Most of the existing industrial production workshops are mechanically and automatically produced, such as robot welding assembly, and safety gratings are required to be installed at the entrance positions of the assembly operation workshops so as to ensure the safety of workshop staff. The upper end of the grating 3 is provided with an upper end block which is matched and clamped in the grating groove 2, and the lower end is provided with a lower end block which is supported at the lower end of the grating 3. In the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, an arc-shaped rotation adjusting groove 11 is provided on a base 1, and an adjusting bolt 7 is connected to the ground through the rotation adjusting groove 11. At the rear side of the base 1, a fixing bolt 8 fixedly connected to the ground is provided, and the adjusting bolt 7 is symmetrically arranged on the base 1 with the fixing bolt 8 as a symmetry axis at a position straight line. In the adjusting and rotating process, the connecting position of the fixing bolt 8 is taken as a rotating center, the base 1 is rotated to the opposite position of the gratings 2 on the two sides, and the adjusting bolt is fastened and screwed, so that positioning is realized.
In the invention, two side walls of a grating groove 2 are provided with centering adjusting screws 4, and the end parts of the centering adjusting screws 4 are attached to the side walls of a grating 3. The horizontal position of the grating in the grating groove 2 can be adjusted by adjusting the centering adjusting screws 4 at two sides. If the centering adjusting screw 4 on the left side wall is screwed to move inwards, the centering adjusting screw 4 on the right side wall is screwed outwards in a matched mode, and the grating 3 is pushed to move to the right side; the reverse adjustment in the same way realizes the reverse movement of the grating 3. The centering adjusting screws 4 are symmetrically arranged on two side walls of the grating groove 2.
The grating position adjusting support saddle provided by the invention can be adjusted by synchronously rotating according to the positions of gratings on two sides, adjusting the upper and lower positions and the horizontal position, pre-adjusting all directions can be advanced, and the grating position adjusting support saddle is screwed and positioned after all positions are determined so as to ensure accurate alignment and positioning of the gratings.
The grating position adjusting support is simple in structure, convenient to adjust and use, controllable in all directions, high in adjusting alignment accuracy, capable of guaranteeing normal use of gratings, capable of improving safety performance of workshops, and good in application prospect.
