10‑12份、盐酸洗必泰6‑8份、黄连6‑8份、车前子5‑7份、白头翁4‑6份、仙鹤草3‑7份、羊毛脂7‑9份、艾叶4‑8份、生漆3‑5份、蒲公英4‑6份、花瓣香精4‑8份、皂基10‑20份、改性壳聚糖7‑9份、烷基两性醋酸钠4‑6份,本发明配方合理、成本低廉,杀菌去污效果明显、且对皮肤无刺激性。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗涤剂领域,具体而言涉及一种护肤香皂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们对健康的越来越重视,具有杀菌消毒功能的香皂受到消费者的青睐。目前,市场上销售的消毒杀菌皂大多数是添加了化学杀菌剂。如添加了硫磺的硫磺皂等。目前市场上,具有杀菌功能的香皂,主要是具有杀死普通的大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的特性。
目前由于香皂是公共场所洗涤用品的首选,但现有的香皂普遍存在低温洗涤去污力不强,存在对皮肤的刺激性等缺点,本产品采用纯天然物质,温和无刺激,全身适用,清新怡人,促进皮肤新陈代谢,提高皮肤毛细血管的抵抗力,及时补充水分,避免因去角质导致的干涩等不适感,具有一定的美容滋润作用。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种护肤香皂及其制备方法,本发明配方合理、成本低廉,杀菌去污效果明显、且对皮肤无刺激性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种护肤香皂及其制备方法,由以下质量份数配方成分组成:鼠李糖10-12份、盐酸洗必泰6-8份、黄连6-8份、车前子5-7份、白头翁4-6份、仙鹤草3-7份、羊毛脂7-9份、艾叶4-8份、生漆3-5份、蒲公英4-6份、花瓣香精4-8份、皂基10-20份、改性壳聚糖7-9份、烷基两性醋酸钠4-6份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:鼠李糖10份、盐酸洗必泰6份、黄连6份、车前子5份、白头翁4份、仙鹤草3份、羊毛脂7份、艾叶4份、生漆3份、蒲公英4份、花瓣香精4份、皂基10份、改性壳聚糖7份、烷基两性醋酸钠4份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:鼠李糖11份、盐酸洗必泰7份、黄连7份、车前子6份、白头翁5份、仙鹤草5份、羊毛脂8份、艾叶6份、生漆4份、蒲公英5份、花瓣香精6份、皂基15份、改性壳聚糖8份、烷基两性醋酸钠5份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:鼠李糖12份、盐酸洗必泰8份、黄连8份、车前子7份、白头翁6份、仙鹤草7份、羊毛脂9份、艾叶8份、生漆5份、蒲公英6份、花瓣香精8份、皂基20份、改性壳聚糖9份、烷基两性醋酸钠6份。
步骤一、将上述皂基、羊毛脂分别放入≤70℃温度融化;
步骤二、将步骤一融化的皂基和羊毛脂与上述的鼠李糖、花瓣香精、盐酸洗必泰搅拌混合均匀;
步骤三、往步骤二的混合物中加入上述的剩余原料,搅拌,混合均匀;
步骤四、将搅拌好的皂液倒入模具中,置入45℃保温箱保温定型24h,在常温下皂化4-8周,包装,即得所述护肤香皂。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明配方合理、成本低廉;
2、本发明杀菌去污效果明显、且对皮肤无刺激性。

一种护肤香皂由以下质量份数配方成分组成:鼠李糖10份、盐酸洗必泰6份、黄连6份、车前子5份、白头翁4份、仙鹤草3份、羊毛脂7份、艾叶4份、生漆3份、蒲公英4份、花瓣香精4份、皂基10份、改性壳聚糖7份、烷基两性醋酸钠4份。

一种护肤香皂的制备方法制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将上述皂基、羊毛脂分别放入≤70℃温度融化;
步骤二、将步骤一融化的皂基和羊毛脂与上述的鼠李糖、花瓣香精、盐酸洗必泰搅拌混合均匀;
步骤三、往步骤二的混合物中加入上述的剩余原料,搅拌,混合均匀;
步骤四、将搅拌好的皂液倒入模具中,置入45℃保温箱保温定型24h,在常温下皂化4-8周,包装,即得所述护肤香皂。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种护肤香皂,其特征在于:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:
鼠李糖10份、盐酸洗必泰6份、黄连6份、车前子5份、白头翁4份、仙鹤草3份、羊毛脂7份、艾叶4份、生漆3份、蒲公英4份、花瓣香精4份、皂基10份、改性壳聚糖7份、烷基两性醋酸钠4份。

5.一种根据权利要求1所述的一种护肤香皂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将上述皂基、羊毛脂分别放入≤70℃温度融化;
步骤二、将步骤一融化的皂基和羊毛脂与上述的鼠李糖、花瓣香精、盐酸洗必泰搅拌混合均匀;
步骤三、往步骤二的混合物中加入上述的剩余原料,搅拌,混合均匀;
步骤四、将搅拌好的皂液倒入模具中,置入45℃保温箱保温定型24h,在常温下皂化4-8周,包装,即得所述护肤香皂。
