本发明涉及一种垂直绿化用轻型绿化基质,包括基质和营养液,基质与营养液以1:1的体积比加以混合;所述基质为陶瓷纤维,所述营养液的组成成份按重量份数计如下:腐殖质20‐40份、尿素5‐8份、硫酸锰1‐6份、氯化钾2‐9份、硝酸镁0.5‐4份、碳酸氢钠3‐7份、吲哚丁酸1.2‐5.8份、碳粉0.6‐3.2份、水50‐80份,减轻了绿化系统自身重量,选用无土基质,不易流失,管理方便,节省了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种绿化基质,具体涉及一种垂直绿化用轻型绿化基质。
背景技术
传统的垂直绿化大多采用藤本攀援植物,如爬山虎、扶芳藤、藤本月季等,利用植物附着攀爬的特性完成垂直绿化,但藤本攀援植物生长周期需求较长,需要几年的生长才能达到绿化目的,并且覆盖区难以控制,有的地方因为各种原因无法进行这样的垂直绿化。
近些年垂直绿化新技术日趋成熟种类颇多,但是大多数垂直绿化新技术都是用于应景或者是用于室内绿化,用于室外的并不多见,即便有使用时间也不长,达不到长期多年使用的目的。现有的垂直绿化植物种植盒种植的基质大多都选用轻质改良土、无机复合种植土,这些样的基质过于蓬松,在室外使用时因冬、春季刮大风,夏季下大雨都会造成基质流失,需要适时补充基质,管理较为麻烦,并且基质的流失还会对周边环境造成二次污染。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种垂直绿化用轻型绿化基质,减轻了绿化系统自身重量,选用无土基质,不易流失,管理方便,节省了成本。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种垂直绿化用轻型绿化基质,包括基质和营养液,基质与营养液以1:1的体积比加以混合;所述基质为陶瓷纤维,所述营养液的组成成份按重量份数计如下:
腐殖质20‐40份、尿素5‐8份、硫酸锰1‐6份、氯化钾2‐9份、硝酸镁0.5‐4份、碳酸氢钠3‐7份、吲哚丁酸1.2‐5.8份、碳粉0.6‐3.2份、水50‐80份。
上述一种垂直绿化用轻型绿化基质,其中,所述营养液的制备方法为:
(1)将尿素、硫酸锰、氯化钾、硝酸镁、碳酸氢钠、吲哚丁酸、碳粉和水在常温下搅拌1‐3h得混合液A;
(2)搅拌后对混合液A进行加热,使混合液A的温度以2℃/15min的速度提升直至升高至45℃;
(3)将腐殖质加入混合液A中,在45℃的温度下搅拌2‐4h得到营养基质,搅拌速度为50‐80r/min。
上述一种垂直绿化用轻型绿化基质,其中,所述腐殖质的制备方法为:
(1)按重量份数计将牛粪10‐20份、桑树叶40‐60份、桑葚15‐25份、小麦秸秆40‐60份、色拉油8‐16份和水30‐50份加入厌氧发酵罐中在30‐45℃的温度下厌氧发酵5‐10天;
(2)加入30‐50重量份的水,在45‐60℃的温度下继续厌氧发酵3‐6天;
(3)将厌氧发酵后得到的发酵底物和发酵液按1:12的重量份数比取出混合后得到腐殖质。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明将陶瓷纤维作为基质与营养液加以混合,专用于垂直绿化,减轻了绿化系统自身重量,选用无土基质,不易流失,管理方便,简约了人力物力,节省了成本。
本发明特制的营养液,内含营养丰富,能够满足植物生长各项需求,能够很好的控制植株对营养液的适应程度,不会导致过酸过碱问题,影响植株的吸收营养不良问题,从而提高植物的成活率。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的技术方案更加清晰明确,下面对本发明进行进一步描述,任何对本发明技术方案的技术特征进行等价替换和常规推理得出的方案均落入本发明保护范围。
实施例一
一种垂直绿化用轻型绿化基质,包括基质和营养液,基质与营养液以1:1的体积比加以混合;所述基质为陶瓷纤维,所述营养液的制备方法为:
(1)按重量份数计将尿素6份、硫酸锰3份、氯化钾5份、硝酸镁2.5份、碳酸氢钠5份、吲哚丁酸3.4份、碳粉1.8份和水65份在常温下搅拌2h得混合液A;
(2)搅拌后对混合液A进行加热,使混合液A的温度以2℃/15min的速度提升直至升高至45℃;
(3)按重量份数计将腐殖质30份加入混合液A中,在45℃的温度下搅拌2‐4h得到营养基质,搅拌速度为50‐80r/min。
所述腐殖质的制备方法为:
(1)按重量份数计将牛粪15份、桑树叶50份、桑葚20份、小麦秸秆50份、色拉油12份和水40份加入厌氧发酵罐中在40℃的温度下厌氧发酵7天;
(2)加入40重量份的水,在50℃的温度下继续厌氧发酵5天;
(3)将厌氧发酵后得到的发酵底物和发酵液按1:12的重量份数比取出混合后得到腐殖质。
实施例二
如实施例一所述的一种垂直绿化用轻型绿化基质,包括基质和营养液,基质与营养液以1:1的体积比加以混合;所述基质为陶瓷纤维,所述营养液的制备方法为:
(1)按重量份数计将尿素5份、硫酸锰1份、氯化钾2份、硝酸镁0.5份、碳酸氢钠3份、吲哚丁酸1.2份、碳粉0.6份和水50份在常温下搅拌1h得混合液A;
(2)搅拌后对混合液A进行加热,使混合液A的温度以2℃/15min的速度提升直至升高至45℃;
(3)按重量份数计将腐殖质20份加入混合液A中,在45℃的温度下搅拌2h得到营养基质,搅拌速度为50r/min。
所述腐殖质的制备方法为:
(1)按重量份数计将牛粪10份、桑树叶40份、桑葚15份、小麦秸秆40份、色拉油8份和水30份加入厌氧发酵罐中在30℃的温度下厌氧发酵5天;
(2)加入30重量份的水,在45℃的温度下继续厌氧发酵3天;
(3)将厌氧发酵后得到的发酵底物和发酵液按1:12的重量份数比取出混合后得到腐殖质。
实施例三
一种垂直绿化用轻型绿化基质,包括基质和营养液,基质与营养液以1:1的体积比加以混合;所述基质为陶瓷纤维,所述营养液的制备方法为:
(1)按重量份数计将尿素8份、硫酸锰6份、氯化钾9份、硝酸镁4份、碳酸氢钠7份、吲哚丁酸5.8份、碳粉3.2份和水80份在常温下搅拌3h得混合液A;
(2)搅拌后对混合液A进行加热,使混合液A的温度以2℃/15min的速度提升直至升高至45℃;
(3)按重量份数计将腐殖质40份加入混合液A中,在45℃的温度下搅拌4h得到营养基质,搅拌速度为80r/min。
所述腐殖质的制备方法为:
(1)按重量份数计将牛粪20份、桑树叶60份、桑葚25份、小麦秸秆60份、色拉油16份和水50份加入厌氧发酵罐中在45℃的温度下厌氧发酵10天;
(2)加入50重量份的水,在60℃的温度下继续厌氧发酵6天;
(3)将厌氧发酵后得到的发酵底物和发酵液按1:12的重量份数比取出混合后得到腐殖质。

1.一种垂直绿化用轻型绿化基质,其特征为,包括基质和营养液,基质与营养液以1:1的体积比加以混合;所述基质为陶瓷纤维,所述营养液的组成成份按重量份数计如下:
腐殖质20‐40份、尿素5‐8份、硫酸锰1‐6份、氯化钾2‐9份、硝酸镁0.5‐4份、碳酸氢钠3‐7份、吲哚丁酸1.2‐5.8份、碳粉0.6‐3.2份、水50‐80份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种垂直绿化用轻型绿化基质,其特征为,所述营养液的制备方法为:
(1)将尿素、硫酸锰、氯化钾、硝酸镁、碳酸氢钠、吲哚丁酸、碳粉和水在常温下搅拌1‐3h得混合液A;
(2)搅拌后对混合液A进行加热,使混合液A的温度以2℃/15min的速度提升直至升高至45℃;
(3)将腐殖质加入混合液A中,在45℃的温度下搅拌2‐4h得到营养基质,搅拌速度为50‐80r/min。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种垂直绿化用轻型绿化基质,其特征为,所述腐殖质的制备方法为:
(1)按重量份数计将牛粪10‐20份、桑树叶40‐60份、桑葚15‐25份、小麦秸秆40‐60份、色拉油8‐16份和水30‐50份加入厌氧发酵罐中在30‐45℃的温度下厌氧发酵5‐10天;
(2)加入30‐50重量份的水,在45‐60℃的温度下继续厌氧发酵3‐6天;
(3)将厌氧发酵后得到的发酵底物和发酵液按1:12的重量份数比取出混合后得到腐殖质。
