一种防震LED灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防震LED灯。
背景技术
LED的基本结构是一块电致发光的半导体材料芯片,用银胶或白胶固化到支架上,然后用银线或金线连接芯片和电路板,然后四周用环氧树脂密封,起到保护内部芯线的作用,最后安装外壳,所以 LED 灯的抗震性能好。运用领域涉及到手机、台灯、家电等日常家电和机械生产方面。半导体晶片由两部分组成,一部分是P型半导体,在它里面空穴占主导地位,另一端是N型半导体,在这边主要是电子。但这两种半导体连接起来的时候,它们之间就形成一个P-N结。当电流通过导线作用于这个晶片的时候,电子就会被推向P区,在P区里电子跟空穴复合,然后就会以光子的形式发出能量,这就是LED灯发光的原理。而光的波长也就是光的颜色,是由形成P-N结的材料决定的。白光LED的出现,是LED从标识功能向照明功能跨出的实质性一步。白光LED最接近日光,更能较好地反映照射物体的真实颜色,所以从技术角度看,白光LED无疑是LED最尖端的技术。白光LED已开始进入一些应用领域,应急灯、手电筒、闪光灯等产品相继问世,但是由于价格十分昂贵,故而难以普及。白光LED普及的前提是价格下降,而价格下降必须在白色LED形成一定市场规模后才有可能,两者的融合最终有赖于技术进步。
目前现有的LED灯没有缓冲效果,不能够有效地防震,结构复杂,不容易安装。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种缓冲效果,能够有效地防震,结构简单,容易安装的防震LED灯。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种防震LED灯,包括灯罩、灯筒、LED灯珠和电源线,所述灯筒表面从左至右直径依次增大,所述电源线穿过灯筒和灯罩与LED灯珠连接,所述LED灯珠安装在灯罩内,LED灯珠通过强力胶粘合在灯罩内壁,所述灯罩和灯筒之间焊接有半圆形挡圈,所述半圆形挡圈底部两端设置有凸起部,所述凸起部下端设置有支架,所述支架顶部设置有转轴,所述支架通过转轴与凸起部活动连接,转轴分别依次穿过凸起部和支架,支架呈U型设置,所述灯筒中部焊接有U型钢丝,所述支架一侧焊接有弹簧,所述弹簧顶部设置有挂钩,所述支架底部安装有固定螺钉,支架与固定螺钉对应处设置有螺纹孔,所述固定螺钉外侧缠绕有弹力绳。
作为优选,所述灯筒焊接在灯罩左侧,灯罩与灯筒连接处内部设置有通孔,可以使得电源线穿过。
作为优选,所述挂钩卡接在U型钢丝内,保持弹簧安装方便。
作为优选,所述弹力绳顶部与灯罩固定连接,弹力绳一端设置有橡胶片,橡胶片涂上强力胶将弹力绳粘合在灯罩外侧。
作为优选,所述灯罩前端外侧焊接有呈三角形的散热片,保持散热效果好,同时提升灯罩的结构强度。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的弹簧一端挂在灯筒的U型铁丝上,能够使得灯罩下方的弹力绳处于被拉伸的状态,遇到震动时,弹簧和弹力绳可以起到缓冲的效果,能够有效地防震;设置的灯筒和灯罩使得结构简单,支架底部安装有固定螺钉,可以固定弹力绳,同时保持安装方便。

如图1所示,一种防震LED灯,包括灯罩1、灯筒2、LED灯珠3和电源线4,所述灯筒2表面从左至右直径依次增大,所述电源线4穿过灯筒2和灯罩1与LED灯珠3连接,所述LED灯珠3安装在灯罩1内,所述灯罩1和灯筒2之间焊接有半圆形挡圈5,所述半圆形挡圈5底部两端设置有凸起部6,所述凸起部6下端设置有支架7,所述支架7顶部设置有转轴8,所述支架7通过转轴8与凸起部6活动连接,所述灯筒2中部焊接有U型钢丝9,所述支架7一侧焊接有弹簧10,所述弹簧10顶部设置有挂钩11,所述支架7底部安装有固定螺钉12,所述固定螺钉12外侧缠绕有弹力绳13。
所述灯筒2焊接在灯罩1左侧。所述挂钩11卡接在U型钢丝9内。所述弹力绳13顶部与灯罩1固定连接。所述灯罩1前端外侧焊接有呈三角形的散热片14。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的弹簧一端挂在灯筒的U型铁丝上,能够使得灯罩下方的弹力绳处于被拉伸的状态,遇到震动时,弹簧和弹力绳可以起到缓冲的效果,能够有效地防震;设置的灯筒和灯罩使得结构简单,支架底部安装有固定螺钉,可以固定弹力绳,同时保持安装方便。

1.一种防震LED灯,其特征在于:包括灯罩、灯筒、LED灯珠和电源线,所述灯筒表面从左至右直径依次增大,所述电源线穿过灯筒和灯罩与LED灯珠连接,所述LED灯珠安装在灯罩内,所述灯罩和灯筒之间焊接有半圆形挡圈,所述半圆形挡圈底部两端设置有凸起部,所述凸起部下端设置有支架,所述支架顶部设置有转轴,所述支架通过转轴与凸起部活动连接,所述灯筒中部焊接有U型钢丝,所述支架一侧焊接有弹簧,所述弹簧顶部设置有挂钩,所述支架底部安装有固定螺钉,所述固定螺钉外侧缠绕有弹力绳。
