Abstract

The invention relates to a beam test support, which comprises a base plate, wherein a lower roller support is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the base plate, a lower roller is arranged on the roller support, and lower supporting springs are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lower roller respectively; the upper surface of the lower support spring is provided with a lower support plate; u-shaped supporting plates are welded on base plates at two sides of the lower roller support, and a horizontal adjusting screw rod is assembled on the U-shaped supporting plates; the upper ends of the two U-shaped supporting plates are welded with upright posts, the upper ends of the upright posts are provided with locking nuts, the upper ends of the upright posts are fixedly provided with cover plates, and the cover plates and the U-shaped supporting plates enclose a test beam placing space with adjustable space; an upper roller support is welded on the lower end face of the cover plate, and two upper compression springs are arranged on the lower surface of the upper roller support; the lower end of the upper compression spring is connected with an upper supporting plate. The invention belongs to the technical field of beam tests, and particularly relates to a comprehensive beam test support capable of improving lateral stability of a beam member in a monotonic static test and a low-cycle reciprocating load test.
Background
The supports used for carrying out monotone static force tests and low-cycle reciprocating load tests of beam members in most of the structural laboratories in China are relatively simple, do not have a lateral limiting function, and particularly tend to accumulate and generate relatively large lateral displacement in the low-cycle reciprocating load process so as to influence test results.
Aiming at the problems of the existing beam-end support for the test of the beam-type component, the invention provides the novel beam-end support for the test, which can reduce or avoid the lateral displacement of the beam-type component caused by small load or other factors in the loading process, furthest reduce the adverse effect of the lateral displacement on the test result, and can adjust the test space according to the specific section size of the beam, thereby meeting the test requirements of most beam-type components.
In summary, the invention provides a beam test support with lateral limit and adjustable test space.

The invention provides the beam test support which has simple structure, convenient installation and use and improved working efficiency, can provide good constraint effect for the beam end in the test process, can limit the displacement of the beam support in the horizontal or vertical direction, and avoids great influence on the test result due to overlarge displacement.

the upper ends of the two U-shaped supporting plates are welded with upright posts, locking nuts are assembled at the upper ends of the upright posts, a cover plate is fixedly installed at the upper ends of the upright posts through the locking nuts, an upper roller support is welded on the lower end face of the cover plate, and an upper roller placing groove is formed in the upper roller support in the direction perpendicular to the test beam; an upper roller is arranged in the upper roller placing groove; two sides of the upper roller on the lower surface of the upper roller support are symmetrically provided with two upper compression springs; the lower end of the upper compression spring is connected with an upper supporting plate; the cover plate and the U-shaped supporting plates on two sides enclose a test beam placement space with adjustable space.

The invention has the advantages and positive effects that: due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the steel base plate is connected with the test bed through bolts, so that the overall stability of the fixed support is improved.
2. Through the regulation of the bolts on both sides of the U-shaped supporting plate and the end pressing end plates thereof, the contact area between the U-shaped supporting plate and the beam is increased, and the lateral constraint effect is enhanced.
3. Through the regulation of the bolt at the top of the U-shaped supporting plate and the cover plate connected with the bolt, the adjustability of the vertical space is realized, and the displacement of the beam is vertically limited.
4. Springs are arranged on two sides of the upper roller and the lower roller, so that the upper supporting plate and the lower supporting plate on the rollers can be automatically leveled, and the installation is convenient.

Referring to fig. 5, the two beam test supports, namely, the fixed support and the sliding support, are required for the experiment of the simply supported beam, wherein one end of the simply supported beam, which is arranged in the beam test support in a penetrating manner, is the fixed beam test support, and the other end is the sliding beam test support; the upper roller support and the lower roller support are respectively provided with an arc-shaped notch and a rectangular notch, and roller placing grooves on the upper roller support and the lower roller support of the fixed beam test support are arc-shaped and are just meshed with the rollers; the roller placing grooves on the upper roller support and the lower roller support of the sliding beam test support are rectangular and slightly larger than the diameter of the roller, so that the roller can roll in the placing grooves conveniently.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention can provide good constraint effect for the beam end in the test process, can limit the displacement of the beam support in the horizontal or vertical direction, avoids great influence on the test result due to overlarge displacement, and has the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation and use, improvement of working efficiency and the like.
