本发明公开了一种双钢轮压路机，包括压路机主体、两个钢轮和向所述钢轮喷水的水箱，所述水箱上设有出水口，所述出水口上方设有堵住该出水口的磁性挡块，所述磁性挡块的一侧设有电磁铁，所述磁性挡块的另一侧通过弹性件与所述水箱的内壁连接，所述钢轮上设有连接所述电磁铁的发电机。本发明通过钢轮的转动使发电机发电，进而使连接发电机的电磁铁产生吸引力吸引堵住水箱出水口的磁性挡块移动，实现水箱内的水通过出水口流到钢轮上；同时本发明的发电机根据钢轮的转动速度产生不同的电量，使得电磁铁吸引磁性挡块移动不同的距离，进而实现水箱的变量出水，十分方便。

技术领域
本发明属于道路工程机械设备领域，具体涉及一种双钢轮压路机。
背景技术
压路机在工程机械中属于道路设备的范畴，广泛用于高等级公路、铁路、机场跑道、大坝、体育场等大型工程项目的填方压实作业，可以碾压沙性、半粘性及粘性土壤、路基稳定土及沥青混凝土路面层。在碾压沥青混凝土路面时，由于沥青有粘附性，因此需要对钢轮洒水使钢轮上形成水膜，防止沥青混凝土粘附在钢轮上，造成碾压时因粘附料使路面不平整。但是现有的技术不能根据压路机的行驶速度变量出水，只能通过人为调节出水量，显得十分不便。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足，本发明提供一种双钢轮压路机，该压路机可以根据其行驶的速度自动调节水箱的出水量。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现。一种双钢轮压路机，包括压路机主体、两个钢轮和向所述钢轮喷水的水箱，所述水箱上设有出水口，所述出水口上方设有堵住该出水口的磁性挡块，所述磁性挡块的一侧设有电磁铁，所述磁性挡块的另一侧通过弹性件与所述水箱的内壁连接，所述钢轮上设有连接所述电磁铁的发电机。
与现有技术相比，本发明通过钢轮的转动使发电机发电，进而使连接发电机的电磁铁产生吸引力吸引堵住水箱出水口的磁性挡块移动，实现水箱内的水通过出水口流到钢轮上；同时本发明的发电机根据钢轮的转动速度产生不同的电量，使得电磁铁吸引磁性挡块移动不同的距离，进而实现水箱的变量出水，十分方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式，对本发明作进一步描述。如图1至图3所示，一种双钢轮压路机，包括压路机主体1、两个钢轮3和向所述钢轮3喷水的水箱2，所述水箱2上设有出水口21，所述出水口21上方设有堵住该出水口21的磁性挡块23，所述磁性挡块23的一侧设有电磁铁22，所述磁性挡块23的另一侧通过弹性件24（如弹簧）与所述水箱2的内壁连接，所述钢轮3上设有连接所述电磁铁22的发电机4，所述发电机4根据钢轮3的转速进行发电。
本发明的工作原理如下，压路机工作时，钢轮3上的发电机4随着钢轮3的转动发电，此时连接发电机4的电磁铁22通电，该电磁铁22吸引磁性挡块23移动一段距离，使得磁性挡块23下方出水口21的一部分与水箱2连通，水箱2内的水通过出水口21流到钢轮3的表面上。同时，随着压路机行驶速度加快，即钢轮3的转动速度变快，使得发电机4产生的电能增强，连接发电机4的电磁铁22的吸引力随之增强，该电磁铁22吸引磁性挡块23移动距离变长，出水口21与水箱2连通的部分变宽，水箱2内通过出水口21的水量变大。当压路机停止工作时，发电机4不再发电，电磁铁22失去对磁性挡块23的吸引力，磁性挡块23在弹性件24的作用下回到起始位置堵住出水口21。
本发明通过钢轮的转速调节电磁铁的吸引力，进而调节水箱的出水量，根据压路机的行驶速度实现水箱的变量出水，结构简单并且方便。

1.一种双钢轮压路机，包括压路机主体（1）、两个钢轮（3）和向所述钢轮（3）喷水的水箱（2），所述水箱（2）上设有出水口（21），其特征在于：所述出水口（21）上方设有堵住该出水口（21）的磁性挡块（23），所述磁性挡块（23）的一侧设有电磁铁（22），所述磁性挡块（23）的另一侧通过弹性件（24）与所述水箱（2）的内壁连接，所述钢轮（3）上设有连接所述电磁铁（22）的发电机（4）。
