Abstract
The invention relates to a drum washing machine and a washing method, wherein the speed reducing clutch comprises a driving shaft movably arranged in an upper shaft sleeve through an upper bushing, a sun gear is arranged on the driving shaft, the driving shaft is externally and concentrically movably connected with a lower shaft sleeve through a lower bushing, the lower shaft sleeve is connected with a planetary gear, the outer part of the lower shaft sleeve is movably connected with a sealing cover through a middle bushing, the sealing cover is connected with the upper shaft sleeve through an inner gear shell, the inner gear shell is connected with an inner gear, a planetary gear is movably arranged on a planet carrier through a planetary shaft, the planetary gear is internally meshed with the sun gear, and the outer part of the planetary gear is meshed with the inner gear; when the invention is applied to a drum washing machine, the rigidity is good, the stability is strong, the vibration noise is low, the cleaning ratio is improved, and the heating is not needed, thereby saving electricity.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of drum washing machines, in particular to a drum washing machine speed reducing clutch.
Background
The existing drum washing machine washes the principle:
the drum is provided with water leakage holes and axially and equally distributed convex ribs, when the drum rotates at proper speed (50-60 rpm), clothes in the drum roll under the action of gravity, centrifugal force and rib support in the washing liquid in the drum, so that friction flushing between clothes and between washing liquid is caused, and part of clothes are lifted to be close to the top of the drum and separated from the drum wall under the action of gravity, so that dropping, impact, flushing and friction washing effects are generated, and periodic exchange of positions of the clothes is realized by means of fall and forward and reverse alternate rotation, so that the aim of uniform washing is fulfilled.
Compared with a pulsator washing machine, the drum washing machine has the advantages of less wear of clothes, water saving and uniform washing, and the defects are corresponding: because the washing and scouring force is small, the washing must be performed for a longer time; to achieve better decontamination, the cleaning ratio required by the standard must be heated, with the conclusion that the drum washing machine is more electricity consuming.
The existing drum washing machine is not provided with a speed reduction clutch, the motor drives the inner drum to rotate through the speed reduction of the belt pulley, the dehydration rotating speed of the drum washing machine is about 800-1200rpm, and the washing rotating speed is only about 50-60rpm, so that a large reduction ratio is required during washing, a double-speed motor is usually used, or the speed is regulated by a direct-drive motor, the cost and the power consumption can be increased in any mode, the motor is high in price, the energy consumption is high, the washing mode is single, the washing effect is not ideal, and the drum clutch with a comprehensive washing mode and the washing machine thereof are required to solve the technical problems.
Disclosure of Invention
A first object of the present invention is to provide a drum washing machine reduction clutch, which reduces the cost and overcomes the above drawbacks.

The internal gear is fastened and connected with the concave teeth arranged on the inner wall of the internal gear shell into a whole through the convex teeth arranged on the outer wall of the internal gear.
The ratio of the number of teeth of the internal gear to the number of teeth of the sun gear is 2-4:1.
The sealing cover is fixedly connected with the inner gear shell into a whole through rolling riveting, and the inner gear shell is fixedly connected with the upper shaft sleeve into a whole through interference press fit.
A fixed ring and a small oil seal are further arranged between the upper shaft sleeve and the driving shaft, the sun gear is made of a metal material, and the planetary gear and the inner gear are made of a plastic material.
The number of the upper bushings between the upper shaft sleeve and the driving shaft is 1 or more than 1.
The number of the lower bushings between the driving shaft and the lower shaft sleeve is 1 or more than 1.

during the washing working condition, the power of the driving shaft directly drives the stirrer to rotate, and meanwhile, after the planetary gear is decelerated, the lower shaft sleeve is fixed under the control of the clutch mechanism, and the inner cylinder and the stirrer are driven to rotate in opposite directions through the inner gear, the inner gear shell and the upper shaft sleeve;
during the dehydration working condition, the clutch mechanism arranged on the driving shaft connects the driving shaft with the lower shaft sleeve into a whole, is meshed with the motor rotor, and the planet carrier is driven by the lower shaft sleeve, and the internal gear shell connected with the upper shaft sleeve drives the internal gear to synchronously rotate together, so that the inner barrel connected with the upper shaft sleeve into a whole obtains the transmission ratio of the stirrer 1:1 connected with the driving shaft into a whole to synchronously rotate at a high speed for centrifugal dehydration at a high speed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. by adopting the technical scheme of the invention, as the speed reducing clutch has a speed reducing function, the rotating speed of the motor is not required to be adjusted to be too low during washing, so that the driving motor of the double-output roller washing machine can always maintain a high-efficiency high-speed running state, and the motor efficiency is improved;
2. according to the speed reduction clutch adopting the technical scheme, the stirrer is directly driven by the driving shaft during washing, the inner cylinder is driven by the upper shaft sleeve and the inner gear shell, the planetary gear is small in stress and can be made of plastic materials, noise reduction is facilitated on the premise of ensuring strength, the problem that an inner barrel of the existing double-output clutch (refer to a relevant patent) is driven by meshing of the fixed shaft gear and the inner gear is overcome, and the stress of the fixed shaft gear is large; the upper shaft sleeve is connected with the brake wheel by adopting a bearing, so that the high-speed dehydration has poor stability and is easy to generate vibration and noise; meanwhile, because the upper shaft sleeve, the inner gear shell and the sealing cover are combined in an interference press fit and rolling riveting mode, the rolling bearings are respectively arranged on the outer circles of the upper shaft sleeve and the sealing cover, the rigidity is good, the stability is strong, and the vibration noise is low during dehydration.
3. By adopting the washing machine of the technical scheme of the invention, the stirrer (the impeller) is added in the inner cylinder of the traditional drum washing machine, and the rotation directions of the stirrer and the inner cylinder are opposite to form double-power washing, so that the stirring and rolling actions are added in the processes of throwing, beating and re-throwing the clothes, the washing ratio is improved, and the heating is not needed, thereby saving electricity.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-4, a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a decelerating clutch of a drum washing machine according to the present invention includes an upper shaft sleeve 9 connected with an inner cylinder 17 concentrically installed in an outer cylinder 18 of the washing machine, a driving shaft 1 movably installed in the upper shaft sleeve 9 through an upper bushing 10, a sun gear 8 installed on the driving shaft 1, the driving shaft 1 concentrically movably installed in a lower shaft sleeve 3 through a lower bushing 2, the lower shaft sleeve 3 connected with a planet carrier 7, the lower shaft sleeve 3 movably connected with a sealing cover 5 through a middle bushing 4, the sealing cover 5 connected with the upper shaft sleeve 9 through an inner gear housing 14, the inner gear housing 14 connected with an inner gear 6, a planet gear 15 movably installed in the planet carrier 7 through a planet shaft 13, the inner side of the planet gear 15 meshed with the sun gear 8, and the outer side meshed with the inner gear 6.
Wherein, the inner gear 6 is tightly connected with the concave teeth 14a arranged on the inner wall of the inner gear shell 14 into a whole through the convex teeth 6a arranged on the outer wall of the inner gear.
The ratio of the number of teeth of the internal gear 6 to the number of teeth of the sun gear 8 is 2-4:1.
The sealing cover 5 is fixedly connected with the inner gear shell 14 into a whole through rolling riveting, and the inner gear shell 14 is fixedly connected with the upper shaft sleeve 9 into a whole through interference press fit.
A fixed ring 11 and a small oil seal 12 are also arranged between the upper shaft sleeve 9 and the driving shaft 1, the sun gear 8 is made of a metal material, and the planetary gear 15 and the internal gear 6 are made of a plastic material.
The number of the upper bushings 10 between the upper shaft sleeve 9 and the driving shaft 1 is 1 or more than 1.
The number of the lower bushings 2 between the driving shaft 1 and the lower shaft sleeve 3 is 1 or more than 1.
The output end of the driving shaft 1 is connected with a stirrer 16, the stirrer 16 is concentrically arranged in an inner cylinder 17 of the washing machine connected with an upper shaft sleeve 9, the input end of the driving shaft 1 is connected with a motor, and the driving shaft 1 is connected with a lower shaft sleeve 3 through a clutch mechanism.
The washing method of the drum washing machine is characterized in that the driving shaft 1 is connected with a driving motor and rotates under the action of the driving motor;
in the washing working condition, the power of the driving shaft 1 directly drives the stirrer to rotate, and simultaneously, after the planetary gear 15 is decelerated, the lower shaft sleeve 3 is fixed under the control of the clutch mechanism, and the inner cylinder 17 and the stirrer 16 are driven to rotate in opposite directions through the inner gear 6, the inner gear shell 14 and the upper shaft sleeve 9;
during the dehydration working condition, the clutch mechanism arranged on the driving shaft 1 connects the driving shaft 1 and the lower shaft sleeve 3 into a whole, is meshed with the motor rotor, and the planet carrier 7 is driven by the lower shaft sleeve 3, and the internal gear shell 14 connected with the upper shaft sleeve 9 drives the internal gear 6 to synchronously rotate together, so that the internal cylinder 17 connected with the upper shaft sleeve 9 into a whole obtains the synchronous high-speed rotation of the transmission ratio of the stirrer 1:1 connected with the driving shaft 1 into a whole, and the high-speed centrifugal dehydration is realized.
The outer circles of the upper shaft sleeve 9 and the sealing cover 5 are connected with a speed reduction clutch housing (not shown) through rolling bearings (not shown).
Wherein sun gear 8 is the metal material, and planetary gear 15 and internal gear 6 are the plastics material, are favorable to reducing noise on the basis of guaranteeing intensity.
