本发明公开了一种硅橡胶耐高温电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述缆芯由内向外依次包覆有隔热层、屏蔽层、绝缘层、耐高温涂料层和硅橡胶护套层,所述缆芯包括两个导体以及填充缆芯空隙的缆芯填充,所述缆芯内还设置有三角型隔热架,所述两个导体均位于三角型隔热架内,所述三角型隔热架的三个端角均连接在隔热层的内壁上,所述导体包覆有导体绝缘层,所述导体绝缘层包覆有导体隔热层,所述硅橡胶护套层的外表面设置有若干均匀排列的散热片。本发明能够多层次抵消掉外部进入电缆缆芯内的热量,使得电缆具备很好的耐高温性能,保证了导体在较高的外部温度环境中能够正常持续的使用,电缆的使用效果得到了有效的保障,并且延长了电缆的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,具体涉及一种硅橡胶耐高温电力电缆。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,电缆的需求量越来越大,涉及的领域越来越广,在一些领域的电缆使用上需要电缆具备非常好的耐高温性能,尤其是电缆缆芯内部的导体如果长期处于高温环境之中,导体会出现损坏等情况,从而导致电缆的电气性能、信号传输性能等受到极大的影响,无法继续满足使用要求。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种具备很好的隔热性能、导体的温度环境良好的硅橡胶耐高温电力电缆。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种硅橡胶耐高温电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述缆芯由内向外依次包覆有隔热层、屏蔽层、绝缘层、耐高温涂料层和硅橡胶护套层,所述缆芯包括两个导体以及填充缆芯空隙的缆芯填充,所述缆芯内还设置有三角型隔热架,所述两个导体均位于三角型隔热架内,所述三角型隔热架的三个端角均连接在隔热层的内壁上,所述导体包覆有导体绝缘层,所述导体绝缘层包覆有导体隔热层,所述硅橡胶护套层的外表面设置有若干均匀排列的散热片。
进一步地,所述隔热层为纳米微孔隔热材料层。
进一步地,所述三角型隔热架为EPE隔热板支架,EPE隔热板具备极好的隔热性能,能够对导体起到很好的隔热效果,从而降低导体的使用温度。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,散热片、耐高温涂料层和隔热层能够依次抵消掉外部进入电缆缆芯内的热量,从而使得缆芯内部具备良好的温度环境,另外三角型隔热架又能够进一步的隔档掉部分缆芯内部进入到三角型隔热架内的热量,从而更加优化了导体的使用温度环境,使得电缆具备很好的耐高温性能,保证了导体在较高的外部温度环境中能够正常持续的使用,电缆的使用效果得到了有效的保障,并且延长了电缆的使用寿命。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种硅橡胶耐高温电力电缆,包括缆芯1,所述缆芯1由内向外依次包覆有隔热层2、屏蔽层3、绝缘层4、耐高温涂料层5和硅橡胶护套层6,所述缆芯1包括两个导体7以及填充缆芯1空隙的缆芯填充9,所述缆芯1内还设置有三角型隔热架8,所述两个导体7均位于三角型隔热架8内,所述三角型隔热架8的三个端角均连接在隔热层2的内壁上,所述导体7包覆有导体绝缘层71,所述导体绝缘层71包覆有导体隔热层72,所述硅橡胶护套层6的外表面设置有若干均匀排列的散热片10,所述隔热层2为纳米微孔隔热材料层,所述三角型隔热架8为EPE隔热板支架。
本发明中三角型隔热架8不但能够起到对导体进行隔热的作用,而且能够提高缆芯1的整体强度,使得缆芯1不易发生变型。

1.一种硅橡胶耐高温电力电缆,包括缆芯(1),其特征在于:所述缆芯(1)由内向外依次包覆有隔热层(2)、屏蔽层(3)、绝缘层(4)、耐高温涂料层(5)和硅橡胶护套层(6),所述缆芯(1)包括两个导体(7)以及填充缆芯(1)空隙的缆芯填充(9),所述缆芯(1)内还设置有三角型隔热架(8),所述两个导体(7)均位于三角型隔热架(8)内,所述三角型隔热架(8)的三个端角均连接在隔热层(2)的内壁上,所述导体(7)包覆有导体绝缘层(71),所述导体绝缘层(71)包覆有导体隔热层(72),所述硅橡胶护套层(6)的外表面设置有若干均匀排列的散热片(10),所述三角型隔热架(8)为EPE隔热板支架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅橡胶耐高温电力电缆,其特征在于:所述隔热层(2)为纳米微孔隔热材料层。
