Abstract

Detailed Description
The present invention provides a mobile terminal, and in order to make the objects, technical solutions, and effects of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

As shown in fig. 2, the rotating shaft 210 is preferably configured such that one end is threaded and the two ends are threaded, and the portion is a threaded column; one end is used for connecting the bracket 100, and the other end is used for fixing the second limiting member 260. And the second retaining member 260 is preferably a nut. The middle part of the rotating shaft 210 between the two ends is provided with two planes 211 which are symmetrically arranged, and the shape of the through hole of the gear piece 240 is matched with the structural shape of the part.
The first limiting member 220 is preferably a circular ring body provided with a through hole, and is preferably in interference fit with the rotating shaft 210, so as to enhance the stability of all parts arranged between the first limiting member 220 and the second limiting member 260.
As shown in fig. 3, the fixing element 230 may be directly connected to other stationary elements of the mobile terminal, such as a back plate of the mobile terminal, a face shell of the mobile terminal, or a large steel plate assembly disposed between the back plate and the face shell; it may be fixed to other relatively stationary components, i.e., may be stationary when the shaft 210 rotates, i.e., the components may move, but the movement is not necessarily linked to the rotation of the shaft 210. The end surface of the fixing member 230 facing the shift member 240 is preferably provided with at least one limiting protrusion 231, and two sides of the limiting protrusion 231 are respectively provided with an inclined surface.
The gear member 240 is provided with a through hole passing through the rotating shaft 210, which is referred to as a second through hole 241 herein, and the shape of the second through hole 241 is matched with the shape of the middle section of the rotating shaft 210. A plurality of gear slots 242 matched with the limiting protrusions 231 are arranged on the end surface facing the fixing piece 230; the shift member 240 engages one of the plurality of shift grooves 242 with the stopper protrusion 231 through the inclined surface to adjust the rotation angle of the bracket 100.
The elastic member 250 is preferably composed of a plurality of washer springs.
Compared with the prior art, the mobile terminal provided by the invention adopts the support 100 which can be attached to the back plate of the mobile terminal, and two ends of the support 100 are respectively connected with the rotating shaft 210 which can drive the support 100 and rotate around the back plate of the mobile terminal; the head end of the rotating shaft 210 is connected with the bracket 100, the middle part is provided with a first limiting piece 220, and the tail end is provided with a second limiting piece 260; an elastic element 250 is disposed between the first limiting member 220 and the second limiting member 260, a gear 240 is supported by the elastic element 250 near one end of the first limiting member 220, and a fixing member 230, which is engaged with the gear 240 near one end of the first limiting member 220 to adjust the rotation angle of the bracket 100, is clamped by the gear 240 near one end of the first limiting member 220. The mobile terminal can be carried by integrating the bracket 100 into the mobile terminal, so that the carrying convenience is improved; the support 100 can rotate and is attached to the mobile terminal, so that the appearance of the support 100 is improved while the support 100 is prevented from occupying extra space; meanwhile, through the matching of the gear piece 240 and the fixing piece 230, when the mobile terminal uses the support 100, the support 100 is directly rotated to different angles, and the use convenience is improved.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the mobile terminal further includes a sliding assembly 300 connected to the hinge 210; the sliding assembly 300 includes: the sliding plate 310 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 210, and the sliding plate 310 is connected with a fixed guide 320 which is fixed between the back plate and the display screen of the mobile terminal and used for guiding the sliding of the sliding plate 310; the fixed guide 320 is provided with a steel plate guide groove 322 in which the sliding plate 310 slides.
As shown in fig. 7, the sliding plate 310 includes: a sliding plate body 311 sliding in the steel plate guide slot 322, and a third through hole 312 for sleeving the sliding plate body 311 on the rotating shaft 210.
As shown in fig. 8, the fixing guide 320 includes: the guide body 321 and the steel plate guide groove 322 disposed on the guide body 321, wherein the fixed guide 320 has a buffer pad disposed at least at one of the upper and lower ends of the steel plate guide groove 322 to prevent the sliding plate 310 from generating a strong impact on the fixed guide 320.
The sliding assembly 300 further includes a sliding post 313 fixedly attached to a side of the sliding plate 310 adjacent to the fixed guide 320, as shown in fig. 7; the fixing guide 320 is provided with a sliding post guide groove 329 in which the sliding post 313 slides, as shown in fig. 8.
Preferably, the sliding post 313 is screwed to the sliding steel plate.
As shown in fig. 9, a first position-limiting cap is disposed at an end of the sliding column 313 away from the sliding plate 310, a torsion spring 323 is disposed between the first position-limiting cap and the fixed guide 320, one end of the torsion spring 323 is sleeved on the position-limiting column, and the other end is connected to the fixed guide 320.
In specific implementation, a torsion spring fixing column 324 is fixedly connected to one side of the middle of the fixed guide 320, and a second limiting cap for preventing the torsion spring 323 from separating from the torsion spring fixing column 324 is arranged at one end of the torsion spring fixing column 324, which is far away from the fixed guide 320; the torsion spring 323 is sleeved on the torsion spring fixing post 324.
The fixing member is provided with a positioning protrusion 232, as shown in fig. 3; the sliding plate 310 is provided with a positioning groove 314 matched with the positioning protrusion 232, as shown in fig. 7; the fixing member is fixed to the sliding plate 310 by the positioning protrusions 232.
As shown in fig. 6, the sliding assembly 300 further includes a retaining member 330 sleeved on the rotating shaft 210, wherein the retaining member 330 is disposed between the sliding plate 310 and the first limiting member 220 and attached to the sliding plate 310; the sliding plate 310 is provided with a retaining protrusion 315 at an end opposite to the positioning groove 314; the catching member 330 is provided with a catching groove 331 fitted with the catching protrusion 315, as shown in fig. 10.
The rotating shaft 210 is further sleeved with an angle limiting member 340 which rotates synchronously with the rotating shaft 210, as shown in fig. 6; the angle limiting member 340 is disposed between the retaining member 330 and the first limiting member 220, and is attached to the retaining member 330; the angle restricting member 340 is provided with a first angle restricting projection 341, as shown in fig. 11; the catching member 330 is provided with a second angle restricting protrusion 332 at an end opposite to the catching groove 331, as shown in fig. 10; when the angle limiting member 340 rotates, the first angle limiting protrusion 341 is respectively matched with the second angle limiting protrusion 332 and the clamping protrusion 315, so that the rotatable angle of the angle limiting member 340 is limited within 190 degrees.
The mobile terminal back plate is provided with a sliding groove of the rotating shaft 210 for the rotating shaft 210 and the sliding plate 310 to synchronously move.
