Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. The components of embodiments of the present invention generally described and illustrated in the figures herein may be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations. Thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention, presented in the figures, is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a first embodiment of the present invention provides an anti-counterfeit analysis method for an article, wherein an anti-counterfeit code is attached to the article. Only one anti-counterfeiting code can be attached to the article, and the article is illustrated by only attaching one anti-counterfeiting code to the article. The anti-counterfeiting analysis method comprises the following steps:
step A: and detecting the identification action of the identifier on the anti-counterfeiting code. The anti-counterfeiting code comprises but is not limited to a two-dimensional code, a three-dimensional code, a color code, a bar code, an identification code of an RFID anti-counterfeiting label and other identification codes which can be used for anti-counterfeiting. The server receives the anti-counterfeiting code sent by the recognizer to indicate that the anti-counterfeiting code is being recognized. The existing two-dimension code identification technology is very common, when an identifier such as a mobile phone identifies a two-dimension code, the identified two-dimension code is sent to a server, and the server receives the two-dimension code sent by the identifier to indicate that the two-dimension code is identified. Also, barcode identification technology is available, in which a barcode laser scanner scans a barcode and uploads the scanned barcode to a server, and the server receives a barcode scanned by the barcode laser scanner and indicates that the barcode is identified.
And B: when the recognizer is detected to recognize the anti-counterfeiting code for one time, the identity recognition code of the recognizer recognizing the anti-counterfeiting code for the current time is read and recorded, and meanwhile, the moment when the anti-counterfeiting code is recognized for the current time is recorded. And the place of the current identification anti-counterfeiting code can be further recorded, and the recorded place can provide further factual basis for the subsequent true and false disputes. The identity code is used to indicate the identity of the identifier, and includes but is not limited to an IMEI (international mobile equipment identity) code of a smart mobile terminal such as a mobile phone (the identifier is a smart mobile terminal such as a mobile phone). Due to the functional attributes of the identification codes, the identification codes and the identifiers are in one-to-one correspondence, one identification code can only represent one identifier, and one identifier only has one identification code.
And C: inquiring whether the identification code of the recognizer which recognizes the anti-counterfeiting code at the current time is stored in one database or not in any database of at least one preset database. An id may be stored in only one database, or not in any database, and not in two or more databases, each of which may have one or more ids (representing recognizers by id). There are typically multiple databases, such as database 1, database 2, database 3, database N, etc. If the identification code is not stored in any database, the identifier corresponding to the identification code belongs to the public and is a public identifier. If the identification codes are stored in any database, the identifier corresponding to the identification code does not belong to the public but belongs to a group corresponding to the database, other identification codes may be stored in the database at the same time, the identifiers corresponding to the identification codes stored in the database have a commonality, for example, all the identifiers belong to the same department, the same unit, and perform the same work duties, or the identifiers corresponding to the identification codes in the database are all installed in a ticket gate of a place where ticket checking is needed, and the like, and an operator or equipment performs the same function duties through the identifiers. The identifier whose identification code is stored in any database is a non-public identifier.
Step D: step D includes two cases: 1. when the identity identification code of the identifier for identifying the anti-counterfeiting code at the current time is stored in the Nth database, accumulating the identification times of the Nth database for 1 time, when the identification times of the Nth database after accumulation is 1, returning first prompt information to the identifier for identifying the anti-counterfeiting code at the current time, when the identification times of the Nth database after accumulation is more than 1, judging whether the time length passing between the first identification and the current identification in the identification times of the Nth database is more than a preset first time length, if so, returning second prompt information to the identifier for identifying the anti-counterfeiting code at the current time, and if not, returning the first prompt information to the identifier for identifying the anti-counterfeiting code at the current time. 2. When the identity code of the recognizer which recognizes the anti-counterfeiting code at the time is inquired not to be stored in any database, the public recognition times are accumulated for 1 time, when the accumulated public identification times is 1, returning first prompt information to the identifier for identifying the anti-counterfeiting code, when the accumulated public identification times is more than 1, judging whether the identification code of the identifier for identifying the anti-counterfeiting code at the time is the same as the identification code of the identifier for identifying the anti-counterfeiting code at the first time, if not, returning a second prompt message to the recognizer which recognizes the anti-counterfeiting code at the current time, and if the second prompt message is the same, judging whether the time length elapsed between the first recognition and the current recognition in the public recognition times is greater than a preset second time length, if the number of the anti-counterfeiting codes is larger than the preset number, returning second prompt information to the recognizer which recognizes the anti-counterfeiting codes at the current time, and if the number of the anti-counterfeiting codes is not larger than the preset number, returning first prompt information to the recognizer which recognizes the anti-counterfeiting codes at the current time.
According to the classification of the identifier in the step C, if the identification code of the identifier is not stored in any one of the databases, the identifier is a public identifier, and if the identification code of the identifier is stored in any one of the databases, the identifier is a non-public identifier. The public identification times represent the times of the anti-counterfeiting codes identified by the public, and the identification times of the anti-counterfeiting codes by the public identifiers corresponding to the identity identification codes are accumulated in the public identification times. For example, the identification of the anti-counterfeiting code by the public identifier corresponding to the identification code a and the identification of the anti-counterfeiting code by the public identifier corresponding to the identification code B are accumulated in the public identification times. The identification times of the Nth database represent the identification times of the anti-counterfeiting codes by the non-public identifiers stored in the Nth database by the identification codes, the identification times of the Nth database are uniformly accumulated, and the identification times of the anti-counterfeiting codes by the non-public identifiers corresponding to the identification codes in the Nth database are all accumulated in the identification times of the Nth database. For example, in the nth database, the identification times of the anti-counterfeiting code by the non-public identifier corresponding to the identification code C and the identification times of the anti-counterfeiting code by the non-public identifier corresponding to the identification code D are both accumulated in the identification times of the nth database.
In step D, there are two cases according to the category of the recognizer. In case 1 is directed to a non-public identifier, if the accumulated number of times of identification in the nth database is 1, it may be determined that the anti-counterfeiting code on the article is first identified by the identifier whose identification code is stored in the nth database (assuming that the anti-counterfeiting code is in a confidential and copy-incapable state before being identified for the first time), in which case it may be determined that the article is genuine, and a first prompt message may be returned to the identifier which identifies the anti-counterfeiting code at the current time. If the accumulated number of times of identification of the Nth database is more than 1, considering that a time process is needed for a counterfeiter to copy the anti-counterfeiting code, a first time length can be preset, if the time length passing between the first identification and the current identification in the number of times of identification of the Nth database is not more than the first time length, the identification code can be judged to be still the original identification code but not copied, so that the article can be judged to be still a genuine article, first prompt information is returned to an identifier for identifying the anti-counterfeiting code at the current time, and if the time length is more than the first time length, the anti-counterfeiting code is very likely to be copied, so that the article can be judged to be possibly a counterfeit article, and second prompt information is returned to the identifier for identifying the anti-counterfeiting code at the current time. In case 2, the article is determined to be genuine if the accumulated number of times of public identification is 1, and the anti-counterfeit code on the article is determined to be recognized by the public identifier for the first time (assuming that the anti-counterfeit code is in a confidential and copy-incapable state before being recognized for the first time), and a first prompt message is returned to the identifier for recognizing the anti-counterfeit code for the current time. If the accumulated public identification times are more than 1, considering that the current identification and the 1 st identification can be identified by the same public identifier, the same public identifier can identify the same certified product twice before and after, so two subsequent judgment steps are added: judging whether the identification code of the identifier for identifying the anti-counterfeiting code at the current time is the same as the identification code of the identifier for identifying the anti-counterfeiting code at the first time, if not, indicating that the public identifier possibly is not the same as the public identifier for identifying at the first time and further indicating that the object identified at the current time is probably a counterfeit product, and returning second prompt information to the identifier for identifying the anti-counterfeiting code at the current time; if the identification number is the same as the identification number of the article, the article is judged to be a false article, and the identifier for identifying the false article is returned to.
In the above step, the initial values of the public identification times and the nth database identification times are both zero, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
As a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, when the identification code of the identifier that identifies the anti-counterfeit code is stored in the nth database, the first prompt information and the second prompt information both include the accumulated identification times of the nth database;
when the ID of the recognizer recognizing the anti-counterfeiting code is not stored in any database, the first prompt message and the second prompt message both comprise the accumulated public recognition times.
As a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, the first prompt message includes a prompt message indicating that the article is a genuine article, and the second prompt message includes a prompt message indicating that the article is likely to be a counterfeit article.
As a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, when it is detected that an identifier corresponding to an identification code in the nth database identifies an anti-counterfeit code once, an nth display page is returned to the identifier corresponding to the identification code, and the first prompt information or the second prompt information is displayed on the nth display page. The nth display page may be a web page. Of course, the first prompt message and the second prompt message are not limited to text and images, are not limited to be displayed on a webpage, and may be sent out by any other possible means such as sound and light signals.
The corresponding identification times are accumulated by reading and inquiring the database in which the identification code of the identifier for identifying the anti-counterfeiting code is stored or not storing the identification code in any database, so that the identification times of one anti-counterfeiting code are classified and counted, and the identification times of each type can provide anti-counterfeiting reference for the article, thereby realizing multiple anti-counterfeiting according to one anti-counterfeiting code, avoiding attaching a plurality of two-dimensional codes on one article, and ensuring the simplicity and attractiveness of the appearance of the article.
The invention is very suitable for anti-counterfeiting different links of article circulation and is also suitable for judging whether one article is used for multiple times. Various bills such as invoices, tickets, entrance tickets and the like have disposable property. For example, in the anti-counterfeiting of the invoice, the method provided by the invention is applied, the public firstly purchases the invoice, in the invoice purchasing link, any public identifier (such as a mobile phone) can identify the anti-counterfeiting code on the invoice, the public identification times are accumulated once in each identification, and when the public identification times are detected to be more than 1 (excluding 1), the invoice is possibly identified before, namely the invoice is possibly used or in other situations. In the invoice checking link in the invoice use process, a 1 st database can be arranged, a plurality of identification codes are stored in the database, the non-public identifiers corresponding to the identification codes can identify the anti-counterfeiting codes on the invoice, and the times of the anti-counterfeiting codes on the invoice, which are identified by the non-public identifiers stored in the 1 st database by the identification codes, are uniformly accumulated by the identification times of the 1 st database. If the identification times of the 1 st database after certain identification accumulation is greater than 1, the invoice is possibly identified in the link and belongs to the condition of reuse, and at the moment, if the time length elapsed between the time of the first identification in the identification times of the 1 st database and the time of the identification is greater than the preset time length, the invoice is possibly a counterfeit product. According to the circulation links of the articles, different databases can be set to correspond to different circulation links. Different identification codes are respectively stored in the databases, and the owner of the identifier corresponding to the identification codes in the databases is generally the responsible person of the corresponding circulation link, so that the responsible person of the corresponding circulation link is helped to detect the authenticity or the use times of the articles in the circulation link which the responsible person is responsible for, and the detection result of the articles is not influenced by other circulation links.
Based on the anti-counterfeiting analysis method, the second embodiment of the invention also provides an article anti-counterfeiting analysis system. The article is attached with an anti-counterfeiting code. Only one anti-counterfeiting code can be attached to the article, and the article is exemplified by only one anti-counterfeiting code attached to the article.
As shown in fig. 2, the article anti-counterfeiting analysis system comprises a detection module 1, a reading module 2, an inquiry module 3, a counting module 4 and a prompt module 5.
The detection module 1 is used for detecting the identification action of the identifier on the anti-counterfeiting code.
The reading module 2 is used for reading and recording the identity identification code of the recognizer which recognizes the anti-counterfeiting code at the current time and recording the moment when the anti-counterfeiting code is recognized at the current time when the recognizer is detected to recognize the anti-counterfeiting code at one time.
The query module 3 is used for querying whether the identification code of the identifier for identifying the anti-counterfeiting code at the current time is stored in one database or not in any database of at least one preset database, and each identification code can be stored in only one database or not in any database.
The counting module 4 is used for accumulating the identification times of the Nth database for 1 time when the identification code of the recognizer which recognizes the anti-counterfeiting code at the time is inquired to be stored in the Nth database, and accumulating the public identification times for 1 time when the identification code of the recognizer which recognizes the anti-counterfeiting code at the time is inquired not to be stored in any database.
The prompt module 5 is configured to, when the accumulated nth database identification number is 1, return first prompt information to the identifier that identifies the anti-counterfeit code this time, when the accumulated nth database identification number is greater than 1, determine whether a time length that passes between the first identification and the current identification in the nth database identification number is greater than a preset first time length, if so, return second prompt information to the identifier that identifies the anti-counterfeit code this time, and if not, return the first prompt information to the identifier that identifies the anti-counterfeit code this time.
The prompting module 5 is further configured to, when the accumulated public identification number is 1, return first prompting information to the identifier that identifies the current anti-counterfeiting code, when the accumulated public identification number is greater than 1, determine whether the identification code of the identifier that identifies the current anti-counterfeiting code is the same as the identification code of the identifier that identifies the first anti-counterfeiting code, if not, return second prompting information to the identifier that identifies the current anti-counterfeiting code, if so, determine whether a duration that passes between the first identification and the current identification in the public identification number is greater than a preset second duration, if so, return second prompting information to the identifier that identifies the current anti-counterfeiting code, and if not, return first prompting information to the identifier that identifies the current anti-counterfeiting code.
The initial values of the public identification times and the Nth database identification times are zero, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
As a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, when the id of the identifier that identifies the anti-counterfeit code is stored in the nth database, the first prompt information and the second prompt information each include the accumulated identification times of the nth database.
