When in use, the clipping section 27 of the polished rod is connected with the oil pumping unit by installing a polished rod clip; the lower end of the polish rod is connected with an oil pump plunger through a heading rod joint 10; the spray welding section 28 of the polish rod is in sealing contact with a packing of a wellhead to form dynamic seal; the spray welding layer is added on the spray welding section 28 of the polish rod, so that the surface of the polish rod can be prevented from being damaged, the smooth surface is kept, and the sealing is more ideal; the surface of the clamping section 27 of the polish rod is not subjected to spray welding, so that the polish rod clamp is reliably locked, and slipping accidents are prevented; the thickness of the spray welding layer is 0.2 mm to 0.4 mm, so that the protection of the outside of a polished rod of the spray welding section 28 and the upsetting rod head 10 can be further enhanced; the tolerance range of the outer diameter of the polished rod of the spray welding section 28 is-0.1 mm to 0 mm, the size is more accurate, the dynamic sealing performance of a packing seal assembly with a wellhead is improved, the use is more convenient, and the service life is prolonged.
As shown in the attached figure 1, an arc transition section 9 is arranged between the top end of the upsetting rod head 10 and the polished rod, and the cylindricity of the arc transition section 9 is 0.01-0.03; the coaxiality of the arc transition section 9 is 0.01-0.03; the surface roughness of the circular arc transition section 9 is 0.4 to 6.3. When in use, a sealing element is required to be arranged at the arc transition section 9 to seal a gap between the oil pump plunger and the polish rod; therefore, the cylindricity, the coaxiality and the surface roughness of the arc transition section 9 are further limited, namely the cylindricity of the arc transition section 9 is 0.01 to 0.03; the coaxiality of the arc transition section 9 is 0.01-0.03; the surface roughness of the arc transition section 9 is 0.4 to 6.3; therefore, effective sealing at the arc transition section 9 can be ensured, and the sealing effect between the oil pump plunger and the polish rod is improved.
As shown in the attached figure 1, the high-temperature and high-pressure resistant sealing element is a sealing ring made of p-polyphenyl material, a sealing ring made of polytetrafluoroethylene material or a sealing ring made of graphite material; sealing rings made of p-polyphenylacetylene, teflon or graphite are known in the art.
As shown in the attached drawing 1, an outer protecting pipe 14 is fixedly installed on the packing seal assembly outside the flexible pipe 1 at intervals, a limit ring platform 15 is arranged in the lower end of the outer protecting pipe 14, and the limit ring platform 15 is positioned right above the secondary seal assembly; and a compression space of the flexible pipe 1 is formed between the lower end of the limit ring platform 15 and the top end of the secondary sealing assembly. When the polish rod moves upwards, the friction force can be resisted, and the flexible pipe 1 is protected from being compressed excessively.
The above technical features constitute the best embodiment of the present invention, which has strong adaptability and best implementation effect, and unnecessary technical features can be increased or decreased according to actual needs to meet the requirements of different situations.
Claims (11)
1. A kind of well head injects the vapour and defends the sealing means of the puncture, characterized by including packing seal assembly, flexible pipe and second seal assembly; the lower end of the packing seal assembly is connected with a secondary seal assembly through a flexible pipe; the secondary seal assembly comprises a blowout preventer barrel and a seal; the lower end of the flexible pipe is fixedly installed with the upper end of the blowout preventing barrel, at least one sealing element is arranged in the blowout preventing barrel, the sealing element is a high-temperature and high-pressure resistant sealing element, the cross section of the high-temperature and high-pressure resistant sealing element is an inverted L-shaped flexible sealing ring with an opening facing the outer side of the lower part, and the lower end of the vertical section of the flexible sealing ring inclines inwards to form a frustum; threads are arranged in the lower side of the blowout prevention barrel, a lower compression ring is fixedly installed on the lower compression ring through the threads, at least one flexible sealing ring is fixedly installed in the blowout prevention barrel at the upper end of the lower compression ring at intervals from bottom to top in sequence, and a support ring is installed in the blowout prevention barrel between the adjacent flexible sealing rings; the cross section of the support ring is L-shaped, and the support ring and the flexible sealing ring at the upper end of the support ring are mutually buckled and installed together; the upper end of the horizontal section of the support ring is provided with a conical clamping groove corresponding to the frustum, and the frustum is clamped in the conical clamping groove; threads are arranged in the upper side of the blowout prevention barrel, and an upper clamp ring capable of pressing the flexible seal ring and the support ring downwards on the lower clamp ring is fixedly installed through the threads.
2. The wellhead steam injection and puncture-proof sealing device according to claim 1, wherein the upper side of the flexible pipe is provided with external threads, and the upper side of the flexible pipe is fixedly installed with the packing seal assembly through the threads; the lower side of the flexible pipe is provided with external threads, and the lower side of the flexible pipe is fixedly installed with the blowout prevention barrel through threads; an upper tightening nut which can be tightly propped against the top end of the blowout preventing barrel is fixedly arranged outside the lower side of the flexible pipe through threads; or/and a lower tightening nut is fixedly arranged on a lower pressing ring at the lower end of the blowout preventing barrel through threads.

The wellhead steam injection puncture-proof sealing device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the packing seal assembly comprises a base lower box body, an upper box body and a pressing block; a counter bore with an upward opening is formed in the upper part of the lower box body of the base, the upper end of the lower box body of the base is fixedly connected with an upper box body, a through hole corresponding to the counter bore is formed in the upper box body, a packing groove is formed between the through hole and the counter bore, and a pressing block capable of tightly pressing and fixing a packing in the packing groove is fixedly arranged in the upper part of the through hole; a lubricating emptying channel which is communicated up and down is arranged in the base of the lower box body, and a radial agent injection hole communicated with the lubricating emptying channel is arranged on the lower box body of the base; the upper end of the flexible pipe is fixedly arranged in the lower side of the box body under the base.

A wellhead steam injection anti-puncture sealing device according to claim 3, characterized in that copper sleeves capable of centering a polish rod are respectively arranged in the bottom of counter bores of a lower box body of a base, a packing bearing groove is arranged at the upper end of each copper sleeve, and each packing bearing groove is a flat-bottom conical groove with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part; copper pads capable of centering the polish rod are respectively fixed at the lower ends of the pressing blocks; or/and at least one handle sleeve with an outward opening is fixedly arranged on the outer circumference of the middle part of the upper box body; the handle sleeves are respectively provided with a handle rod which can be disassembled and assembled.

A wellhead steam injection puncture-proof sealing device according to claim 4, characterized in that a lubricating oil nozzle is fixedly arranged at the injection agent hole; or, an emptying valve is fixedly arranged at the position of the agent injection hole; or the outer port of the injection hole is provided with an internal thread, the injection emptying nozzle is fixedly installed with an injection emptying nozzle through a thread, a horizontal channel communicated with the injection hole is arranged in the injection emptying nozzle, the injection emptying nozzle at the right part of the horizontal channel is provided with a side hole, and a plug capable of plugging the side hole is fixedly installed in the right part of the horizontal channel through a thread.

A wellhead steam injection anti-puncture sealing device according to claim 1, 2, 4 or 5, characterized by further comprising a polish rod; the upper end of the polish rod is a punch-clamping section, the polish rod on the lower side of the punch-clamping section is a spray welding section, and the packing seal assembly, the flexible pipe and the seal assembly are arranged outside the spray welding section of the polish rod; a pier thick rod head is fixed at the lower end of the spray welding section; and the outside of the polished rod and the outside of the upset rod head of the spray welding section are provided with spray welding layers.

A wellhead steam injection puncture-proof sealing device according to claim 3, characterized by further comprising a polish rod; the upper end of the polish rod is a sticking section, the polish rod on the lower side of the sticking section is a spray welding section, and the packing seal assembly, the flexible pipe and the seal assembly are arranged outside the spray welding section of the polish rod; a pier thick rod head is fixed at the lower end of the spray welding section; and the outside of the polished rod and the outside of the upset rod head of the spray welding section are provided with spray welding layers.

A wellhead steam injection puncture-proof sealing device according to claim 7, characterized in that an arc transition section is arranged between the top end of the upsetting rod head and the polish rod, and the cylindricity of the arc transition section is 0.01 to 0.03; the coaxiality of the arc transition section is 0.01-0.03; the surface roughness of the circular arc transition section is 0.4 to 6.3.

A wellhead steam injection puncture-proof sealing device according to claim 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 or 8, characterized in that the high temperature and high pressure resistant sealing element is a sealing ring made of polyphenyl, polytetrafluoroethylene or graphite; or/and an outer protecting pipe is fixedly arranged on the packing seal assembly outside the flexible pipe at intervals, a limiting ring table is arranged in the lower end of the outer protecting pipe, and the limiting ring table is positioned right above the secondary seal assembly; and a flexible pipe compression space is formed between the lower end of the limiting ring table and the top end of the secondary sealing assembly.

A wellhead steam injection and puncture-proof sealing device according to claim 3, wherein the high-temperature and high-pressure resistant sealing element is a sealing ring made of polyphenyl, polytetrafluoroethylene or graphite; or/and an outer protecting pipe is fixedly arranged on the packing seal assembly outside the flexible pipe at intervals, a limiting ring platform is arranged in the lower end of the outer protecting pipe, and the limiting ring platform is positioned right above the secondary seal assembly; and a flexible pipe compression space is formed between the lower end of the limiting ring table and the top end of the secondary sealing assembly.

A wellhead steam injection puncture-proof sealing device according to claim 6, characterized in that the high temperature and high pressure resistant sealing element is a sealing ring made of p-polyphenyl material, a sealing ring made of polytetrafluoroethylene material or a sealing ring made of graphite material; or/and an outer protecting pipe is fixedly arranged on the packing seal assembly outside the flexible pipe at intervals, a limiting ring table is arranged in the lower end of the outer protecting pipe, and the limiting ring table is positioned right above the secondary seal assembly; and a flexible pipe compression space is formed between the lower end of the limiting ring table and the top end of the secondary sealing assembly.
