The invention relates to a DCS system abnormity alarm method and a device, wherein the method comprises the following steps: synchronously displaying at least one primary alarm button with a lamp in any process picture of the DCS; displaying second-level alarm buttons with lights respectively associated with the first-level alarm buttons with lights in an alarm picture; according to preset alarm conditions, the second-level alarm button with the lamp sends out flash alarm information and is connected with the first-level alarm button with the lamp and sends out light alarm information at the same time. By the DCS abnormity warning method and the device, operators only need to monitor the first-level alarm button with the lamp without monitoring all soft light character warning pictures, so that the monitoring working intensity of the operators is greatly reduced, and the working efficiency and the safety of a unit are improved.

Background
The abnormal alarm of the thermal power plant unit generally adopts a mode of combining a DCS (Distributed Control System) alarm and a soft light character alarm, but because the number of the soft light characters is too large, the display is not convenient, the workload of monitoring the soft light character alarm by operating personnel is large, the efficiency is low, and the improvement is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a DCS system abnormality warning method and apparatus that can reduce the workload of monitoring soft light alarm by operators.
The invention discloses a DCS system abnormity alarm method, which comprises the following steps:
synchronously displaying at least one primary alarm button with a lamp in any process picture of the DCS;
displaying a second-level alarm button with a lamp in the alarm picture, wherein the second-level alarm button with a lamp is respectively associated with the first-level alarm button with a lamp;
according to preset alarm conditions, the second-level alarm button with the lamp sends out flash alarm information and is connected with the first-level alarm button with the lamp to send out light alarm information at the same time.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, in order to solve the problems of a large monitoring workload of an operator and occupation of a display by a soft light word, the embodiment provides an abnormal alarm method for a DCS system, including:
step S1, synchronously displaying at least one primary alarm button with lamp in any (each) process picture of DCS system;
step S2, displaying the second-level alarm buttons associated with the first-level alarm buttons with lights in the alarm picture;
and step S3, according to preset alarm conditions, the second-level alarm button with the lamp sends out flash alarm information and simultaneously sends out light alarm information together with the first-level alarm button with the lamp.

After the operator processes and confirms, the soft light character alarm disappears or becomes flat light display, the operator does not flash, meanwhile, the corresponding 'TURB' soft light character with lamp button on the upper right corner of the process picture also changes the flash into the light character disappearance or the flat light, if the alarm appears again in the 'TURB' soft light character alarm picture, the corresponding 'TURB' soft light character with lamp button changes the flat light into the flash light alarm.
In this embodiment, "UNIT", "BOIL", "tub", "EST" four light buttons with lights are displayed as: the gray color is no alarm, the red flat light is that the alarm is confirmed, and the red flash is that the alarm prompt appears newly.
By the scheme, the operator only needs to monitor the four buttons with the lamp, namely 'UNIT', 'BOIL', 'TURB' and 'EST', all soft light character alarm pictures do not need to be monitored, the monitoring working intensity of the operator is greatly reduced, and the safety of the UNIT is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, this embodiment further provides a DCS system abnormality warning device, including:

the secondary display module 20 is used for displaying secondary alarm buttons with lights, which are respectively associated with the primary alarm buttons with lights, in an alarm picture;

the first-level alarm button with the lamp is arranged at the upper right part of the process picture and comprises a UNIT alarm button, a BOIL alarm button, a TURB alarm button and an EST alarm button, the four alarm buttons are respectively associated with the second-level alarm button with the lamp and form respective alarm pictures, and the alarm pictures of the UNIT include alarms which do not belong to the BOIL alarm button, the TURB alarm button and the EST alarm button and alarms inside the DCS;
the method further comprises the following steps:
according to preset alarm conditions, when the first-stage alarm button with the lamp sends out light alarm information, voice prompt alarm information is sent out;
displaying a craft picture associated with the secondary lighted alert button;
