The th message timer is periodic and will restart automatically after time-out as long as group calling exists, while the th response timer and the second response timer are single and start only after sending data loss message and will not restart automatically after time-out.
When the gateway cannot receive the downlink data packet of the group call, the signaling interaction with the MME is realized by triggering the mechanism of sending the data loss information to the MME, and the signaling interaction between the MME and the SCC is realized, so that the gateway, the MME or the SCC can sense the abnormity, and a resource release mechanism is triggered when the abnormity is sensed, thereby effectively saving bandwidth resources and internal resources of logic network elements.

an information sending unit 701, configured to send, by a gateway, group call data loss information including a group number and an identifier of a group call to a mobility management entity MME after the group call is established and when a group call downlink data packet of the group call is not received, so that the MME queries an exchange control center SCC according to the group number and the identifier of the group call, and feeds back a response message when the group call context of the group call does not exist in the SCC or when the group call context of the group call exists in the SCC and a speaking right of the group call is allocated;
, a resource releasing unit 702, if not receiving the response information fed back by the MME, releasing the group call resource of the group call of the gateway;
a th determining unit 703, if receiving the response information fed back by the MME, determining whether to release the group call resource of the group call according to the received response information of the MME.
Preferably, the th determining unit 703 includes:
an th determining subunit, configured to determine whether a received response message of the MME is a th response message, where the th response message is a response message fed back by the MME when no group call context of the group call exists in the SCC;

a second information sending unit 803, configured to send, if a group call context of the group call exists, second group call data loss information including the group number and the identifier to the SCC, so that the SCC queries the SCC according to the group number and the identifier of the group call, and feeds back a response message when the group call context of the group call exists in the SCC and the speaking right of the group call is already allocated;
release request unit 804, if not receiving the response message fed back by SCC, initiating a group call resource release request to the MME, the gateway, the eNB where the group call is located, and the UE where the group call is located, so that the MME, the gateway, the eNB, and the UE release the group call resource of the group call;
a second determining unit 805, if receiving the response message fed back by the SCC, determines whether to release the group call resource of the group call according to the received response message fed back by the SCC.
Fig. 9 is a schematic block diagram of a group call service processing system of broadband trunking communication systems according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9, the group call service processing system of broadband trunking communication systems includes:
a second information receiving unit 901, where the switching control center SCC receives second group call data loss information including a group number and an identifier of a group call, which is sent by the mobility management entity MME;
a second judging unit 902, which judges whether a group call context of the group call exists in the SCC according to the group number and the identifier of the group call;
a third judging unit 903, which judges whether the speaking right of the group call is already allocated if the speaking right of the group call exists;
a second release requesting unit 904, if allocated, sends a third response message to an MME, and initiates a group call resource release request to the SCC and the MME, so that the SCC and the MME release the group call resource of the group call, and after receiving the group call resource release request initiated by the SCC, the MME forwards the group call resource release request initiated by the SCC to the gateway, the eNB where the group call is located, and the UE where the group call is located, so that the gateway, the eNB, and the UE release the group call resource of the group call.
The system and method of the present invention correspond to and will not be described in detail herein.

after a group call is established, when a group call downlink data packet of the group call is not received, a gateway sends th group call data loss information including a group number and an identification of the group call to a mobility management entity MME, so that the MME queries an exchange control center SCC according to the group number and the identification of the group call, and a response message is fed back when a group call context of the group call does not exist in the SCC or the group call context of the group call exists in the SCC and the speaking right of the group call is distributed;
if the response information fed back by the MME is not received, releasing the group calling resource of the group calling of the gateway;
if response information fed back by the MME is received, determining whether to release the group calling resource of the group calling according to the received response information of the MME; the method specifically comprises the following steps:
judging whether the received response message of the MME is an th response message, wherein the th response message is a response message fed back by the MME when the group call context of the group call does not exist in the SCC;
if the received response message is the th response message, waiting for a group call resource release request initiated by the MME so as to release the group call resource of the group call according to the group call resource release request initiated by the MME;
if the received response message is not the th response message, determining whether the received response message of the MME is a second response message, wherein the second response message is a response message fed back by the MME when the SCC has a group call context of the group call and the speaking right of the group call is allocated;
and if the received response message is the second response message, waiting for a group call resource release request initiated by the SCC and forwarded by the MME, so as to release the group call resource of the group call according to the group call resource release request initiated by the SCC and forwarded by the MME.
2, group calling service processing method of broadband cluster communication system, characterized by that, including:
a mobility management entity MME receives group call data loss information which is sent by a gateway and comprises a group number and an identification of a group call;
judging whether the group calling context of the group calling exists in the MME or not according to the group number and the identification;
if the group call context of the group call exists, sending second group call data loss information comprising the group number and the identification to the SCC, so that the SCC queries the SCC according to the group number and the identification of the group call, and feeding back a response message when the group call context of the group call exists in the SCC and the speaking right of the group call is allocated;
if the response message fed back by the SCC is not received, initiating a group call resource release request to the MME, the gateway, the eNB where the group call is located and the UE where the group call is located, so that the MME, the gateway, the eNB and the UE release the group call resource of the group call;
if receiving a response message fed back by the SCC, determining whether to release the group call resource of the group call according to the received response message fed back by the SCC; the method specifically comprises the following steps:
judging whether a received response message of the SCC is a third response message, wherein the third response message is a response message fed back by the MME when a group call context of the group call exists in the SCC and the speaking right of the group call is distributed;
if the received response message is the third response message, sending a second response message to the gateway, waiting for a group call resource release request initiated by the SCC, releasing the group call resource of the group call according to the group call resource release request initiated by the SCC, and after receiving the group call resource release request initiated by the SCC, forwarding the group call resource release request initiated by the SCC to the gateway, the eNB where the group call is located and the UE where the group call is located, so that the gateway, the eNB and the UE release the group call resource of the group call.

an determining unit, configured to determine whether to release the group call resource of the group call according to the received response message of the MME if the response message fed back by the MME is received;
