本发明公开了一种新型薄膜太阳能电池路灯,包括灯杆、灯头、蓄电池,所述灯杆侧壁上具有多个通孔和多个安装孔,所述灯杆侧壁具有多个薄膜太阳能电池模块,所述薄膜太阳能电池模块包括太阳能电池板本体和固定在太阳能电池板本体后面的控制器,所述太阳能电池板通过固定螺栓固定在灯杆的安装孔上,所述控制器放置在所述灯杆侧壁的通孔内。本发明的路灯能够实现弱光条件下的发电,且发电功率可控,且薄膜太阳能电池模块易于更换。

技术领域
本发明涉及路灯领域,具体涉及一种新型薄膜太阳能电池路灯。
背景技术
太阳能路灯,由于其清洁能源,无需接入市电而受到广泛应用,特别适合安装在一些日照条件好的地方,但是现在城市中也希望多使用太阳能路灯而节能减排,但是城市中具有绿化带,且光照条件不好,一般的太阳能电池板容易发电不足。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,一种新型薄膜太阳能电池路灯。
技术方案:一种新型薄膜太阳能电池路灯,包括灯杆、灯头、蓄电池,所述灯杆侧壁上具有多个通孔和多个安装孔,所述灯杆侧壁具有多个薄膜太阳能电池模块,所述薄膜太阳能电池模块包括太阳能电池板本体和固定在太阳能电池板本体后面的控制器,所述太阳能电池板通过固定螺栓固定在灯杆的安装孔上,所述控制器放置在所述灯杆侧壁的通孔内。
进一步地,薄膜太阳能电池模块包括基板、薄膜太阳能电池片和钢化玻璃。
进一步地,所述薄膜太阳能电池模块有4个。
进一步地,所述安装孔有16个。
进一步地,所述控制器放置在固定在太阳能电池板本体后面的控制器盒内。
有益效果:本发明的路灯通过薄膜太阳能电池板,即使在弱光条件下,也能够实现发电,且发电模块易于更换,能够保证路灯的长期使用。

一种新型薄膜太阳能电池路灯,包括灯杆1、灯头、蓄电池,所述灯杆侧壁上具有多个通孔和多个安装孔,所述灯杆侧壁具有多个薄膜太阳能电池模块,所述薄膜太阳能电池模块包括太阳能电池板本体2和固定在太阳能电池板本体后面的控制器3,所述太阳能电池板通过固定螺栓4固定在灯杆的安装孔上,所述控制器放置在所述灯杆侧壁的通孔内。薄膜太阳能电池模块包括基板、薄膜太阳能电池片和钢化玻璃。所述薄膜太阳能电池模块有4个。所述安装孔有16个。所述控制器放置在固定在太阳能电池板本体后面的控制器盒内。
本发明的路灯由于使用了薄膜太阳能电池板,即使在弱光条件下也能发电,从而满足城市照明的需要。并且薄膜太阳能电池模块的数量可增减,根据灯头功率的需要而设置。并且一旦损坏,易于更换。
尽管本发明就优选实施方式进行了示意和描述,但本领域的技术人员应当理解,只要不超出本发明的权利要求所限定的范围,可以对本发明进行各种变化和修改。

1.一种新型薄膜太阳能电池路灯,其特征在于,包括灯杆、灯头、蓄电池,所述灯杆侧壁上具有多个通孔和多个安装孔,所述灯杆侧壁具有多个薄膜太阳能电池模块,所述薄膜太阳能电池模块包括太阳能电池板本体和固定在太阳能电池板本体后面的控制器,所述太阳能电池板通过固定螺栓固定在灯杆的安装孔上,所述控制器放置在所述灯杆侧壁的通孔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型薄膜太阳能电池路灯,其特征在于,薄膜太阳能电池模块包括基板、薄膜太阳能电池片和钢化玻璃。
