Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of optical testing, and relates to a target wheel type star point plate focusing device easy to adjust and integrate. The invention provides a target wheel type star point plate focusing device which comprises a disc-shaped target wheel and a plurality of star point plate assemblies arranged on the target wheel; a target wheel rotating motor is arranged in the center of the target wheel; all star point plate assemblies are positioned on the same circumference which takes the center of the target wheel as the center of a circle. The invention coaxially arranges a plurality of different star point plate components on the target wheel, and can quickly and conveniently replace the star point plate components by rotating the target wheel, so that the optical axis is convenient and simple to calibrate, and easy to optically detect, thereby not only reducing the assembly and adjustment cost, but also greatly shortening the assembly and adjustment period and improving the test efficiency.

Background
The multi-color focusing equipment for the star sensor is a set of testing equipment which is developed based on the research of aberration testing methods such as disperse spots, color deviation and the like of the optical system according to the evaluation standard of the imaging quality of the optical system and is used for measuring the defocus amount of the optical system of the star sensor in a full-automatic and high-precision manner, and can accurately test the focal plane position of the star sensor in a vacuum state. The collimating objective lens in the multi-color focusing device of the star sensor projects the target positioned on the focal plane to the entrance pupil of the measured star sensor in a collimating mode, and the collimating objective lens is used for simulating the target in an infinite distance so as to generate simulated targets with different positions and gray scales. The multi-color focusing device of the star sensor needs to project six star point plates with different star point diameters to the entrance pupil of the measured star sensor in a collimation mode so as to simulate the star points in an infinite distance. At present, the multi-color focusing equipment of the star sensor can only be provided with one star point plate at a time, the star point plate needs to be manually replaced, the test is needed to be suspended every time the star point plate is replaced, the occupied time is long, and the test efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a target wheel type star point plate focusing device which is easy to assemble and integrate, and aims to solve the technical problems that the existing star sensor multicolor focusing device can only be provided with one star point plate at a time, needs frequent replacement and is low in testing efficiency.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the target wheel type star point plate focusing device easy to assemble and integrate is characterized in that: comprises a disc-shaped target wheel and a plurality of star point plate assemblies arranged on the target wheel; a target wheel rotating motor is arranged in the center of the target wheel; all star point plate assemblies are positioned on the same circumference which takes the center of the target wheel as the center of a circle.
The target wheel type star point plate focusing device further comprises a focusing assembly coaxially arranged with the target wheel; the focusing assembly comprises a propelling driving gear and a plurality of propelling driven gears matched with the propelling driving gear; a propulsion rotating motor is arranged at the center of the propulsion driving gear; each propulsion driven gear is coaxially arranged with the corresponding star point plate assembly; the star point plate assembly comprises a star point plate assembly, a star point plate assembly and a plurality of driving screws, wherein the star point plate assembly is characterized in that the center of the star point plate assembly is provided with an axial guide rod, a plurality of axial threaded through holes are formed in the periphery of the guide rod, and each threaded through hole is internally provided with one driving screw; one end of the propelling screw rod is arranged on the target wheel, and the other end of the propelling screw rod is provided with a head gear meshed with the propelling driven gear.
The star point plate assembly comprises a star point plate lens seat, a star point plate is arranged in the center of the star point plate lens seat, and a star point plate pressing ring is arranged on the outer side of the star point plate; the threaded through holes are uniformly distributed on the star point plate lens base.
The target wheel is provided with a plurality of mounting holes, and the circle centers of the mounting holes are positioned on the same circumference taking the center of the target wheel as the circle center; each star point plate assembly is positioned within a mounting hole.
The target wheel type star point plate focusing device further comprises a cylindrical box body, and the target wheel and the focusing assembly are coaxially arranged with the box body; the target wheel is arranged at the bottom of the box body through the target wheel rotating motor, and the focusing assembly is arranged on the box cover at the top of the box body through the propelling rotating motor, so that the whole processing, the installation, the overhauling and the maintenance are facilitated.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) The invention coaxially arranges a plurality of different star point plate components on the target wheel, and can quickly and conveniently replace the star point plate components by rotating the target wheel, so that the optical axis is convenient and simple to calibrate, and easy to optically detect, thereby not only reducing the assembly and adjustment cost, but also greatly shortening the assembly and adjustment period and improving the test efficiency.
(2) According to the invention, by arranging the focusing assembly, the axial movement of each star point plate assembly can be completed without external equipment, so that defocusing is performed, the stray light problem caused by external equipment is avoided, the imaging quality and the testing efficiency of the star sensor to be tested are improved, and the testing cost is reduced.
(3) The focusing assembly provided by the invention realizes axial focusing of the star point plate by totally utilizing gear transmission, so that the problem of error amplification caused by the existing switching mechanical structure is avoided, and the focusing precision is high.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention is an easy-to-assemble and integrate target wheel type star point plate focusing device, and the structure of the preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a cylindrical case 1, and a case cover 2 is arranged on the top of the case 1. The inner cavity of the box body 1 is coaxially provided with a disc-shaped target wheel 3 and a focusing assembly 4. The case body 1 and the case cover 2 are provided with a pair of through holes corresponding to the star point plates. The target wheel 3 is arranged at the bottom of the box body through a target wheel rotating motor 5, and the focusing assembly 4 is arranged on the box cover 2 at the top of the box body through a pushing rotating motor 6. Six mounting holes are formed in the target wheel 3, and the circle centers of all the mounting holes are located on the same circumference taking the center of the target wheel as the circle center; one star point plate assembly 7 is mounted in each mounting hole. The target wheel rotating motor 5 drives the target wheel 3 to rotate, and the target wheel 3 rotates to drive the star point plate assembly 7 on the target wheel to rotate around the central shaft of the target wheel, so that the replacement of different star point plates is realized.
The focusing assembly 4 includes a propulsion drive gear 41 and six propulsion driven gears 42 that are adapted to the propulsion drive gear. The propulsion driving gear 41 is centrally provided with a propulsion rotary motor 6, and six propulsion driven gears 42 are coaxially provided with the six star point plate assemblies 7, respectively. The star point plate assembly 7 is provided with an axial guide rod 43 at the center, a plurality of axial threaded through holes 74 are formed around the guide rod 43, and a pushing screw 44 is respectively arranged in each threaded through hole 74. One end of the push screw 44 is mounted on the target wheel 3, and the other end of the push screw 44 is provided with a head gear engaged with the push driven gear 42.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the star point plate assembly 7 includes a star point plate lens base 71, a star point plate 72 mounted at the center of the star point plate lens base 71, and a star point plate pressing ring 73 mounted at the outer side of the star point plate 72. In the present embodiment, the number of the threaded through holes 74 is four, and the threaded through holes are uniformly distributed on the star point plate lens base 71.
The propulsion rotary motor 6 drives the propulsion driving gear 41 to rotate, the propulsion driving gear 41 rotates to drive the propulsion driven gear 42 to rotate, the propulsion driven gear 42 rotates to drive the head gear of the propulsion screw 44 positioned at one end to rotate, and the propulsion screw 44 rotates in the threaded through hole 74, so that the star point plate mirror seat 71 is driven to move axially along the propulsion screw 44 under the guidance of the guide rod 43, and the star point plate 72 is defocused axially.
