一种通信电源系统用快速接插口,呈方管状,包括前部上壳体、前部下壳体、后部壳体;前部上壳体的上表面中间位置垂直向下设有长条状的前部上壳体凸起,前部下壳体的底面中间位置垂直向上设有长条状的前部下壳体凹槽;在壳体内下方分左右从后部到前部分别插有长条状导电极芯,导电极芯的后部呈方管状,前部呈翘舌状;导电极芯的前端翘舌底部支撑有翘舌式弹簧,翘舌式弹簧的后端固定在前部下壳体内底面上。本发明结构简单,体积小巧,易于安装;采用翘舌式导电极芯平面式接触,可在大电流下保持最小的接触电阻,在断开过程中产生的擦拭动作可清洁接触件表面;有效避免了传统连接作业时,易发生因正负极反接而造成的短路事故。

技术领域
本发明属于通信电源系统用接插件。
背景技术
通信电源系统是通信系统的心脏,稳定可靠的通信电源供电系统,是保证通信系统安全、可靠运行的关键,一旦通信电源系统故障引起对通信设备的供电中断,通信设备就无法运行,就会造成通信电路中断、通信系统瘫痪,从而造成极大的经济和社会效益损失。因此,通信电源系统在通信系统中占据十分重要的位置。
如果通信电源系统具备快速的应急电源输入接插口,可使设备在维护、改造、更换以及发生故障时能避免设备断电或迅速的恢复供电,可以减小损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决以上问题而提供一种通信电源系统用快速接插口,为通信电源系统的快速连接提供了一种新的接插口;能够快速、方便的实现设备屏柜电源相互之间的应急快速连接,可将通信电源系统的快速接插口安装在应急电源设备内向通信电源设备外接供电,这使得传统的维护保障作业更加灵活。整个连接过程操作简单,可在设备带电情况下直接连接,从而大大缩短了应急情况处置的准备时间与作业时间,同时也减轻了操作人员的作业强度,提高了运行维护的效率。
本发明的技术方案是这样设计的:一种通信电源系统用快速接插口,其特点是:呈方管状,包括呈倒“山”字型的前部上壳体、呈“山”字型的前部下壳体、呈方管状的后部壳体;前部下壳体的左右两外侧壁位于前部上壳体的左右两内侧壁的内下方;前部上壳体的上表面中间位置垂直向下设有长条状的前部上壳体凸起,前部下壳体的底面中间位置垂直向上设有长条状的前部下壳体凹槽,两个本接插口的前部上壳体凸起可互相插入前部下壳体凹槽;在壳体内下方分左右从后部到前部分别插有长条状导电极芯,导电极芯的后部呈方管状,前部呈翘舌状;导电极芯的前端翘舌底部支撑有翘舌式弹簧,翘舌式弹簧的后端固定在前部下壳体内底面上。
本发明结构简单,体积小巧,易于安装;采用翘舌式导电极芯平面式接触,可在大电流下保持最小的接触电阻,在断开过程中产生的擦拭动作可清洁接触件表面;采用一个模具设计,可以互换,不需要公母模设计,组装简易,设有前部上壳体凸起和前部下壳体凹槽,可以防止反接,有效避免了传统连接作业时,易发生因正负极反接而造成的短路事故。

具体实施方式
从附图1至图6可见,本发明呈方管状,包括呈倒“山”字型的前部上壳体3、呈“山”字型的前部下壳体1、呈方管状的后部壳体6;前部下壳体1的左右两外侧壁位于前部上壳体3的左右两内侧壁的内下方;前部上壳体3的上表面中间位置垂直向下设有长条状的前部上壳体凸起7,前部下壳体1的底面中间位置垂直向上设有长条状的前部下壳体凹槽4,两个本接插口的前部上壳体凸起7可互相插入前部下壳体凹槽4;前部下壳体底面2上设有正负极标识,后部壳体6的两侧外壁设有多个方便手握的凹面;在壳体内下方分左右从后部到前部分别插有起正负极作用的长条状导电极芯8,导电极芯8的后部呈方管状,前部呈翘舌状,电源线可插入导电极芯8的后部方管内;导电极芯8的前端翘舌底部支撑有翘舌式弹簧9,翘舌式弹簧9的后端固定在前部下壳体1内底面上。
当需要进行快速连接时,只需要将两本接插口其中一个的任意一端延轴向旋转180°后对正插入即可,插入后的状态如图6所示。整个操作过程中不需要传统的接线作业,操作起来就像平时插拔家用电气插头一样简单、快捷、安全。

1.一种通信电源系统用快速接插口,其特征在于:呈方管状,包括呈倒“山”字型的前部上壳体(3)、呈“山”字型的前部下壳体(1)、呈方管状的后部壳体(6);前部下壳体的左右两外侧壁位于前部上壳体的左右两内侧壁的内下方;前部上壳体的上表面中间位置垂直向下设有长条状的前部上壳体凸起(7),前部下壳体的底面中间位置垂直向上设有长条状的前部下壳体凹槽(4),两个本接插口的前部上壳体凸起可互相插入前部下壳体凹槽;在壳体内下方分左右从后部到前部分别插有长条状导电极芯(8),导电极芯的后部呈方管状,前部呈翘舌状;导电极芯的前端翘舌底部支撑有翘舌式弹簧(9),翘舌式弹簧的后端固定在前部下壳体内底面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种通信电源系统用快速接插口,其特征在于:所述的前部下壳体底面(2)上设有正负极标识。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种通信电源系统用快速接插口,其特征在于:所述的后部壳体(6)的两侧外壁设有多个方便手握的凹面。
