the information obtaining unit is specifically configured to obtain a link identifier displayed on the certain interface, where content information included in the certain interface includes the link identifier;
the information determining unit is specifically used for determining display information of the navigation bar according to the content information and a preset strategy;
the information determining unit is further configured to call an executable program, where the executable program is configured to call an interface of the display unit, and send the display information of the navigation bar to the display unit through the interface of the display unit, so that the display unit displays the information of the navigation bar on the certain interface according to the display information.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
the detection unit is used for detecting operation information of a user on a first webpage after the first webpage is displayed by the display unit of the webpage display device, wherein the operation information comprises position information;
the information obtaining unit is specifically configured to determine, according to the location information, a link identifier included in a corresponding location of the first web page, where the content information includes the link identifier.

the display unit is further used for displaying the navigation bar in the first state on the initial interface of the first webpage according to the initialization information of the navigation bar; and displaying a navigation bar in a second state on the initial interface according to the information of the preset position in the link information of the first webpage.

10. A terminal device comprising a processor and a storage medium, the processor configured to implement instructions;
