Abstract
本发明属于化工合成技术领域,具体涉及一种负离子防臭鞋垫用纤维材料,所述的负离子保健衣服用纤维材料,由如下重量百分比的原料制成:主体材质40‑60%;负离子发生剂25‑35%;偶联剂0.5‑2%;分散剂5‑15%;精馏单甘脂5‑15%;抗氧剂0.5‑2%;气相白碳黑1‑3%;所述的主体材质为LDPE、LLPE、PP、EVA、mLDPE和POE的一种或几种。本发明所制备的负离子纤维能够持续高效释放负离子,具有调节空气、吸收异味、活化细胞、提高免疫力等保健功能。

技术领域
本发明属于化工合成技术领域,具体涉及一种负离子防臭鞋垫用纤维材料。
背景技术
在科技发达的21世纪,人们越来越重视利用自然界的馈赠,增强身体健康指数和增加保健意识,充分利用具有释放负离子功能的电气石等材料填充到日常生活用品中,以便给生活带来方便,提高生活质量。
随着人们生活水平的提高对自己身体健康也越来越重视,尤其是人体贴身穿的鞋子方面,俗话说千里之行始于足下,因此人们对脚的注重越来越高,空气中的负离子直接作用于人体的中枢神经核血液循环之中,有效的改善大脑功能,增强机体免疫力,促进新陈代谢、调节神经机能。消除人体疲劳。负离子还能抑制细菌病毒生长的功效;那么负离子同样也能消除鞋子里的臭味,让脚更加清爽干燥。
因此我们需要一种材质让人舒服的负离子防臭鞋垫用纤维材料。
发明内容
根据现有技术不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种负离子防臭鞋垫用纤维材料,能够增强人体免疫力,消除人体脚部疲劳等;同时还能有效去除脚臭,保持脚部清爽和卫生。
本发明所述的负离子防臭鞋垫用纤维材料,由如下重量百分比的原料制成:

所述的分散剂为司盘60、司盘40和司盘80中的一种或几种。
所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂B215或抗氧剂B225。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、可释放负离子达到对人体有益的效果;
2、负离子纤维能够持续高效释放负离子,具有调节鞋内空气、吸收异味、活化细胞、提高免疫力等保健功能;
3、并且能够吸收太阳辐射的可见光和近红外线,并进行热交换,同时又能够反射由人体散发的10微米左右波长的热,从而达到积极保温的效果;
4、本发明所制备的室内用具抗压能力强,并且也具备较强的抗拉伸强度,同时抗老化效果也非常明显,性能优良。

一种负离子防臭鞋垫用纤维材料,由如下重量百分比的原料制成:

所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂B215。

经检测释放负离子数为4500个/cm3抗拉伸强度、抗断裂、抗老化性能等,除臭性能明显。
实施例2
一种所述的负离子防臭鞋垫用纤维材料,由如下重量百分比的原料制成:

4.根据权利要求1所述的负离子防臭鞋垫用纤维材料,其特征在于所述的偶联剂为铝酸酯偶联剂、铝钛复合偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂或硅烷偶联剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的负离子防臭鞋垫用纤维材料,其特征在于所述的分散剂为司盘60、司盘40和司盘80中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的负离子防臭鞋垫用纤维材料,其特征在于所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂B215或抗氧剂B225。
