Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of testing methods for terminal devices according to an embodiment of the present invention, and details of the testing methods for terminal devices according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail from the side of testing terminal devices with reference to fig. 2, where the method includes the following steps S201 to S203.
Step S201: and sending a target function operation instruction to the terminal equipment, wherein the target function operation instruction is used for indicating the terminal equipment to execute a target function.
Specifically, in the prior art, a professional test tool is required to be used for testing of a terminal device (a mobile phone is taken as an example in the subsequent embodiment), but a high-cost professional test tool may not be available for a general after-sales service worker like , so that in the after-sales service process, it may be necessary to determine whether a problem exists in the mobile phone by a manual means such as subjective -by- search, operation, observation, and the like, so that , there may be problems of extremely long maintenance time and inaccurate problem search, and in the embodiment of the present invention, a relevant test program is installed and set before the terminal device leaves a factory, so that the terminal device has a function of testing other terminal devices of the same type in the after-sales process, and certainly, the after-sales worker downloads a background test program updated in real time through the sold terminal device to test functions or performances of the terminal devices of the same type or the same type, it should be noted that in the embodiment of the present invention, the test program may be loaded in the terminal device to test target functions of the terminal device itself, so that it is convenient for a user to use the terminal device, and it may not only can be beneficial to test the problem that the function of the terminal device , and the test results of the terminal device may be executed correctly.
The terminal device (e.g., mobile phone) test generally relates to hardware testing, function testing, stability testing, performance testing, security testing, geographic location positioning testing, application upgrade compatibility testing, device compatibility testing, coupling application testing, PUSH jump testing, statistical reporting testing, etc. for example, the function testing can test basic functions of mobile phone software, the stability testing can test whether various applications of the mobile phone can stably run, the performance testing can test whether response time, occupation of CPU, memory, I/O, power usage, switching speed from page to page, etc. of various applications, the security testing can test whether critical confidential data connections are not encrypted, whether a local database is encrypted or not, whether the applications can be read by other malicious applications, whether interfaces of background services are secure or not, and not influenced by SQL injection, etc. the application upgrade compatibility testing can test whether the applications can be critical data can be retained after upgrading or cross-version upgrading without user resetting, etc. it can be understood that the embodiments of the present invention do not specifically limit the types and specific test items of the types of the testing.
The test terminal device and the terminal device are required to be in communication connection through any of USB, Bluetooth, infrared and Wi-Fi in possible implementation modes, and the test terminal device and the terminal device are required to be in interaction through test instructions and test feedback.
In possible implementations, the target function operation command may be an AT command, i.e., the test terminal device instructs the terminal device to perform related operations through the AT command, the AT is simple and easy to understand, and a standard serial port is used to transmit and receive the AT command.
In possible implementation manners, the target function operation instruction includes, but is not limited to, at least of a power on/off instruction, an audio play-out instruction, a call to the test terminal device instruction, a Wi-Fi hotspot instruction for connecting the test terminal device, a system upgrade instruction, and an install preset application program instruction.
Step S202: and controlling to start a designated application to test the target function of the terminal equipment, wherein the corresponding relation is pre-established between the designated application and the target function.
Specifically, the corresponding application on the test terminal device is started to test the target function of the terminal device, for example, when the call function of the terminal device needs to be tested, the call application can be started correspondingly; the music playing function of the terminal equipment is tested, and a recording application and the like can be correspondingly started, namely, the corresponding relation between the specified application and the target function test is pre-established before delivery or according to the user-defined setting of a user.
In possible implementation manners, the target function operation instruction is a phone call instruction, and the controlling of starting the specified application tests the target function of the terminal device, specifically, the controlling of starting the call application to answer the phone call of the terminal device is performed to test the phone call function of the terminal device.
In possible implementation manners, the target function operation instruction is an audio playing instruction, the control of starting a specified application to test the target function of the terminal device is specifically to control the starting of a recording function to record a specified audio played by the terminal device so as to test the audio playing function of the terminal device, and correspondingly, feedback is executed according to the target function of the terminal device to generate a test result of the terminal device, specifically, the control of comparing the recording result with the specified audio is performed to generate an audio playing function test result of the terminal device.
In possible implementation manners, the target function operation instruction is a Wi-Fi connection instruction, and the control of starting the target function of the terminal device tested by the specified application is specifically to control the start of a Wi-Fi hotspot application to test whether the terminal device is successfully connected to the Wi-Fi hotspot so as to test the Wi-Fi connection function of the terminal device.
Step S203: and generating a test result of the terminal equipment according to the target function execution feedback of the terminal equipment.
Specifically, for example, if the target function operation instruction is a terminal device phone call instruction, the target function operation instruction is specifically used to instruct the terminal device to call the test terminal device, at this time, the target function execution feedback may be a phone call initiated by the terminal device to the test terminal device, and the test terminal device may determine whether the phone call function of the terminal device is normal by detecting whether the test terminal device receives an incoming call from the terminal device itself.
For another example, if the target function operation instruction is an audio playing instruction, the target function operation instruction is specifically used to instruct the terminal device to randomly play or play a specified audio, at this time, the target function execution feedback may be an audio currently played by the terminal device, the test terminal device may open its own recording function, record the audio played by the terminal device, compare the recorded audio with the specified audio, and determine whether the audio played by the terminal device is normal or not by combining a preset determination rule, and finally determine whether the audio playing function of the terminal device is normal or not, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is another specific application scenarios of the terminal device testing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the test terminal device sends the target function operation instruction for playing the specified audio a to the terminal device, the terminal device responds to the target function operation instruction by playing the audio a instruction, and at the same time, the test terminal device may start the recording function to record the audio a played by the terminal device, so as to facilitate subsequent comparison with the standard audio a, thereby determining whether the audio playing function of the terminal device is normal or not.
For another example, if the target function operation instruction is a Wi-Fi connection instruction, the target function operation instruction is specifically used to instruct the terminal device to connect to a Wi-Fi hotspot provided by the test terminal device, and at this time, the target function execution feedback may be a connection initiated by the terminal device and the test terminal device, so that the test terminal device may determine whether the Wi-Fi connection function of the terminal device is normal by determining whether the terminal device accesses the Wi-Fi hotspot of the test terminal device; or the terminal equipment feeds back information of successful connection, and the test terminal equipment directly judges according to the information.
For another example, if the target function operation instruction is a power on/off instruction, the target function execution feedback may refer to a power on action (at this time, the test terminal device may determine whether to power on or off through whether the USB interface of the terminal device is powered on), or may refer to an instruction fed back to the test terminal device to determine whether to power on or off the terminal device while or after the power on action, for example, the power on feedback is OK, the power off feedback is NO, and the like.
For example, if the target function operation instruction is a shooting instruction, the target function operation instruction is specifically used to instruct the terminal device to shoot a preset standard pattern, and at this time, the target function execution feedback may be that the terminal device shoots an image of the preset standard pattern, the test terminal device may shoot the image of the terminal device by opening its own shooting function and then compare the image with the preset standard pattern, or the test terminal device may directly obtain the image shot by the terminal device and compare the image with the preset standard pattern, and determine whether the image shot by the terminal device is correct by combining a preset determination rule, and finally determine whether the shooting function and the display function of the terminal device are normal.
It will be appreciated that a certain functional test may also be tested multiple times in order to test stability. For example, in the after-sales service, the problem that the user of the terminal device frequently crashes when shooting is reflected by the user, the user can instruct the terminal device to start the camera for multiple times to shoot by sending the target function operation instruction for multiple times, and the problem that whether the terminal device crashes in the shooting process is monitored, so that the problem provided by the user is found.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the target function operation instruction is sent to the terminal equipment through the test terminal equipment, the target function execution feedback sent by the terminal equipment and responding to the target function operation instruction is received, and finally the test result of the terminal equipment is generated according to the target function execution feedback and by combining the preset judgment rule. The embodiment of the invention tests the functions or the performances of the terminal equipment by using the terminal equipment of the same type, and can test the terminal equipment of the same type by using the existing intelligent terminal under the condition that after-sales maintenance personnel do not have a professional test tool, thereby saving the test time and the test cost of the after-sales personnel, improving the test efficiency and improving the user satisfaction.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart of another terminal device testing methods provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and details of another terminal device testing methods in the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail from the side of testing terminal devices with reference to fig. 5, as shown in fig. 5, the method may include the following steps S501 to S506.
Step S501: and controlling to start a shooting application to shoot the appearance of the terminal equipment, and comparing the shooting application with a standard appearance to test whether the appearance of the terminal equipment is damaged.
For example, if the test terminal device and the terminal device are both terminals of the same model , the test terminal device and the terminal device can both store a standard shape image of the corresponding terminal device of the model, and therefore the test terminal device can determine whether the appearance of the terminal device is damaged or not according to the stored standard shape image.
Step S502: and sending a target function operation instruction to the terminal equipment, wherein the target function operation instruction is used for indicating the terminal equipment to execute a target function.
Step S503: and controlling to start a designated application to test the target function of the terminal equipment, wherein the corresponding relation is pre-established between the designated application and the target function.
Step S504: and generating a test result of the terminal equipment according to the target function execution feedback of the terminal equipment.
Specifically, step S502 to step S504 refer to step S201 to step S203 in the embodiment of fig. 2, which are not described herein again.
Step S505: and receiving a test instruction sent by the terminal equipment.
Specifically, different from the prior art, a special device is needed for testing terminal devices in the prior art, in the embodiment of the present invention, all terminal devices store corresponding background test programs, and terminal devices of the same model or even different models can be tested through any terminal devices with the background test programs installed.
Step S506: and sending test feedback responding to the test instruction to the terminal equipment.
Specifically, similarly, after the test terminal device receives the test instruction of the terminal device as the tested machine, it is also necessary to respond to the test feedback to the test terminal device, so that the terminal device can determine whether the appearance, function, performance, and the like of the test terminal device are normal according to the test feedback.
According to the embodiment of the invention, a target function operation instruction is sent to the terminal equipment; controlling to start a designated application to test the target function of the terminal equipment, wherein a corresponding relation is pre-established between the designated application and the target function; and generating a test result of the terminal equipment according to the target function execution feedback of the terminal equipment.
