1. An application management method, comprising:
receiving a retrieval instruction, wherein the retrieval instruction carries retrieval keywords;
acquiring an application set matched with the retrieval keyword;
acquiring application popularity information of each application in the application set, wherein the application popularity information comprises a comment level and one or more of download times, power consumption levels or unloading rates;
calculating the application heat information of the same application through a preset second weighting algorithm to obtain a first weight of the application, or normalizing the application heat information of the same application, and obtaining the first weight of the application according to the normalized application heat information;
acquiring user characteristic information of a user, wherein the user characteristic information is at least used for describing a first characteristic and a second characteristic of the user;
searching for the application heat information corresponding to the first characteristic and the application heat information corresponding to the second characteristic in each application according to a preset corresponding relationship between user characteristic information and the application heat information;
for each application, calculating application heat information corresponding to the first feature and application heat information corresponding to the second feature in the application through a preset third weighting algorithm to obtain a second weight of the application, or normalizing the application heat information corresponding to the first feature and the application heat information corresponding to the second feature in the application, and obtaining the second weight of the application according to the normalized application heat information;
and sequencing the applications according to the first weight and the second weight of the applications.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the sorting the applications according to the first weight and the second weight comprises:
taking a first weight and a second weight of the same application as the input of a first weighting algorithm to obtain a third weight of the application;
and sequencing the applications according to the magnitude of the third weight of each application.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the application popularity information comprises download times and comment levels;
the calculating the application heat information of the same application through a preset second weighting algorithm to obtain the first weight of the application comprises:
and taking the download times and the comment grades of the same application as the input of a second weighting algorithm to obtain a first weight of the application.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the fact that a user submits application heat information to a target application is detected, user characteristic information of the user is obtained, wherein the user characteristic information comprises at least one characteristic quantity;
determining a feature set to which each feature quantity in the user feature information belongs;
and updating the application heat information corresponding to each feature set in the target application.
5. An application management apparatus, comprising:

the weight value acquisition module is used for calculating the application heat information of the same application through a preset second weighting algorithm to obtain a first weight value of the application, or carrying out normalization processing on the application heat information of the same application, and acquiring the first weight value of the application according to the application heat information after the normalization processing;
the information acquisition module is further used for acquiring user characteristic information of a user, wherein the user characteristic information is at least used for describing a first characteristic and a second characteristic of the user;
the information searching module is used for searching the application heat information corresponding to the first characteristic and the application heat information corresponding to the second characteristic in each application according to the preset corresponding relation between the user characteristic information and the application heat information;
the weight value obtaining module is further configured to calculate, for each application, application heat information corresponding to the first feature and application heat information corresponding to the second feature in the application through a preset third weighting algorithm to obtain a second weight value of the application, or normalize the application heat information corresponding to the first feature and the application heat information corresponding to the second feature in the application, and obtain the second weight value of the application according to the normalized application heat information;
and the application sequencing module is used for sequencing the applications according to the first weight and the second weight of each application.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the application sequencing module is specifically configured to:
taking a first weight and a second weight of the same application as the input of a first weighting algorithm to obtain a third weight of the application;
and sequencing the applications according to the magnitude of the third weight of each application.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the application popularity information comprises download times and comment levels;
