Abstract
是一种捕获蛏的机具,属于农业类、渔业中水产养殖领域。蛏在涨潮时要上洞穴顶部摄食这一习性而捕获的。解决历来人们用锄头深挖海泥一个个拿到。我靠弹簧张力快速地几秒钟切入,隔断蛏的洞穴,使蛏留在金属片上面,解脱了人们在阴历六、七月份最炎热的天气,人弯成90度,背朝天,头朝下全身汗流浃背、极度劳累的状况。使用本机具只挖少量海泥(足人工挖蛏时海泥量的1/4‑1/6)与人工挖蛏比快20倍以上,可称得上多快好省。遇上台风能抢收减少损失。于是在海水中操作洁净又少损伤,提高了蛏的鲜活度,大大减少了养殖成本,提高经济效益20倍以上。
Description
技术领域:本发明属于农业类、渔业中水产养殖领域。目的是为了人们省力快捷收到洁净鲜活的蛏。减轻重体力劳累,大大降低养殖成本,是目前养蛏业中唯一收蛏机械化。
背景技术:每年都在阴历六、七月份收蛏,这时正是最炎热的天气,而蛏必须在秋分前收完为好。从前得从蛏的洞穴底部(浅也有300毫米,深的有500毫米)翻开海泥后才能拿到蛏,而且人必须弯成90度,形成背朝天、头朝下在烈日下汗流夹背,全身湿透,可见劳动强度极大,每人每潮水也只能挖收50-80市斤。从此改变有史以来只能在退潮后收蛏历史,今后在涨潮时也可以收蛏。可称得上达到多、快、好、省收蛏。
发明内容:发明收蛏机工作原理是在涨潮时操作,创造涨潮收蛏新时代。本人十几年来不断探索、研究、试验才得出结果。蛏在涨潮时会从洞穴底部升上来至洞穴上端,伸出进出水管摄食这一习性来捕获它。并也知道蛏洞穴上端距离蛏埕表面在80毫米内,依据这一原理我采用金属片从80毫米以下切入,将蛏的洞穴断隔开,使蛏无法回到洞穴底,就留在金属片上面了。只将80毫米左右海泥冲搅,让海泥与蛏分离开来,就可以捕获到蛏。这与从前深挖海泥量比是1/4-1/6.今后用机械速度和人工速度对比会快20倍以上(快20倍依据是:家乡土法计算蛏埕面积按十步宽乘十步长为“一百土”,一百土蛏埕用人工挖泥收蛏只少需五天(每潮水为一天)用机械收蛏估计50分钟可收一百土蛏埕,而每潮水为4.5小时时间计,可操作4次有余,可收四百土多蛏埕,以此推算可提高经济效益20倍以上。
具体实施方法:实验机具分金属片1、弹簧2、收紧螺杆3、导向滑轮4、螺杆保护外壳5、定位槽6、收紧螺母7、定位销8、定位支架9、拔定位销长杆10、浮力泡沫块11、底座支架12、竹杆13。首先将收紧螺母7收紧,使收紧螺杆3收紧弹簧2,定位销8插入定位槽6内。接着把机具整体靠蛏埕边,并埋入蛏埕表面下至80毫米深,同时使金属片1前端紧靠蛏的洞穴边缘,拔定位销长杆10有二个孔一端连接到定位支架9上,拔定位销长杆10另一端用绳系好结在浮力泡沫块11上。待潮水涨到2米、2.5米、3米和退潮退到2.5米、2米、1.5米,不同深度的涨潮与退潮共做12次,次次都是百分百蛏留在金属片1上。涨潮时靠浮力泡沫块11上升拔出定位销8,退潮时也靠浮力泡沫块11(加重量)下沉拔出定位销8。最后靠弹簧2的张力推动金属片1向前快速切入就完成将蛏留在金属片上,用搅拌或水冲搅使海泥与蛏分离而收得蛏。

Claims (7)
1.一种捕获蛏的机具,其原理是利用蛏的生活习性而设计的,蛏在涨潮时会从洞穴底部升至洞穴上端,伸出进出水管来摄食。
2.如权利要求书1所述的原理,其特征是所述蛏的洞穴上端距离蛏埕表面为80毫米。
3.如权利要求书1、2所述的原理,而设计的一种捕获蛏的机具,其特征是从蛏埕表面80毫米以下隔断蛏的洞穴,使蛏无法回到洞穴底部,而捕获到蛏。
4.一种捕获蛏的机具,包括:底座支架12、收紧弹簧螺杆3、弹簧2、隔断金属片1、定位销8、浮力块11等构成隔断蛏的洞穴机构。
5.如权利要求书4所述的捕获蛏的机具,其特征是所述定位销8与定位支架9、拔定位销杆10、定位槽6构成定位装置。
6.如权利要求书4所述的捕获蛏的机具,其特征是所述收紧弹簧螺杆3与M12收紧弹簧螺母7、M12螺杆外壳保护管5、导向轮4、弹簧2、隔断金属片1构成移动机构,隔断蛏的洞穴。
7.如权利要求书4所述的捕获蛏的机具,其特征是所述浮力块11与竹杆13构成拉力装置,当潮水上升,潮水退潮一定高度时,靠浮力拉开定位销8使机具受弹簧2的弹力作用,来隔断蛏的洞穴。
