Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合粉状污水处理剂及其制备方法,所述的污水处理剂包括以下物质:酒石酸、硫酸钙、碳酸镁、碳酸钙、三氯化铁、氧化钙、硼砂,所述的方法为将上述物质依次混匀即可,本发明与现有技术相比,本发明处理的含有1‑10g/l的PVA,COD浓度达到1×104‑5×104mg/L、色度400倍的退浆污水,其去除率达到70‑75%,PVA的回收率达到80‑85%,色度达到100倍以下,具有适应温度范围宽,处理效果好、回收率高,脱色明显的特点。

Description

一种复合粉状污水处理剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于污水处理剂及其制备方法,特别属于用于PVA退浆废水的处理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
退浆废水是用化学药剂将织物所带的浆料去除所产生的废水,通常含有大量的PVA(聚乙烯醇),该种废水的组分复杂,并且含有1-10g/l的PVA,COD浓度达到1×104-100×104mg/L,色度达到400倍以上,由于PVA是非离子有机聚合物,通常的含有碱式氯化铝(PAC)污水处理剂产生的电荷难以对其吸附,COD的去除率只能达到60-70%,PVA的回收率只能达到60-70%,达不到环保和回收的要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种COD的去除率达到70-75%,PVA的回收率达到80-85%的复合粉状处理剂。
本发明所要解决的另外一个技术问题是提供上述复合粉状污水处理剂的制备方法。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案为:一种复合粉状污水处理剂,包括以下物质及重量份:
上述各种物质的粒径均为80-400目。
为了增加污水处理剂的脱色能力,还可以加入活性炭,活性炭与硫酸钙的重量比为10-20:60-70。
本发明的制备方法为:将酒石酸与硫酸钙,混合50-120分钟,再加入碳酸镁,混合40-60分钟,再加入碳酸钙混合40-60分钟,再加入三氯化铁,混合40-60分钟,再加入氧化钙混合40-60分钟,再加入硼砂,混合120-150分钟,即可。
本发明通过控制和改变不同官能团的无机分子物质添加的次序,在复合过程中发生和不发生反应的条件,达到这些组分在投加前保持良好的形态分布及其稳定性,投加后具有很快的形态转化和高效凝聚絮凝性。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下特点:
1、多能高效——一剂多效,即在功能上同时兼具絮凝剂、缓蚀剂、杀菌剂等多种药剂的功效,集众多水处理产品的优点于一身,混凝性能更加优良,矾花大且紧密,去除的污泥致密体积小且沉降速度快。具有显著的脱色、除菌等多种功效。
2、绿色环保——所用的材料均为天然的有机酸和无机矿物质,无机化学合成物,所以产品无毒无害、无二次污染。
3、粉末状、复合化,便于生产且生产过程无污染,产品包装简单且便于运输,综合成本低。
4、在20-50℃的条件下,本发明处理的含有1-10g/l的PVA,COD浓度达到1×104-5×104mg/L、色度400倍的退浆污水,其去除率达到70-75%,PVA的回收率达到80-85%,色度达到100倍以下,具有适应温度范围宽,处理效果好、回收率高,脱色明显的特点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作详细的说明。
实施例1:
将7重量份80目酒石酸与60重量份80目硫酸钙,混合50分钟,再加入10重量份80目碳酸镁,混合40分钟,再加入10重量份80目碳酸钙混合40分钟,再加入10重量份80目三氯化铁,混合40分钟,再加入10重量份80目氧化钙混合40分钟,再加入10重量份80目硼砂,混合120分钟,即可。
实施例2:
将7重量份200目酒石酸与70重量份200目硫酸钙,混合90分钟,再加入20重量份200目碳酸镁,混合50分钟,再加入20重量份200目碳酸钙混合50分钟,再加入20重量份200目三氯化铁,混合50分钟,再加入20重量份200目氧化钙混合50分钟,再加入20重量份200目硼砂,混合130分钟,即可。
实施例3:
将8重量份400目酒石酸与70重量份400目硫酸钙,混合120分钟,再加入15重量份400目碳酸镁,混合60分钟,再加入20重量份400目碳酸钙混合60分钟,再加入20重量份400目三氯化铁,混合60分钟,再加入20重量份400目氧化钙混合60分钟,再加入16重量份400目硼砂,混合150分钟,即可。
实施例1-3的技术指标如表1所示:

实施例4,除在处理剂中加入15份活性炭外,其余与实施例1相同。
实施例5:
将实施例1、2、3、4在室温的条件下,以30mg/l的用量投入到进水5.1g/l的PVA,COD浓度达到1.54×104mg/L、色度420倍的退浆污水中,反应1小时,反应转速300转/分,固液分离采用履带穿孔式分离机。其结果如表2所示:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合粉状污水处理剂,其特征在于:上述各种物质的粒径均为80-400目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合粉状污水处理剂,其特征在于:在处理剂中加入活性炭,活性炭与硫酸钙的重量比为10-20:60-70。
4.权利要求1所述的一种复合粉状污水处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将酒石酸与硫酸钙,混合50-120分钟,再加入碳酸镁,混合40-60分钟,再加入碳酸钙混合40-60分钟,再加入三氯化铁,混合40-60分钟,再加入氧化钙混合40-60分钟,再加入硼砂,混合120-150分钟,即可。
