The on-off valve 3 may be positioned inside the main urine pipe 1 a. This reduces the number of parts in contact with the patient, improves the comfort of carrying the urinary catheter, and further reduces the risk of infection.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a switch valve according to an embodiment of the invention; fig. 3 is a schematic view of the switching valve shown in fig. 2 in a conducting state.
Specifically, the on-off valve 3 may include a first body 31 and a second body 32 that is slidable laterally with respect to the first body 31. It should be noted that the transverse direction described herein means a radial direction along the main urine pipe 1 a. A laterally extending elastic member 33 is further provided between the first body 31 and the second body 32.
The first body 31 is provided with a first passage for communicating the urine inlet and the urine outlet, and the second body 32 blocks the first passage in a normal state; when the second body 32 is pressed to move laterally to a predetermined position, the first passage is conducted, i.e., the urine inlet and the urine outlet are conducted through the first passage, and the second body 32 compresses or stretches the elastic member 33 during the movement.
When the pressing force on the second body 32 is removed, the second body 32 is restored to the original position by the restoring force of the elastic member 33, and the first channel is blocked again.
That is to say, when the patient needs to urinate, the second body 32 can be manually pressed to move transversely relative to the first body 31, so that the first passage is communicated, and then the communication between the urine inlet and the urine outlet is realized.
Further, the second body 32 in the above-described embodiment may be provided with a second passage 32a, and the first passage is conducted through the second passage 32 a. That is, after the second body 32 is pressed to move transversely to a predetermined position, the first channel is conducted through the second channel 32 a.
The structure of the first channel may take a variety of forms, and one specific embodiment of the first channel is given below.
Referring to fig. 2 again, in a specific embodiment, the first body 31 has a valve cavity 311 with an open end therein, the first body 31 is provided with a first through hole 312 and a second through hole 313 communicating with the valve cavity 311, and the first through hole 312, the valve cavity 311 and the second through hole 313 form a first passage. The second body 32 is transversely arranged in the valve cavity 311 from the opening, the second body 32 is circumferentially sealed with the inside of the valve cavity 311, the second body 32 is partially exposed out of the valve cavity 311 in a normal state, and the part positioned in the valve cavity 311 blocks the first through hole 312 or the second through hole 313. The elastic member 33 may be connected between an inner end of the second body 32 and the inside of the valve chamber 311, and compresses the elastic member 33 when the second body 32 and the first body 31 are pressed for relative movement.
The elastic member 33 is preferably a spring, but may be other members capable of extending and contracting.
In order to reduce the difficulty of processing the second channel 32a, the second channel 32a may be a vertically-arranged through hole, that is, the first through hole 312 and the second through hole 313 are coaxially arranged.
In this embodiment, the first body 31 is configured as the valve cavity 311, so that the weight of the on-off valve 3 can be reduced as much as possible, the traction force of the on-off valve 3 on the bladder due to the gravity of the on-off valve 3 can be reduced, and the influence of the catheterization device on the body of the patient can be reduced. And the second body 32 is partially located outside the valve cavity 311, facilitating the patient to press the second body 32.

In another embodiment, the second body 32 may include a spool shaft 321 and a seal cap 322, both of which are slidably disposed laterally inside the valve cavity 311; the spool shaft 321 and the seal cap 322 are laterally juxtaposed. The spool shaft 321 is circumferentially sealed to the valve chamber 311.
The elastic member 33 may specifically include a first elastic member 331 and a second elastic member 332; also, the first and second elastic members 331 and 332 may be both springs. The first elastic component 331 is arranged between the inner end of the valve core shaft 321 and the inner wall of the valve cavity 311, and the second channel 32a is arranged on the valve core shaft 321; the second elastic component 332 is disposed between the sealing cover 322 and the inner wall of the valve cavity 311, in a normal state, the valve core shaft 321 is partially exposed outside the opening of the valve cavity 311, and the sealing cover 322 covers the first through hole 312 or the second through hole 313. Fig. 4 shows an embodiment in which the sealing cap 322 closes off the second through-hole 313. Through reasonable structural arrangement, the sealing cover 322 can also block the first through hole 312, and the description is omitted here.
When the valve core shaft 321 and the first body 31 are pressed to move transversely, the valve core shaft 321 pushes the sealing covers 322 to move transversely rightward together, that is, the valve core shaft 321 pushes the sealing covers 322 away from the first through hole 312 or the second through hole 313, and when the valve core shaft 321 moves to a predetermined position, the first through hole 312 and the second through hole 313 are communicated through the second channel 32a on the valve core shaft 321.
The spool shaft 321 compresses the first elastic member 331 during rightward movement; the sealing cover 322 compresses the second elastic member 332 during the process of moving rightward, so that when the external force on the valve plug shaft 321 is removed, the valve plug shaft 321 and the sealing cover 322 return to the original positions under the restoring forces of the first elastic member 331 and the second elastic member 332, respectively, i.e., the sealing cover 322 blocks the first through hole 312 or the second through hole 313.
In this embodiment, the second body 32 includes a spool shaft 321 and a sealing cover 322, which are respectively connected to the valve cavity 311 via the first elastic component 331 and the second elastic component 332, so that when the first elastic component 331 fails, the sealing cover 322 can be restored to the original position under the action of the second elastic component 332, thereby increasing the reliability of the urinary catheterization device.
In order to prevent urine from flowing out due to the random sliding of the sealing cap 322, the following arrangement is also possible.
Further, the inner wall of the valve cavity 311 in the above embodiment may further be provided with a recessed slide rail, the slide rail extends transversely, and a slide rail that is matched with the slide rail to slide is disposed at a corresponding position of the sealing cover 322. The slide rail is of a concave structure, and correspondingly the slide way is of a convex structure. When the sealing cover 322 is pushed transversely, the slide way of the sealing cover 322 can move along the slide rail, so that the action reliability of the sealing cover 322 is improved. And the slide rail can be the sunk structure, avoids setting up the slide rail to produce the influence to the action of case axle 321.
The approximate range of diameters of the first through hole 312 and the second through hole 313 in each of the above embodiments may be 0.1mm to 3mm.
The first body 31 and the second body 32 herein may have a cylindrical shape, and the inner end of the second body 32 may be machined in a circular arc shape or a conical shape or other shapes.
In order to further improve the carrying comfort of male patients, it is preferable to completely place the catheter body 1 in the body, but since the catheter body 1 is too short to complete the installation of the catheter body 1, the urinary catheterization apparatus may be configured as follows.
Referring again to fig. 1, in the above embodiments, the ureter body 1 may comprise a first section 11 and a second section 12 along the length direction, wherein the first section 11 and the second section 12 are detachably connected. The positioning bag 2 is arranged at the upper end part of the first pipe section 11, and the switch valve 3 is arranged at the lower end part of the first pipe section 11. The branch also includes a first branch 11b and a second branch 12b, when the first pipe section 11 and the second pipe section 12 are in a connected state, the first branch 11b and the second branch 12b are butted, the inlet of the second branch 11b is filled with gas or liquid, and the gas or liquid enters the positioning bag 2 through the second branch 12b and the first branch 11 b. Of course, a check valve 4 for closing the lower end portion of the branch is also provided in the first branch 11b as shown in fig. 6.
In order to facilitate accurate and sealed butt joint of the first branch 11b and the second branch 12b, the upper end of the second branch 12b may be further provided with a protruding connection section, and the outer diameter of the connection section may be slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the lower end of the first branch 11 b.
Similarly, if other channels are provided on the urinary catheter body 1, the other channels can be set by referring to the above branch on the first and second tube segments 11 and 12.
Before the ureter body 1 is installed in a patient, the first tube section 11 and the second tube section 12 are installed in a matching mode to form a whole, then the assembled first tube section 11 and the assembled second tube section 12 are inserted into the patient, so that the first tube section 11 is completely arranged in the patient, the second tube section 12 is partially arranged in the patient, and the lower end portion of the second tube section is exposed out of the patient. The positioning capsule 2 is filled with gas or liquid through a second branch 12b provided on the second tube section 12, so that the positioning capsule 2 is fixed at the urinary bladder urethral orifice.
After the positioning bag 2 is positioned with the urethral orifice of the bladder, the second tube section 12 is detached from the first tube section 11, so that the urethral catheterization device is completely built in the patient and cannot be seen from the outside. This greatly improves the comfort of the patient.
