Abstract
本发明公开了一种高档散热接装纸,包括均由接装原纸制备的内层和外层,其中,该内层上分布有若干通孔,所述内层和该外层之间均匀的分布有铜条,铜条的厚度为0.025—0.04mm、宽度不超过5mm,且铜条沿左右走向、相邻铜条之间的间距为1—2mm,同时,该内层的左侧边、外层的左侧边、铜条的左端平齐,该内层的长度大于铜条的长度、铜条的长度大于该外层的长度。本发明的优点是:所制备的香烟较为美观和高档,且散热性较佳,适合温度较高的区域使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及香烟部件技术领域,尤其是涉及一种高档散热接装纸。
背景技术
香烟是否豪华、高档在一定程度上而言,主要看过滤嘴部位的外观。由此,不少香烟的制造厂家都会在制备过滤嘴的接装纸上大做文章,以起到增加美感和豪华感的效果。同时,在一些温度较高的区域,吸烟虽然是烟民的享受,但是烟丝产生的热量,也会对吸用者造成不舒适感。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高档散热接装纸,它具有所制备的香烟较为美观和高档,且散热性较佳,适合温度较高的区域使用的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:高档散热接装纸,包括均由接装原纸制备的内层和外层,其中,该内层上分布有若干通孔,所述内层和该外层之间均匀的分布有铜条,铜条的厚度为0.025—0.04mm、宽度不超过5mm,且铜条沿左右走向、相邻铜条之间的间距为1—2mm,同时,该内层的左侧边、外层的左侧边、铜条的左端平齐,该内层的长度大于铜条的长度、铜条的长度大于该外层的长度。
所述内层的右侧设有采用接装原纸制备的连接纸,该连接纸的左侧边和该内层的右侧边具有至少2mm的间距,且该连接纸的左侧部和该内层的右侧部通过阻燃带予以连接,该阻燃带采用两侧表面均涂覆了阻燃剂的接装原纸制备。
本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:所制备的香烟较为美观和高档,且散热性较佳,适合温度较高的区域使用。本发明的高档散热接装纸在接装纸的局部设有厚度和宽度较为合适的铜条,从而使接装纸的局部具有凸出效果,形成了一定的立体性,使香烟显得较为美观和高档。同时,香烟形成的热量能够经过铜条得到及时散热,形成于类似凉烟的效果。

具体实施方式
实施例,见图1和图2所示:高档散热接装纸,包括均由接装原纸制备的内层10和外层20。其中,该内层10上分布有若干通孔(图上未示出),通孔的直径不超过0.05mm。
进一步的讲:
该内层10和该外层20之间均匀的分布有铜条30。即,相邻铜条30的间距相等。铜条30的厚度为0.025—0.04mm、宽度不超过5mm,且铜条30沿左右走向、相邻铜条30之间的间距为1—2mm。显然,采用接装纸制备成香烟的过滤嘴之后,香烟的走向为左右走向,从而铜条30的走向相同于香烟的走向。同时,该内层10的左侧边、外层20的左侧边、铜条30的左端平齐,该内层10的长度大于铜条30的长度、铜条30的长度大于该外层20的长度。所谓长度指的是左右方向上的尺寸。这样,该接装纸制备成的香烟过滤嘴具有一定的凹凸感觉,且凹凸立体感较强和真实,使香烟较为美观且极具豪华感。同时,香烟形成的热量从通孔内流出然后被铜条30及时散热,之后有部分烟气从该内层10和该外层20之间进入吸烟者的口中,由于热量得到了减少,从而形成了类似于凉烟的效果,使香烟适合于在温度较高的地域吸用。另外,该内层10在未被该外层20覆盖的区域最好不设置通孔。
优化的:
该内层10的右侧设有采用接装原纸制备的连接纸50,该连接纸50的左侧边和该内层10的右侧边具有至少2mm的间距,且该连接纸50的左侧部和该内层10的右侧部通过阻燃带40予以连接,该阻燃带40采用两侧表面均涂覆了阻燃剂的接装原纸制备。其中,所采用的阻燃剂可是各种常见的阻燃剂,比如采用专利申请号为2010222224.3中所公开的阻燃剂。这样,当香烟燃烧达到一定程度后,该阻燃带40使香烟不会燃烧至铜条30所在的区域,不会将香烟燃烧的大量热量传递至吸用者的嘴唇部位,以避免对吸用者造成不适。

Claims (1)
1.高档散热接装纸,包括均由接装原纸制备的内层(10)和外层(20),其中,该内层(10)上分布有若干通孔,其特征在于:所述内层(10)和该外层(20)之间均匀的分布有铜条(30),铜条(30)的厚度为0.025—0.04mm、宽度不超过5mm,且铜条(30)沿左右走向、相邻铜条(30)之间的间距为1—2mm,同时,该内层(10)的左侧边、外层(20)的左侧边、铜条(30)的左端平齐,该内层(10)的长度大于铜条(30)的长度、铜条(30)的长度大于该外层(20)的长度;
所述内层(10)的右侧设有采用接装原纸制备的连接纸(50),该连接纸(50)的左侧边和该内层(10)的右侧边具有至少2mm的间距,且该连接纸(50)的左侧部和该内层(10)的右侧部通过阻燃带(40)予以连接,该阻燃带(40)采用两侧表面均涂覆了阻燃剂的接装原纸制备。
