Abstract
The invention relates to a built-in type installation fixed toilet and an installation fixing method thereof.A bottom plate of a toilet body is symmetrically provided with installation holes at two sides of a sewage discharge pipe, and an installation fixing device is arranged at the position of the installation hole at each side; the installation fixing device comprises an upright rod, a rod sleeve fixing piece and a locking screw, the upright rod is in up-and-down constraint connection through a sewage pipe connecting flange, the upright rod is adjustably arranged along an adjusting groove of the sewage pipe connecting flange and is coaxial with the installation hole, and the rod sleeve fixing piece are fixed on the bottom plate of the toilet body up and down; a threaded hole is transversely formed at the side of the rod sleeve, and a vertical rod sleeved in the rod sleeve is pressed and sleeved by a locking screw in a threaded hole to form a side locking structure of the vertical rod and the rod sleeve; a screwdriver inserting hole which has the same axis with the threaded hole is formed in the side wall plate of the closestool body; and is installed and fixed according to the structural characteristics. Has the advantages of labor saving in installation and beautiful appearance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a built-in type installation and fixation toilet and an installation and fixation method thereof.
Background
The western countries such as the united states have very strict installation standards for ceramic toilets, for example, the ceramic toilets are not allowed to be fixed to the floor of a toilet by cement bonding so as to prevent the toilet from toppling over and causing ceramic injuries, and the fixed connection of the ceramic toilets to the floor of the toilet needs to be assembled by parts and is convenient to replace.
At present, as for a well-known ceramic toilet bowl used in the united states, referring to fig. 1, the lower part of a toilet bowl body is connected with a sewage pipe connecting flange installed in advance on the floor of a toilet through a sealing flange, and the bottom of the toilet bowl body is assembled and fixed through nuts and bolts, although the rear side of the toilet bowl is provided with a reserved notch, since the reserved notch on the rear side of the toilet bowl is generally arranged close to the wall surface of the toilet bowl, a hand cannot extend to the inner bottom of the toilet bowl to screw the nut, so that two side wall plates of the toilet bowl are respectively provided with a square notch with the width of 150mm × 100mm or a circular notch with the diameter of 150mm, so that the hand can extend to the inner bottom of the toilet bowl from two sides of the toilet bowl to screw the nut, and the toilet bowl is assembled and fixed.
Although the exposed installation and fixation mode is simple and convenient and easy to operate, the exposed installation and fixation mode has the following problems: firstly, the two side wall plates of the toilet are provided with large-caliber square notches or round notches, and the ceramic toilet is fired after being molded, and the wall plates are fired after reserving the notches, so that the ceramic toilet is easy to crack; when the wall plate is punched and formed after being fired, the two side wall plates of the toilet seat are often curved surfaces, so that the punched hole is easy to jump, and the punched hole damages the toilet seat; in other words, the two ways of reserving the installation gap lead to extremely high rejection rate of the toilet bowl; secondly, the exposed installation and fixation mode adopts an up-down screw connection locking and fixation mode, the floor of the toilet is required to be very flat, namely the two connection positions of the nut and the bolt are required to be vertical in assembly and fixation, otherwise, the screwing process of the nut is very laborious, the floor of the toilet is always provided with a water gradient, and the two bolts are difficult to be ensured to be 100% vertical; thirdly, the upper surface of the bottom plate in the toilet bowl is rugged and difficult to screw the nut manually, and a wrench is arranged at the bottom in the toilet bowl to screw the nut, so that the screwing process is very troublesome due to space limitation; the two side wall plates of the toilet are provided with the large-caliber square notches or circular notches, so that the whole toilet is extremely unattractive and is difficult to accept by consumers.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a built-in type toilet bowl with labor-saving installation and overall beautiful appearance and an installation and fixing method thereof.
The invention relates to a concealed installation and fixation closestool, which comprises a closestool body and an installation and fixation device fixedly connected with a sewage pipe connecting flange of a toilet, wherein a sewage discharge pipe of the closestool body is sealed on the sewage pipe connecting flange through a sealing flange; the bottom plate of the toilet body is symmetrically provided with mounting holes at two sides of the sewage discharge pipe, and a mounting and fixing device is arranged at the position of the mounting hole at each side; the installation fixing device comprises an upright rod, a rod sleeve fixing piece and a locking screw, wherein the upright rod is in up-and-down constraint connection through a sewage pipe connecting flange, the upright rod is adjustably arranged along an adjusting groove of the sewage pipe connecting flange and is coaxial with the installation hole, and the rod sleeve fixing piece are fixed on the bottom plate of the toilet body up and down at the position of the installation hole; a threaded hole is transversely formed at the side of the rod sleeve, and a vertical rod sleeved in the rod sleeve is pressed and sleeved by a locking screw in a threaded hole to form a side locking structure of the vertical rod and the rod sleeve; the side wall plate of the closestool body is provided with a screwdriver insertion hole which has the same axis with the threaded hole.
According to the invention, the rod sleeve fixing piece is provided with the pulling notch, and the rod sleeve fixing piece and the rod sleeve are connected through threads and are fixed on the bottom plate of the toilet bowl body up and down.
According to the invention, the screw driver inserting hole arranged on the side wall plate of the closestool body is buckled with the hole cover, so that the appearance is attractive.
According to the invention, the upright rod is a non-metal part, and the locking screw is a metal part, so that the locking screw is convenient to engage and fix.
The invention relates to a method for installing and fixing a concealed type closestool, which comprises the following steps:
a) before the fixing, the axis of a threaded hole transversely formed at the side of the adjusting rod sleeve aligns with a screwdriver inserting hole formed in a side wall plate beside the toilet bowl body;
b) adjusting a vertical rod penetrating through the sewage pipe connecting flange to align with a rod sleeve of the mounting and fixing device, placing a sealing flange on the sewage pipe connecting flange of the toilet, aligning the sewage pipe of the toilet body with the sewage pipe, and inserting the vertical rod into the rod sleeve;
c) the locking screw is screwed in by the screwdriver, the locking screw is screwed in the threaded hole, the vertical rod in the rod sleeve is pressed by the locking screw, and the vertical rod and the side of the rod sleeve are locked, so that the toilet bowl body is fixed on the floor of a toilet.
In the invention, the hole cover is arranged at the position of the screwdriver insertion hole arranged beside the toilet body.
The invention has the following positive effects:
1) the side wall plate of the toilet body is only provided with the small screwdriver insertion holes, and can be directly fired after injection molding, or small holes are punched on the wall plate for molding after firing molding, so that the toilet cannot be damaged;
2) the concealed installation and fixation mode adopts a side locking and fixation structure, so that the limitation of the requirement on the floor flatness of a toilet is avoided, the nut is not required to be screwed manually in the installation and fixation process, and the labor is saved in installation;
3) the concealed installation and fixation mode only opens a small hole on the side wall plate of the toilet body, does not influence the overall beauty of the toilet and meets the requirements of consumers on beauty.
The invention has the advantages of labor saving in installation and overall beautiful appearance.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, in a conventional ceramic toilet, two side wall plates of the toilet are respectively provided with a square notch with a width of 150mm × 100mm or a circular notch with a diameter of 150mm, so that hands can extend to the inner bottom of the toilet from two sides of the toilet to tighten nuts, so as to assemble and fix the toilet.
Referring to fig. 2 to 8, the embodiment is a concealed installation and fixation toilet, which comprises a toilet body 1 and an installation and fixation device fixedly connected with a sewage pipe connecting flange 2 of a toilet, wherein a sewage discharge pipe 3 of the toilet body is sealed on the sewage pipe connecting flange through a sealing flange 4; the bottom plate 5 of the toilet body is symmetrically provided with mounting holes 6 at two sides of the sewage discharge pipe, and a mounting and fixing device is arranged at the position of the mounting hole at each side; the mounting and fixing device comprises an upright rod 7, a rod sleeve 8, a rod sleeve fixing piece 9 and a locking screw 10, the upright rod is in up-and-down constraint connection through a sewage pipe connecting flange, the upright rod is adjustably arranged along an adjusting groove 11 of the sewage pipe connecting flange and is in the same axis L1 with the mounting hole, and the rod sleeve fixing piece are fixed on the bottom plate of the toilet bowl body up and down at the position of the mounting hole; a threaded hole 12 is transversely formed at the side of the rod sleeve, and a vertical rod sleeved in the rod sleeve is pressed and sleeved by a locking screw in a threaded hole to form a side locking structure of the vertical rod and the rod sleeve; a screwdriver inserting hole 13 with the same axis L2 with the threaded hole is formed in the side wall plate of the closestool body; the rod sleeve fixing piece 9 is provided with a pulling gap 14, and the rod sleeve fixing piece and the rod sleeve are connected through threads and are fixed on the bottom plate of the closestool body up and down; a screwdriver inserting hole 13 formed on the side wall plate of the closestool body is buckled with a hole cover 15, so that the appearance is attractive; the upright stanchion 7 is a non-metal part, and the locking screw 10 is a metal part, so as to be convenient for occlusion and fixation.
Referring to fig. 2 to 8, the mounting and fixing method of the present invention is as follows:
a) before the fixing, the axis of a threaded hole transversely formed at the side of the adjusting rod sleeve aligns with a screwdriver inserting hole formed in a side wall plate beside the toilet bowl body;
b) adjusting a vertical rod penetrating through the sewage pipe connecting flange to align with a rod sleeve of the mounting and fixing device, placing a sealing flange on the sewage pipe connecting flange of the toilet, aligning the sewage pipe of the toilet body with the sewage pipe, and inserting the vertical rod into the rod sleeve;
c) the locking screw is screwed in by the screwdriver, the locking screw is screwed in the threaded hole, the vertical rod in the rod sleeve is pressed by the locking screw, and the vertical rod and the side of the rod sleeve are locked, so that the toilet bowl body is fixed on the floor of a toilet.
Claims (4)
1. A built-in type installation and fixation closestool comprises a closestool body (1) and an installation and fixation device which is fixedly connected with a sewage pipe connecting flange (2) of a toilet, wherein a sewage discharge pipe (3) of the closestool body is sealed on the sewage pipe connecting flange through a sealing flange (4); the method is characterized in that: mounting holes (6) are symmetrically formed in the two sides of the sewage discharge pipe of the bottom plate (5) of the toilet bowl body, and a mounting and fixing device is arranged at the position of the mounting hole on each side; the mounting and fixing device comprises an upright rod (7), a rod sleeve (8), a rod sleeve fixing piece (9) and a locking screw (10), the upright rod is in up-and-down constraint connection through a sewage pipe connecting flange, the upright rod is adjustably arranged along an adjusting groove (11) of the sewage pipe connecting flange along the same axis (L1) with the mounting hole, and the rod sleeve fixing piece are fixed on the bottom plate of the toilet bowl body up and down at the position of the mounting hole; a threaded hole (12) is transversely formed at the side of the rod sleeve, and a vertical rod sleeved in the rod sleeve is screwed in the threaded hole through a locking screw and is pressed by the locking screw to form a side locking structure of the vertical rod and the rod sleeve; a screwdriver insertion hole (13) which has the same axis (L2) with the threaded hole is formed in the side wall plate of the closestool body;
the installation and fixation method of the concealed installation and fixation toilet bowl comprises the following steps:
a) before the fixing, the axis of a threaded hole transversely formed at the side of the adjusting rod sleeve aligns with a screwdriver inserting hole formed in a side wall plate beside the toilet bowl body;
b) adjusting a vertical rod penetrating through the sewage pipe connecting flange to align with a rod sleeve of the mounting and fixing device, placing a sealing flange on the sewage pipe connecting flange of the toilet, aligning the sewage pipe of the toilet body with the sewage pipe, and inserting the vertical rod into the rod sleeve;
c) the locking screw is screwed in by the screwdriver, the locking screw is screwed in the threaded hole, the vertical rod in the rod sleeve is pressed by the locking screw, and the vertical rod and the side of the rod sleeve are locked, so that the toilet bowl body is fixed on the floor of a toilet.
2. The concealed installation-fixed toilet bowl according to claim 1, wherein: the rod sleeve fixing piece (9) is provided with a pulling gap (14), and the rod sleeve fixing piece and the rod sleeve are connected through threads and are fixed on the bottom plate of the toilet bowl body up and down.
