本发明涉及功能面料技术领域,尤其是一种高强度面料,它由经线和纬线编织而成,所述的经线为碳化硅纤维纱,纬线采用氧化铝纤维纱,所述的碳化硅纤维纱的直径为13‑18μm,所述的氧化铝纤维纱的直径为12‑16μm,所述经线的纤度为88‑98dtex,所述的纬线的纤度为92‑96dtex;经线密度为66‑70根/cm,纬线密度为68‑80根/cm。本发明所得到的一种不易老化的面料,其通过合理的编织结构结合合适的密度的设计,能有效的提高面料的强度,强度极高,而且厚度较薄。

技术领域
本发明涉及功能面料技术领域,尤其是一种高强度面料。
背景技术
现有的面料难以在厚薄度与强度之间很好的结合,强度大的面料一般都相对比较厚,相对较薄的面料一般强度都比较差;目前还没有一种即薄又具有高强度的面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种厚度较薄的高强度面料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种高强度面料,它由经线和纬线编织而成,所述的经线为碳化硅纤维纱,纬线采用氧化铝纤维纱,所述的碳化硅纤维纱的直径为13-18μm,所述的氧化铝纤维纱的直径为12-16μm,所述经线的纤度为88-98dtex,所述的纬线的纤度为92-96dtex;经线密度为66-70根/cm,纬线密度为68-80根/cm。
本发明所得到的一种不易老化的面料,其通过合理的编织结构结合合适的密度的设计,能有效的提高面料的强度,强度极高,而且厚度较薄。

实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种高强度面料,它由经线和纬线编织而成,所述的经线为碳化硅纤维纱,纬线采用氧化铝纤维纱,所述的碳化硅纤维纱的直径为13μm,所述的氧化铝纤维纱的直径为12μm,所述经线的纤度为88dtex,所述的纬线的纤度为92dtex;经线密度为70根/cm,纬线密度为80根/cm。
实施例2:
