Abstract

本发明提供一种具有防伪功能的宣纸,包括位于宣纸边缘或者留白处的凸起或/和凹陷图案。具体通过在晒纸墙上按照宣纸需求者的要求设计凸起或凹陷的个性化图案,晒纸时将图案转移到宣纸上,这种防伪特征与宣纸共存,耐久性好,可用于对书画作品进行真伪鉴别。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有防伪功能的宣纸及其制备工艺。
背景技术
宣纸质地柔韧、细腻匀整、色泽耐久,是中国传统的手工书画用纸,长期以来,书画作品的真伪鉴别是一个持久性、普遍性的社会难题,因此宣纸的防伪是书画作品真伪鉴别的重要组成部分之一。传统的书画作品的鉴别主要着眼于书画作品的艺术形态和物质形态两方面,对鉴别者的经验和学识水平有较高的要求。随着社会的不断进步和科技的迅速发展,目前也出现了各种各样先进的防伪手段来对书画作品进行防伪。比如:有的采用射频识别技术,在作品中植入电子标签或芯片,但这种防伪时效性差,因为电子标签或芯片易于拆卸或损坏,如果出现这种状况防伪功能也随之消失。再如:有的采用在纸张或作品中加入诸如荧光之类的防伪材料进行防伪,但是一般情况下荧光材料的耐物理化学性能较差,在高温、高湿或酸、碱环境下,防伪特性会减弱直至消失。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种的具有防伪功能的宣纸及其制备工艺,这种宣纸防伪特性耐久性好。
本发明的技术解决方案是提供一种具有防伪功能的宣纸,其特别之处在于:包括位于宣纸边缘或者留白处的凸起或/和凹陷图案。
为了进一步的提高防伪性能,还包括位于所述凸起或/和凹陷图案所在宣纸表面的防伪材料,所述防伪材料为纳米红外上转换材料。
上述防伪材料包括分别位于所述凸起和凹陷图案上的两种纳米红外上转换材料。
本发明还提供了一种上述具有防伪功能的宣纸的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:配浆和抄纸;
步骤二:在晒纸墙上设计凸起或/和凹陷图案;
步骤三:将抄好的纸铺在具有凸起或/和凹陷图案的晒纸墙上进行控水晾晒。
优选的,步骤二和步骤三之间还包括将纳米红外上转换材料涂在晒纸墙的凸起或/和凹陷图案表面的步骤。
为了提高纳米红外上转换材料和宣纸的结合牢度,步骤一和步骤二之间还包括将纳米红外上转换材料和结合剂涂在晒纸墙的凸起图案或/和凹陷图案表面的步骤,所述结合剂为气相二氧化硅水溶液或/和阿拉伯树胶水溶液。
本发明的有益效果是在晒纸墙上按照宣纸需求者的要求设计凸起或凹陷的个性化图案,晒纸时将图案转移到宣纸上,这种防伪特征与宣纸共存,耐久性好,可用于对书画作品进行真伪鉴别。

具体实施方式
实施例一
本发明中的晒纸墙根据宣纸需求者要求设计凸起的个性化图案,可以在该图案的表面涂有一种或多种纳米红外上转换材料,以进一步提高防伪性能;为了使纳米红外上转换材料和宣纸牢固结合,在图案的表面涂有纳米红外上转换材料的同时涂上结合剂;所述结合剂为气相二氧化硅水溶液或/和阿拉伯树胶水溶液,当涂有气相二氧化硅水溶液时,气相二氧化硅重量份为0.1‐5份,纳米红外上转换材料的重量份为1‐25份,气相二氧化硅、纳米红外上转换材料和水的总重为100份;当涂有阿拉伯树胶水溶液时,阿拉伯树胶的重量份为0.5‐20份,纳米红外上转换材料的重量份为1‐25份,阿拉伯树胶、纳米红外上转换材料和水的总重为100份;当同时涂有气相二氧化硅水溶液和阿拉伯树胶水溶液时,气相二氧化硅的重量份为0.1‐5份,阿拉伯树胶的重量份为0.5‐20份,纳米红外上转换材料的重量份为1‐25份,气相二氧化硅、阿拉伯树胶、纳米红外上转换材料的总重为100份。
在晒纸时,为了不影响宣纸的使用,调整宣纸的晾晒位置,使得凸起图案位于宣纸的边缘或留白处。
实施例二
和实施例一不同的是,本实施例的晒纸墙上设计有凹陷图案。
实施例三
和实施例一不同的是,本实施例的晒纸墙上同时设计有凸起和凹陷图案,在凸起和凹陷图案上可以涂有相同的纳米红外上转换材料,也可以是不同的纳米红外上转换材料,进一步提高防伪性能。

Claims (1)

1.一种具有防伪功能的宣纸的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:配浆和抄纸;
步骤二:在晒纸墙上设计凸起或/和凹陷图案;
步骤三:将抄好的纸铺在具有凸起或/和凹陷图案的晒纸墙上进行控水晾晒;步骤二和步骤三之间还包括将纳米红外上转换材料和结合剂涂在晒纸墙的凸起或/和凹陷图案表面的步骤,所述结合剂为气相二氧化硅水溶液或/和阿拉伯树胶水溶液;当涂有气相二氧化硅水溶液时,气相二氧化硅重量份为0.1‐5份,纳米红外上转换材料的重量份为1‐25份,气相二氧化硅、纳米红外上转换材料和水的总重为100份;当涂有阿拉伯树胶水溶液时,阿拉伯树胶的重量份为0.5‐20份,纳米红外上转换材料的重量份为1‐25份,阿拉伯树胶、纳米红外上转换材料和水的总重为100份;当同时涂有气相二氧化硅水溶液和阿拉伯树胶水溶液时,气相二氧化硅的重量份为0.1‐5份,阿拉伯树胶的重量份为0.5‐20份,纳米红外上转换材料的重量份为1‐25份,气相二氧化硅、阿拉伯树胶、纳米红外上转换材料和水的总重为100份。
