Abstract

一种桥梁低空照明灯具,包括安装在桥体中的灯架以及与灯架相配合的LED灯具,所述灯架右侧设有突框,突框向右突出形成一个可以容放LED灯具的容放空腔,容放空腔的体积与LED灯具的体积相同,LED灯具左端面上部设置有前后对等的两个连电杆,LED灯具左端面下部设置有前后对等的两个推挤柱;灯架中设置有前后对等的两个空心腔,每个空心腔中固定安装有限制板,限制板将空心腔分开成左端的滑行槽和右端的空心槽,限制板中设置有通连滑行槽和空心槽的通连槽,滑行槽上部可滑行地安装有接通外电端部。

技术领域
本发明涉及桥梁设备领域,具体为一种桥梁低空照明灯具。
背景技术
现如今,为了桥梁的美观,同时也为了能够正常的使行车行人通行,通常会在桥上安装低空照明灯,一般多个低空照明灯由一个空开控制,这样当需要维修或者更换时,为了防触电要将整组的灯都断电,当多个灯熄灭时,会影响行车行人的通行,容易造成交通事故,也影响桥梁的美观度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种桥梁低空照明灯具,用于克服现有技术中的上述缺陷。
根据本发明的一种桥梁低空照明灯具,包括安装在桥体中的灯架以及与所述灯架相配合的LED灯具,所述灯架右侧设有突框,所述突框向右突出形成一个可以容放LED灯具的容放空腔,所述容放空腔的体积与所述LED灯具的体积相同,所述LED灯具左端面上部设置有前后对等的两个连电杆,所述LED灯具左端面下部设置有前后对等的两个推挤柱;所述灯架中设置有前后对等的两个空心腔,每个空心腔中固定安装有限制板,所述限制板将所述空心腔分开成左端的滑行槽和右端的空心槽,所述限制板中设置有通连所述滑行槽和空心槽的通连槽,所述滑行槽上部可滑行地安装有接通外电端部,所述滑行槽下部可滑行地安装有输电端部,所述接通外电端部中设置有出口向空心槽的连电槽,所述连电槽中安装有连电弹性片,所述接通外电端部下端还设置有电接柱,所述电接柱通过设置在所述接通外电端部中的连电线与所述连电弹性片连接,所述输电端部中设置有出口向空心槽的推拉槽,所述输电端部与接通外电端部相对的端面上设置有与所述电接柱相配合的电接槽,所述接通外电端部右端面下端斜形设置有上按压臂,所述所述输电端部右端面斜形设置有下按压臂,所述上按压臂和下按压臂均延出所述通连槽并与所述空心槽右端壁相靠,所述上按压臂和下按压臂分别与连电槽和推拉槽连接,且所述上按压臂和下按压臂右端均设置有前后对等的外突块,所述外突块安装在设置于所述空心槽前后端壁中的导位槽中,所述灯架右端面设置有所述连电杆相配合的连电孔和与推挤柱相配合的插口。
进一步的技术方案,所述连电孔和插口通连空心槽和外端。
进一步的技术方案,所述导位槽位于所述连电孔和插口之间,从而在所述连电杆和推挤柱压入时可分别与所述上按压臂和下按压臂相靠。
进一步的技术方案,所述接通外电端部与所述滑行槽顶壁之间安装有上部拉簧,所述输电端部与所述滑行槽底壁之间安装有下部拉簧。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.由于上部拉簧和下部拉簧可分别将接通外电端部和输电端部拉向上部和下部,从而可使接通外电端部和输电端部分开,因此连电弹性片不带电,此时可对单个LED灯具进行检修,而不影响其他的LED灯具正常运行;
2.将维修好的LED灯具进行安装时,将连电杆和推挤柱分别压入连电孔和插口中,并将上按压臂和下按压臂向中间靠拢,在连电杆和推挤柱分别连接到连电槽和推拉槽时,电接柱与电接槽接合,从而可将市电接至连电杆,因此可对LED灯具提供用电,其安装检修方便,操作简单;
3.在将LED灯具装进灯架时,由于连电杆和推挤柱在上部拉簧和下部拉簧的弹性拉力作用下,可增大连电杆和推挤柱的摩擦力,从而可使LED灯具的连电状态稳定;
4.拉出LED灯具后,接通外电端部和输电端部又会恢复到初始状态,其结构紧凑、安全可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1-4对本发明进行详细说明。
参照图1-4,根据本发明的实施例的一种桥梁低空照明灯具,包括安装在桥体中的灯架2以及与所述灯架2相配合的LED灯具1,所述灯架2右侧设有突框7,所述突框7向右突出形成一个可以容放LED灯具1的容放空腔,所述容放空腔的体积与所述LED灯具1的体积相同,使LED灯具1安装在容放空腔内,所述LED灯具1左端面上部设置有前后对等的两个连电杆11,所述LED灯具1左端面下部设置有前后对等的两个推挤柱12;所述灯架2中设置有前后对等的两个空心腔,每个空心腔中固定安装有限制板6,所述限制板6将所述空心腔分开成左端的滑行槽3和右端的空心槽20,所述限制板6中设置有通连所述滑行槽3和空心槽的通连槽61,所述滑行槽3上部可滑行地安装有接通外电端部4,所述滑行槽3下部可滑行地安装有输电端部5,所述接通外电端部4中设置有出口向空心槽20的连电槽41,所述连电槽41中安装有连电弹性片42,所述接通外电端部4下端还设置有电接柱45,所述电接柱45通过设置在所述接通外电端部4中的连电线46与所述连电弹性片42连接,所述输电端部5中设置有出口向空心槽20的推拉槽51,所述输电端部5与接通外电端部4相对的端面上设置有与所述电接柱45相配合的电接槽52,所述电接槽52接通市电,当电接柱45连接到电接槽52时,可使连电弹性片42连电,所述接通外电端部4右端面下端斜形设置有上按压臂43,所述所述输电端部5右端面斜形设置有下按压臂53,所述上按压臂43和下按压臂53均延出所述通连槽61并与所述空心槽20右端壁相靠,所述上按压臂43和下按压臂53分别与连电槽41和推拉槽51连接,且所述上按压臂43和下按压臂53右端均设置有前后对等的外突块44,所述外突块44安装在设置于所述空心槽20前后端壁中的导位槽30中,所述灯架2右端面设置有所述连电杆11相配合的连电孔21和与推挤柱12相配合的插口22。

将LED灯具拉出检修时,由于上部拉簧和下部拉簧可分别接通外电端部和输电端部拉向上部和下部,从而可使接通外电端部和输电端部分开,因此连电弹性片不带电,此时可对单个LED灯具进行检修,而不影响其他的LED灯具正常运行;
将维修好的LED灯具进行安装时,将连电杆和推挤柱分别压入连电孔和插口中,并将上按压臂和下按压臂向中间靠拢,在连电杆和推挤柱分别连接到连电槽和推拉槽时,电接柱与电接槽接合,从而可将市电接至连电杆,因此可对LED灯具提供用电,而连电杆和推挤柱在上部拉簧和下部拉簧的弹性拉力作用下,可增大连电杆和推挤柱的摩擦力,从而可使LED灯具的连电状态稳定,而拉出LED灯具后,接通外电端部和输电端部又会恢复到初始状态。本发明装置结构简单,安装检修方便,其使用安全性高,适合推广。
本领域的技术人员可以明确,在不脱离本发明的总体精神以及构思的情形下,可以做出对于以上实施例的各种变型。其均落入本发明的保护范围之内。本发明的保护方案以本发明所附的权利要求书为准。

Claims (4)

1.一种桥梁低空照明灯具,包括安装在桥体中的灯架以及与灯架相配合的LED灯具,其特征在于:所述灯架右侧设有突板突框,突板突框向外突出向右突出形成一个可以容放LED灯具的容放空间容放空腔,容放空腔的体积与LED灯具的体积相同,LED灯具左端面上部设置有前后对等的两个连电杆,LED灯具左端面下部设置有前后对等的两个推挤柱;灯架中设置有前后对等的两个空心腔,每个空心腔中固定安装有限制板,限制板将空心腔分开成左端的滑行槽和右端的空心槽,限制板中设置有通连滑行槽和空心槽的通连槽,滑行槽上部可滑行地安装有接通外电端部,滑行槽下部可滑行地安装有输电端部,接通外电端部中设置有出口向空心槽的连电槽,连电槽中安装有连电弹性片,接通外电端部下端还设置有电接柱,电接柱通过设置在接通外电端部中的连电线与连电弹性片连接,输电端部中设置有出口向空心槽的推拉槽,输电端部与接通外电端部对面相对的端面上设置有与电接柱相配合的电接槽,接通外电端部右端面下端斜形设置有上按压臂,输电端部右端面斜形设置有下按压臂,上按压臂和下按压臂均延出通连槽并与空心槽右端壁相靠,上按压臂和下按压臂分别与连电槽和推拉槽连接,且上按压臂和下按压臂右端均设置有前后对等的外突块,外突块安装在设置于空心槽前后端壁中的导位槽中,灯架右端面设置有连电杆相配合的连电孔和与推挤柱相配合的插口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种桥梁低空照明灯具,其特征在于:所述连电孔和插口通连空心槽和外端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种桥梁低空照明灯具,其特征在于:所述导位槽位于所述连电孔和插口之间,从而在所述连电杆和推挤柱压入时可分别与所述上按压臂和下按压臂相靠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种桥梁低空照明灯具,其特征在于:所述接通外电端部与所述滑行槽顶壁之间安装有上部拉簧,所述输电端部与所述滑行槽底壁之间安装有下部拉簧。
