Abstract

514. And when detecting that the terminal is not in the signal use area of the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM, outputting second inquiry information to inquire whether the user stops the current service operation currently.
515. And after the confirmation stop information of the user is acquired, closing the soft SIM module to quit the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM, and simultaneously ending the current service.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a user terminal, which can implement the foregoing methods, and the components of the method are shown in fig. 12, where the method includes:
an obtaining unit 61, configured to obtain the usage area information corresponding to the soft SIM.
A detecting unit 62, configured to detect whether the terminal is in a signal usage area of an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM according to the usage area information and a current location of the terminal.
A starting unit 63, configured to start the soft SIM to access the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM when it is detected that the terminal is in the signal use area of the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 13, the obtaining unit 61 includes:
a first obtaining module 611, configured to obtain the usage area information sent by the server.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 14, the acquiring unit 61 includes:
a first sending module 612, configured to send a request for obtaining usage area information to the server, where the request for obtaining usage area information carries identification information of the soft SIM.
The first obtaining module 611 is configured to obtain first response information corresponding to the using area information obtaining request, where the first response information carries the using area information.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 15, the detecting unit 62 includes:
a second sending module 621, configured to send a location detection request to a location information module inside the user terminal, where the location detection request carries the usage area information, so that the location information module detects whether the terminal is located in a signal usage area of an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM according to the usage area information and a current location of the terminal.
A second obtaining module 622, configured to obtain second response information corresponding to the location detection request, where the second response information carries a detection result of whether the terminal is located in a signal use area of an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM; and detecting whether the terminal is in a signal use area of an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM or not according to the detection result.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 16, the detection unit 62 includes:
the second obtaining module 622 is configured to obtain the current location information of the terminal sent by the location information module inside the user terminal.
A detecting module 623, configured to detect whether the terminal is located in a signal usage area of an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM according to the usage area information and the current location information of the terminal.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 17, the apparatus further includes:
an output unit 64, configured to output first query information, where the first query information is used to query whether the user currently activates the soft SIM.
The starting unit 63 is specifically configured to start the soft SIM according to a user input.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 18, the apparatus further includes: the unit 65 is closed.
The detecting unit 62 is further configured to detect whether the terminal is in a signal usage area of an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM.
A closing unit 65, configured to close the soft SIM to exit from the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM when it is detected that the terminal is not in the signal use area of the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM.
Optionally, the output unit 64 is configured to output second query information, where the second query information is used to query whether the user currently stops the current service operation.
The closing unit 65 is specifically configured to close the soft SIM according to a user input.
According to the user terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention, the current position of the terminal and the coverage condition of the soft SIM operator network are obtained, whether the terminal is in the coverage range of the soft SIM operator network is detected based on the current position and the coverage condition of the soft SIM operator network, and the soft SIM can be started only after the terminal enters the coverage range. Compared with the prior art that the user autonomously selects the using place of the soft SIM, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention can more accurately select the using position and the using time of the soft SIM for the user, and improves the probability of normally using the soft SIM by the user to a certain extent.
The present invention also provides a user terminal, as shown in fig. 19, comprising a processor 71, a memory 72 and a transceiver 73. The processor 71, memory 72 and transceiver 73 communicate via a bus. The memory 72 has computer code configured therein that the processor 71 can call to control the transceiver 73 while performing the following method flows.
The processor 71 is configured to obtain use area information corresponding to the soft SIM; detecting whether the terminal is in a signal use area of an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM or not according to the use area information and the current position of the terminal; and when the terminal is detected to be in the signal use area of the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM, starting the soft SIM to access the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM.
Optionally, the transceiver 73 is configured to acquire the use area information sent by the server, and transmit the use area information to the processor 71.
Or,
the transceiver 73 is configured to send a use area information acquisition request to the server, where the use area information acquisition request carries identification information of the soft SIM; and acquiring first response information corresponding to the use area information acquisition request returned by the server, wherein the first response information carries the use area information, and transmitting the use area information to the processor 71.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 20, the user terminal further includes a location information module 74.
The transceiver 73 is further configured to send a location detection request to a location information module inside the user terminal, where the location detection request carries the usage area information, so that the location information module detects whether the terminal is located in a signal usage area of an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM according to the usage area information and a current location of the terminal; acquiring second response information corresponding to the position detection request returned by the position information module, wherein the second response information carries a detection result of whether the terminal is in a signal use area of an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM; and sending the detection result to the processor 71.
The processor 71 is further configured to detect whether the terminal is in a signal use area of an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM according to the detection result.
Or,
the transceiver 73 is further configured to acquire current location information of the terminal sent by a location information module inside the user terminal, and transmit the current location information of the terminal to the processor 71.
The processor 71 is configured to detect whether the terminal is in a signal use area of an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM according to the use area information and the current location information of the terminal.
Optionally, the transceiver 73 is further configured to output first query information before the soft SIM is started, where the first query information is used to query a user whether the soft SIM is currently started;
the processor 71 is configured to activate the soft SIM according to a user input.
Optionally, the processor 71 is further configured to, after the starting of the soft SIM to access the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM, re-detect whether the terminal is in a signal usage area of the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM; and when detecting that the terminal is not in the signal use area of the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM, closing the soft SIM to exit the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM.
Optionally, the transceiver 73 is further configured to output second query information before the soft SIM is turned off, where the second query information is used to query a user whether to stop a current service operation currently;
the processor 71 is further configured to turn off the soft SIM according to a user input.
In another user terminal provided in the embodiment of the present invention, by obtaining the current location of the terminal and the coverage of the soft SIM operator network, and detecting whether the terminal is in the coverage of the soft SIM operator network based on the current location of the terminal, the soft SIM can be started only when the terminal enters the coverage. Compared with the prior art that the user autonomously selects the using place of the soft SIM, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention can more accurately select the using position and the using time of the soft SIM for the user, and improves the probability of normally using the soft SIM by the user to a certain extent.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and there may be other divisions in actual implementation, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
The integrated unit implemented in the form of a software functional unit may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The software functional unit is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) or a Processor (Processor) to execute some steps of the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

Claims (10)
1. A method for controlling a soft SIM is applicable to a user terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring use area information corresponding to the soft SIM;
detecting whether the terminal is in a signal use area of an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM or not according to the use area information and the current position of the terminal;
and when the terminal is detected to be in the signal use area of the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM, starting the soft SIM to access the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the usage area information corresponding to the soft SIM comprises:
and acquiring the use area information issued by the server.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the usage area information corresponding to the soft SIM comprises:
sending a using area information obtaining request to the server, wherein the using area information obtaining request carries the identification information of the soft SIM; and acquiring first response information corresponding to the using area information acquiring request returned by the server, wherein the first response information carries the using area information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the detecting whether the terminal is in a signal use area of an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM according to the use area information and a current location of the terminal comprises:
sending a position detection request to a position information module in the user terminal, wherein the position detection request carries the using area information, so that the position information module detects whether the terminal is in a signal using area of an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM or not according to the using area information and the current position of the terminal; acquiring second response information corresponding to the position detection request, which is returned by the position information module, wherein the second response information carries a detection result of whether the terminal is in a signal use area of an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM; and detecting whether the terminal is in a signal use area of an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM or not according to the detection result.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the detecting whether the terminal is in a signal use area of an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM according to the use area information and a current location of the terminal comprises:
acquiring the current position information of the terminal sent by a position information module in the user terminal; and detecting whether the terminal is in a signal use area of an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM or not according to the use area information and the current position information of the terminal.
6. The method of any of claims 1 to 5, further comprising, prior to said initiating said soft SIM:
outputting first inquiry information, wherein the first inquiry information is used for inquiring whether a user starts the soft SIM currently;
said initiating said soft SIM comprises:
the soft SIM is started according to user input.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising, after the initiating the soft SIM to access an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM:
detecting whether the terminal is in a signal use area of an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM;
and when the terminal is detected not to be in the signal use area of the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM, closing the soft SIM to exit the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising, prior to said closing said soft SIM:
outputting second inquiry information, wherein the second inquiry information is used for inquiring whether the user stops the current service operation currently;
said turning off said soft SIM comprises:
and closing the soft SIM according to the input of the user, and simultaneously ending the current service.
9. A user terminal, comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the use area information corresponding to the soft SIM;
a detecting unit, configured to detect whether the terminal is located in a signal use area of an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM according to the use area information and a current location of the terminal;
and the starting unit is used for starting the soft SIM to access the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM when the terminal is detected to be in the signal use area of the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM.
10. A user terminal comprising a processor, a memory, and a transceiver; the processor, the memory and the transceiver communicate through a bus; computer code configured in the memory, the code being capable of being invoked by the processor to control the transceiver;
the processor is used for acquiring the use area information corresponding to the soft SIM; detecting whether the terminal is in a signal use area of an operator network corresponding to the soft SIM or not according to the use area information and the current position of the terminal; and when the terminal is detected to be in the signal use area of the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM, starting the soft SIM to access the operator network corresponding to the soft SIM.
