Abstract

本发明涉及一种添加萘酸锆的快干性油墨及工艺。该工艺是:先将一定比例的植物油脂、乙醇胺、有机硅消泡剂、大豆卵磷脂润湿剂和适量水在分散缸中分散搅拌,分散搅拌后过滤,将过滤的乳液再与适量的水溶性丙烯酸树脂、松香树脂和水性丙烯酸色浆一起在分散缸中分散搅拌,最后萘酸锆催干剂和有机硅消泡剂并过滤,即得产品。该工艺流程简单,成本低廉。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油墨,特别涉及一种添加萘酸锆催干剂的快干性油墨及其制备方法,属于油墨加工领域。
背景技术
在我国,油墨制造业基本上生产的是传统的合成树脂油墨,这类油墨中大多都要含有有机(或无机)溶剂,因而含有较多的多环芳烃类物质,且其中的3,4-苯并吡、3-硝基苯并酮等还含有致癌成分,在印刷品上残留量大,存续时间长,会危害使用者健康。随着环保的重视程度越来越大,绿色包装概念的加强,特别在食品包装等其他相关方面有重金属含量、包装物溶剂残余量和其他的VOC限量标准等法规限制,开发无毒油墨是当今油墨的研究热点。
用植物油作溶剂,制备的油墨既环保又可用再生的资源代替不可再生的石油溶剂,且回收时对废印刷品处理比传统油墨更易于脱墨,对纸的损坏小,但是植物油基含有大量不饱和脂肪酸,干燥速度慢,为了克服此缺点,本发明在油墨制备过程中,添加萘酸锆干燥助剂,使得不饱和油脂发生氧化,在吸氧后,从液态变成固态,由小分子变成大分子,从而加速油脂结膜干燥,提升油墨综合性能。
发明内容
本发明提供一种添加萘酸锆的快干性油墨,该油墨包括以下重量百分比的物质:
植物油酯 20-40%
乙醇胺 10-20%
松香树脂 10-15%
水溶性丙烯酸树脂 10-15%
水性丙烯酸色浆 10-20%
大豆卵磷脂润湿剂 1-2%
有机硅消泡剂 1-2%
萘酸锆 1-2%
水 余量。
一种添加萘酸锆的快干性油墨的制备方法,其方法包括如下步骤:
⑴用一分散缸装入一定比例的植物油、乙醇胺、有机硅消泡剂和大豆卵磷脂润湿剂和适量水;
⑵将混合溶液体系系在一定转速下混合搅拌,分散均匀;
⑶分散后,将液体过滤;
⑷收集过滤的乳液,再倒入分散缸中,依次加入一定量的水溶性丙烯酸树脂、松香树脂和水性丙烯酸色浆;
⑸将混合溶液体系在一定转速下混合搅拌,分散均匀;
⑹最后加入一定量的萘酸锆和有机硅消泡剂并过滤,即可得一种添加萘酸锆的快干性油墨。
优先地,在步骤⑶中,按500-600 r/min的转速,均匀分散1-2 小时。
优先地,在步骤⑸中,按600-800r/min的转速,均匀分散2-4小时。
本发明具有下列优点和特性:
⑴流程简单,易操作;
⑵原料来源广泛、成本低廉。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
用一分散缸装入20%比例的大豆油脂、10%比例的乙醇胺、1%比例的有机硅消泡剂、1%比例的大豆卵磷脂润湿剂和16%比例的水,将混合溶液体系在转速为500 r/min条件下分散2小时,分散后将混合物过滤,收集过滤的乳液再次投入到分散缸中,并依次加入15%的水溶性丙烯酸树脂、15%的松香树脂、20%比例的水性丙烯酸色浆,将混合溶液体系在转速为700r/min条件下分散3小时,分散结束后,最后加入1%比例的萘酸锆和1%比例的有机硅消泡剂,最后过滤即可得一种添加萘酸锆的快干性油墨。
实施例二:
用一分散缸装入30%比例的大豆油脂、20%比例的乙醇胺、0.5%比例的有机硅消泡剂、2%比例的大豆卵磷脂润湿剂和10.5%比例的水,将混合溶液体系在转速为550 r/min条件下分散1.5小时,分散后将混合物过滤,收集过滤的乳液再次投入到分散缸中,并依次加入10%的水溶性丙烯酸树脂、15%的松香树脂、10%比例的水性丙烯酸色浆,将混合溶液体系在转速为600 r/min条件下分散4小时,分散结束后,最后加入1.5%比例的萘酸锆和0.5%比例的有机硅消泡剂,最后过滤即可得一种添加萘酸锆的快干性油墨。
实施例三:
用一分散缸装入40%比例的大豆油脂、15%比例的乙醇胺、0.5%比例的有机硅消泡剂、1%比例的大豆卵磷脂润湿剂和6%比例的水,将混合溶液体系在转速为600 r/min条件下分散1小时,分散后将混合物过滤,收集过滤的乳液再次投入到分散缸中,并依次加入10%的水溶性丙烯酸树脂、10%的松香树脂、15%比例的水性丙烯酸色浆,将混合溶液体系在转速为800r/min条件下分散2小时,分散结束后,最后加入2%比例的萘酸锆和0.5%比例的有机硅消泡剂,最后过滤即可得一种添加萘酸锆的快干性油墨。

Claims (3)

1.一种添加萘酸锆的快干性油墨的制备工艺,其特征在于,该制备工艺包括如下步骤:
⑴用一分散缸装入一定比例的植物油、乙醇胺、有机硅消泡剂和大豆卵磷脂润湿剂和适量水;
⑵将混合溶液体系系在一定转速下混合搅拌,分散均匀;
⑶分散后,将液体过滤;
⑷收集过滤的乳液,再倒入分散缸中,依次加入一定量的水溶性丙烯酸树脂、松香树脂和水性丙烯酸色浆;
⑸将混合溶液体系在一定转速下混合搅拌,分散均匀;
⑹最后加入一定量的萘酸锆和有机硅消泡剂并过滤,即可得一种添加萘酸锆的快干性油墨。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种添加萘酸锆的快干性油墨的制备工艺,其特征在于,在步骤⑶中,按500-600 r/min的转速,均匀分散1-2 小时。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种添加萘酸锆的快干性油墨的制备工艺,其特征在于,在步骤⑸中,按600-800r/min的转速,均匀分散2-4小时。
