本发明公开了一种改进的具有隔音功能的窗户结构,包括窗框,在窗框上设置有若干个净化通孔,在每个净化通孔内壁上设置有两个导电触角,所述导电触角关于净化通孔的轴线对称;还包括与净化通孔匹配的净化组,在净化组的外壁上设置有两块电极片,所述电极片分别与导电触角接触。本发明解决了现有的空气净化器净化效果不理想、占用地形、内芯更换麻烦的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及家具领域,具体涉及一种改进的具有隔音功能的窗户结构。
背景技术
如今,很多人为了交通方便而把房子建在马路边,或者在城镇上买房,但这样一来,噪音就成为日常家居生活的一大烦心事。
另外,随着工业行业、汽车行业的迅速发展,空气质量越来越差,严重危害人们的健康,所以许多人家里都备有空气净化器,以此将屋内的空气进行净化。现有技术中的空气净化器分为两种结构,一种为落地式结构,可放置在家里的各个角落,这种空气净化器一般体积较大,占用地形,并且净化效果不理想;另一种为悬挂式结构,空气净化器在净化一段时间之后就需要清洗或更换内芯,这种空气净化器每次更换内芯时非常麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种改进的具有隔音功能的窗户结构,解决现有的空气净化器净化效果不理想、占用地形、内芯更换麻烦的问题。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种改进的具有隔音功能的窗户结构,包括窗框,在窗框上设置有若干个净化通孔,在每个净化通孔内壁上设置有两个导电触角,所述导电触角关于净化通孔的轴线对称;还包括与净化通孔匹配的净化组,在净化组的外壁上设置有两块电极片,所述电极片分别与导电触角接触。
进一步的,现有技术中的空气净化器分为两种结构,一种为落地式结构,可放置在家里的各个角落,这种空气净化器一般体积较大,占用地形;同时,该种空气净化器一边吸收屋内的空气,另一边将净化后的空气释放出来,由于进气口和出气口均在屋内,所以净化后的空气和未净化的空气又再次混合在一起,这样导致净化时,不仅增加了空气净化器的负担,同时净化效果也非常有限。相比现有技术,本发明创新性的在窗户上设置净化组,净化组的一端与屋外空气相通,另一端与屋内空气相通,屋外的空气通过净化组进入屋内,此时屋内的空气均为净化过后的空气,通过以上方式解决了现有的空气净化器净化效果不理想、占用地形的问题。另一种空气净化器为悬挂式结构,如安装空调一般,用一根管子将空气净化器的进气口与屋外空气相通,该种方式虽然在一定程度上提高了净化效果,但是仍然存在一些问题:空气净化器在净化一段时间之后就需要清洗或更换内芯,这种空气净化器每次更换内芯时非常麻烦,要先登高将空气净化器的外壳拆下,再取出内芯。相比现有技术,本发明创新性的在窗户上设置了多个净化通孔和与净化通孔匹配的净化组,并在净化通孔内设置与电源连通的导电触角,在净化组的外壁上设置与导电触角接触的电极片,当需要更换内芯时,只需切断电源,将净化组从净化通孔中取出,然后再将新的净化组放入净化通孔内,使电极片与导电触角接触即可,通过以上方式解决了现有的空气净化器更换内芯时更换麻烦的问题。另外,本发明所述的窗户为封闭式的隔音落地窗,在该落地窗的窗框内设置有绝缘隔音填充物,这样既不阻挡光线,又达到了为屋内通风换气,净化空气的目的。
所述的净化组还包括一个绝缘陶瓷柱、两片密封板,在绝缘陶瓷柱内设置有净化通道,所述绝缘陶瓷柱的两端分别与密封板连接;在每个密封板上设置有进气口,所述进气口与净化通道相通。进一步的,两块电极片一个带正电、一个带负电,电极片位于绝缘陶瓷柱的两侧,电极片通过高电压放电形式,获得非热平衡等离子体释放在净化通道内,即产生大量的高能电子或高能电子激励产生的O、OH、N基等活性粒子,破坏C—H、C—C等化学键,对气体有害分子进行氧化还原降解,最终生成CO2和H2O,从而达到净化空气的目的。
优选的,在净化通道内还设置有多个催化球,在催化球上涂有TiO2光催化剂。进一步的,以上为本发明的优选结构,也可以在绝缘陶瓷柱所形成的净化通道内壁上涂TiO2光催化剂。以上方式是将低温等离子体技术和纳米光催化技术进行有机结合,而不是简单的串联结合使用,进而在提高空气与纳米光催化剂的接触面,使得净化效率提高的同时,也大大降低了等离子体净化的中间产物生成,并使得中间产物最终转化为H2O与CO2,同时具有环保经济,低成本的优点。具体体现在:电极片连通电源放电,使绝缘陶瓷柱形成的净化通道形成一个放电区域,放电区域产生等离子体,同时,在放电工作过程中,也会有频谱较宽,且足以驱动光催化剂的紫外光产生。这种宽频紫外光对位于净化通道内的催化球上的纳米极TiO2光催化剂作用,使TiO2催化剂产生电子-孔穴对,然后对吸附在催化剂上的空气中有害气体分子进行氧化还原降解,从而达到净化空气的目的;同时,采用等离子体产生的现有的宽频紫外光代替了传统的紫外灯管,解决了传统的紫外灯管寿命较短、净化效果不稳定的问题;另外,采用催化球涂TiO2光催化剂的方式增大了TiO2与空气的接触面积,空气在净化通道内层层通过多个催化球,提高了空气净化滤。
在相邻的两个净化通孔之间还设置有导电线,所述导电线与导电触角连接。进一步的,本发明的导电线与导电触角连接,为电极片提供电源,导电线为两根线,一根连接电源正极、一根连接电源负极。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
1、本发明一种改进的具有隔音功能的窗户结构,在封闭式的隔音落地窗的窗框上与净化通孔匹配的净化组,在净化组的外壁上设置有两块电极片,所述电极片分别与导电触角接触;所述的净化组还包括一个绝缘陶瓷柱、两片密封板,在绝缘陶瓷柱内设置有净化通道,所述绝缘陶瓷柱的两端分别与密封板连接;在每个密封板上设置有进气口,所述进气口与净化通道相通,通过以上方式解决了现有的空气净化器净化效果不理想、占用地形的问题;
2、本发明一种改进的具有隔音功能的窗户结构,包括窗框,在窗框上设置有若干个净化通孔,在每个净化通孔内壁上设置有两个导电触角,所述导电触角关于净化通孔的轴线对称;还包括与净化通孔匹配的净化组,当需要更换内芯时,只需切断电源,将净化组从净化通孔中取出,然后再将新的净化组放入净化通孔内,使电极片与导电触角接触即可,通过以上方式解决了现有的空气净化器更换内芯时更换麻烦的问题。

实施例
如图1~图3所示,本发明一种改进的具有隔音功能的窗户结构,包括窗框1,在窗框1上设置有34个净化通孔3,在每个净化通孔3内壁上设置有两个导电触角10,所述导电触角10关于净化通孔3的轴线对称;还包括与净化通孔3匹配的净化组2,在净化组2的外壁上设置有两块电极片4,所述电极片4一个带正电、一个带负电,所述电极片4分别与导电触角10接触。所述的净化组2还包括一个绝缘陶瓷柱5、两片密封板7,在绝缘陶瓷柱5内设置有净化通道8,所述绝缘陶瓷柱5的两端分别与密封板7连接;在每个密封板7上设置有进气口6,所述进气口6与净化通道8相通。在净化通道8内还设置有多个催化球11,在催化球11上涂有TiO2光催化剂9。在相邻的两个净化通孔3之间还设置有导电线12,所述导电线12与导电触角10连接。导电触角10采用铜合金制成,与现有的SIM卡中的导电触头10一致,为可收缩触头,当净化组2放入净化通孔3时,净化组2中的密封板7对导电触头10施加压力,导电触头10收缩,密封板7通过之后,然后导电触头10自动弹回,与电极片4接触,为电极片4提供电源。通过以上方式解决了现有的空气净化器净化效果不理想、占用地形、内芯更换麻烦的问题。

1.一种改进的具有隔音功能的窗户结构,包括窗框(1),其特征在于,在窗框(1)上设置有若干个净化通孔(3),在每个净化通孔(3)内壁上设置有两个导电触角(10),所述导电触角(10)关于净化通孔(3)的轴线对称;还包括与净化通孔(3)匹配的净化组(2),在净化组(2)的外壁上设置有两块电极片(4),所述电极片(4)分别与导电触角(10)接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的具有隔音功能的窗户结构,其特征在于,所述的净化组(2)还包括一个绝缘陶瓷柱(5)、两片密封板(7),在绝缘陶瓷柱(5)内设置有净化通道(8),所述绝缘陶瓷柱(5)的两端分别与密封板(7)连接;在每个密封板(7)上设置有进气口(6),所述进气口(6)与净化通道(8)相通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种改进的具有隔音功能的窗户结构,其特征在于,在净化通道(8)内还设置有多个催化球(11),在催化球(11)上涂有TiO2光催化剂(9)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的具有隔音功能的窗户结构,其特征在于,在相邻的两个净化通孔(3)之间还设置有导电线(12),所述导电线(12)与导电触角(10)连接。
