Abstract
本发明涉及一种复合型杀毒剂及其制备方法,该复合型杀毒剂包括如下重量百分比的组分:竹焦油:9%~11%、三十烷醇:0.4%~0.6%、芸苔素内酯:0.4%~0.6%、火落酸:1%~3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(乳化剂):7%~9%、丁基萘磺酸钠(增效剂):4%~6%、余量为乙醇,其制备方法为:将竹焦油加入乙醇中混合再加入三十烷醇、芸苔素内酯、火落酸搅拌均匀后,再将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(乳化剂)、丁基萘磺酸钠(增效剂)加入搅拌制得;本发明具有制作简单、成本低廉、经济高效、杀毒迅速彻底等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于农药加工领域,具体涉及一种复合型杀毒剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
农业种植中,往往会因种植物感染病毒引起品质下降、产量降低甚至发生品种退化变异,给种植业带来极大的危害,而番茄褪绿病毒、番茄TY病毒、茄子紫花病毒、西葫芦病毒、黄瓜花叶病毒等更是威胁性极强,毁灭性严重的病毒,需要彻底杀灭,避免复发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上需求,提供一种经济高效、杀灭彻底的复合型杀毒剂及其制备方法。
提供一种复合型杀毒剂,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
竹焦油
9%~11%
三十烷醇
0.4%~0.6%
芸苔素内酯
0.4%~0.6%
火落酸
1%~3%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(乳化剂)
7%~9%
丁基萘磺酸钠(增效剂)
4% ~6%
余量为乙醇。
一种复合型杀毒剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、将竹焦油加入乙醇中充分搅拌成为混合液a;
(2)、将三十烷醇、芸苔素内酯、火落酸依次加入到混合液a中均匀搅拌成为混合液b;
(3)、将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(乳化剂)、丁基萘磺酸钠(增效剂)加入到混合液b充分搅拌后,静置10~15分钟,即得成品。
本发明提供一种复合型杀毒剂,含有多种有效去毒成分,杀毒能力强,对危害性强的番茄褪绿病毒、番茄TY病毒、茄子紫花病毒、西葫芦病毒、黄瓜花叶病毒更具有针对病毒彻底杀灭的功效,避免种植物病毒复发造成减产损质,保证农业种植户的经济利益,本发明具有制作简单、成本低廉、经济高效、杀毒迅速彻底等优点。
具体实施方式
以下通过两个具体实施例来对本发明的复合型杀毒剂做进一步详细说明,所属技术领域的技术人员可以参照实施例的配制方法制得复合型杀毒剂,但不理解为对本发明的任何限制。
实施例1:
一种复合型杀毒剂,所述的复合型杀毒剂中含有竹焦油、三十烷醇、芸苔素内酯、火落酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(乳化剂)、丁基萘磺酸钠(增效剂)、乙醇。
以上各原料的重量百分比为:
竹焦油
10%
三十烷醇
0.5%
芸苔素内酯
0.5%
火落酸
1%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(乳化剂)
8%
丁基萘磺酸钠(增效剂)
5%
乙醇
75%
实施例2:
一种复合型杀毒剂,所述的复合型杀毒剂中含有竹焦油、三十烷醇、芸苔素内酯、火落酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(乳化剂)、丁基萘磺酸钠(增效剂)、乙醇。
以上各原料的重量百分比为:
竹焦油
11%
三十烷醇
0.5%
芸苔素内酯
0.5%
火落酸
2%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(乳化剂)
7%
丁基萘磺酸钠(增效剂)
5%
乙醇
74%
在实施例中,所述中的各原料可以在给出的配比范围内自由灵活组合,在此不一一枚举。
上述各个实施例原料的制作方法如下:
(1)、将竹焦油加入乙醇中充分搅拌成为混合液a;
(2)、将三十烷醇、芸苔素内酯、火落酸依次加入到混合液a中均匀搅拌成为混合液b;
(3)、将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(乳化剂)、丁基萘磺酸钠(增效剂)加入到混合液b充分搅拌后,静置10~15分钟,即得成品。
以上公开的仅为本发明的具体实施例,但是,本发明并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。

1.一种复合型杀毒剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分比的组分:竹焦油:9%~11%、三十烷醇:0.4%~0.6%、芸苔素内酯:0.4%~0.6%、
火落酸:1%~3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(乳化剂):7%~9%、丁基萘磺酸钠(增效剂):4% ~6%、余量为乙醇。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种复合型杀毒剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,其制备方法如下:
(1)将竹焦油加入乙醇中充分搅拌成为混合液a;
(2)将三十烷醇、芸苔素内酯、火落酸依次加入到混合液a中均匀搅拌成为混合液b;
(3)将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(乳化剂)、丁基萘磺酸钠(增效剂)加入到混合液b充分搅拌后,静置10~15分钟,即得成品。
