Abstract
本发明涉及可吸收缝合线在制备治疗深层色素障碍性皮肤病的药物中的应用。可吸收缝合线的具体材料为羊肠衣、PGA聚乙二醇酸、聚对二氧环己酮、纯天然胶原蛋白、甲壳素中的一种或者几种。将可吸收缝合线直接埋入到患者的面部真皮浅层的皮肤色斑处,通过该材料进入到皮肤真皮浅层的生物刺激作用,激发产生大量炎性因子,促进吞噬细胞的吞噬,人为形成真皮下损伤,然后启动皮肤的修复机制,待缝合线被组织吸收后,修复过程结束。实现了从源头上解决色斑的问题,直接作用到色素所在层次,从而减少对于皮肤表皮的损伤,减少皮肤的变薄和水分丢失的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物技术领域,具体涉及一种可吸收缝合线在制备治疗色素障碍性皮肤病的药物中的应用。
背景技术
深层色素障碍性皮肤病又称为色斑黄褐斑。好发于颜面部淡褐,深褐灰褐色色素沉着斑,西医认为它是一种光敏性皮炎或光毒性皮炎的变异,很多病例有与化学用品及劣质化妆品接触史,化妆用品如演员的油采或家用化妆品中的某些成分偶也能引起色斑,常常日光照晒后加重,此外营养不良及其他因素也可能导致本病,大多数患者清铜离子含量增高,可能是络氨酸酶活性增强的标志。色斑就是周围颜色不同的斑点。色斑包括雀斑、黑斑、黄褐斑和老年斑等,属色素障碍性皮肤病。黄褐斑:是一种后天性局限性色素增多疾病,是在一种女性人群中最为常见的皮肤病,尤其是怀孕第2个半月~5个半月的女性,亦称蝴蝶斑、妊娠斑、肝斑等。
目前治疗黄褐斑主要是通过激光治疗,而激光治疗需要穿过表皮达到真皮,从而解决真皮色素的问题,而这样的治疗存在一些问题,比如表皮容易产生损伤,容易变薄,脱水和干燥
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明目的在于提供一种羊肠衣、PGA聚乙二醇酸、聚对二氧环己酮、纯天然胶原蛋白或甲壳素制成的可吸收缝合线,可吸收缝合线在色素障碍性皮肤病的药物治疗效果显著,不易损伤表皮。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
可吸收缝合线在制备治疗色素障碍性皮肤病的药物中的应用。
所述可吸收缝合线的具体材料为羊肠衣、PGA聚乙二醇酸、聚对二氧环己酮、纯天然胶原蛋白、甲壳素中的一种或者几种。
有益效果:将可吸收缝合线直接埋入到患者的面部真皮浅层的皮肤色斑处,通过该材料进入到皮肤真皮浅层的生物刺激作用,激发产生大量炎性因子,促进吞噬细胞的吞噬,人为形成真皮下损伤,然后启动皮肤的修复机制,待缝合线被组织吸收后,修复过程结束。实现了从源头上解决色斑的问题,直接作用到色素所在层次,减少对于皮肤表皮的损伤,减少皮肤的变薄和水分丢失的问题。一般传统激光治疗需要间隔三个月每次,而采用可吸收缝合线一个月就可以进行治疗,治疗周期缩短。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
可吸收缝合线在制备治疗色素障碍性皮肤病的药物中的应用。可吸收缝合线的具体材料为羊肠衣、PGA聚乙二醇酸、聚对二氧环己酮、纯天然胶原蛋白、甲壳素中的一种或者几种。
使用时,采用穿刺针(软组织埋置装置)将可吸收缝合线直接埋入到患者的面部真皮浅层的皮肤色斑处,然后按压止血,冷敷消肿,外涂一层表皮生长因子凝胶。
通过该材料进入到皮肤真皮浅层的生物刺激作用,激发产生大量炎性因子,促进吞噬细胞的吞噬,人为形成真皮下损伤,然后启动皮肤的修复机制,待缝合线被组织吸收后,修复过程结束。实现了从源头上解决色斑的问题,直接作用到色素所在层次,减少对于皮肤表皮的损伤,减少皮肤的变薄和水分丢失的问题。一般传统激光治疗需要间隔三个月每次,而采用可吸收缝合线一个月就可以进行治疗,治疗周期缩短。
案例一:
翁XX,女,40岁,湖州人,行政工作,面部颧骨处深褐色斑块五年余,曾在当地做过激光祛斑5次,未有效去除,且治疗期间色斑颜色加重明显。今给予本发明治疗两次(两个月治疗一次),色斑处颜色明显减淡,且治疗期间未出现色素加深过程。针对患者要求,可以继续给予治疗,至满意为止。
案例二:
陈XX,女,45岁,湖州人,企业主,全面颊部深褐色斑块十年余,五年前曾在美容院用过祛斑霜,现已停用。色斑面积加大,颜色加深,今给予本发明治疗三次(两个月治疗一次),色斑面积减小颜色变淡。
