本发明涉及一种耐高压锅炉壳体通孔密封装置。
背景技术
目前,锅炉壳体上存在制造或组装时留下的临时使用通孔,在组装完成后需要对其封堵,现有的解决办法是通过焊机焊死或通过密封胶粘堵,上述方法既不方便后续检修时使用该通孔,又不美观。
发明内容
本发明通过设计一种新型耐高压锅炉壳体通孔密封装置,不仅解决了上述问题,还具有耐高压效果。
本发明提供了一种耐高压锅炉壳体通孔密封装置,所述装置包括螺杆、活动片Ⅰ、弹簧Ⅰ、活动片Ⅱ、弹簧Ⅱ、压片、垫片Ⅰ、螺帽Ⅰ、垫片Ⅱ、螺帽Ⅱ;
所述活动片Ⅰ活动连接在螺杆的末端,所述弹簧Ⅰ设在活动片Ⅰ与螺杆之间,使活动片Ⅰ与螺杆之间0°-90°活动,所述活动片Ⅱ与活动片Ⅰ对称的活动连接在螺杆的末端,所述弹簧Ⅱ设在活动片Ⅱ与螺杆之间,使活动片Ⅱ与螺杆之间0°-90°活动,所述压片、垫片Ⅰ、螺帽Ⅰ、垫片Ⅱ、螺帽Ⅱ活动连接在螺杆上,所述螺帽Ⅱ、螺帽Ⅰ将垫片Ⅱ、垫片Ⅰ、压片密封在锅炉壳体的通孔上。
本发明所述压片的形状优选为倒置圆锥。

所述活动片Ⅰ2活动连接在螺杆1的末端,所述弹簧Ⅰ3设在活动片Ⅰ2与螺杆1之间,使活动片Ⅰ2与螺杆1之间0°-90°活动,所述活动片Ⅱ4与活动片Ⅰ2对称的活动连接在螺杆1的末端,所述弹簧Ⅱ5设在活动片Ⅱ4与螺杆1之间,使活动片Ⅱ4与螺杆1之间0°-90°活动,所述压片6、垫片Ⅰ7、螺帽Ⅰ8、垫片Ⅱ9、螺帽Ⅱ10活动连接在螺杆1上,所述螺帽Ⅱ10、螺帽Ⅰ8将垫片Ⅱ9、垫片Ⅰ7、压片6密封在锅炉壳体的通孔上。

所述活动片Ⅰ活动连接在螺杆的末端,所述弹簧Ⅰ设在活动片Ⅰ与螺杆之间,使活动片Ⅰ与螺杆之间0°-90°活动,所述活动片Ⅱ与活动片Ⅰ对称的活动连接在螺杆的末端,所述弹簧Ⅱ设在活动片Ⅱ与螺杆之间,使活动片Ⅱ与螺杆之间0°-90°活动,所述压片、垫片Ⅰ、螺帽Ⅰ、垫片Ⅱ、螺帽Ⅱ活动连接在螺杆上,所述螺帽Ⅱ、螺帽Ⅰ将垫片Ⅱ、垫片Ⅰ、压片密封在锅炉壳体的通孔上。
