一种环保板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保板。
背景技术
通常做成标准大小的扁平矩形建筑材料板，作墙壁、天花板或地板的构件。也多指锻造、轧制或铸造而成的金属板。划分为薄板、中板、厚板、特厚板、通常做成标准大小的扁平矩形建筑材料板。板材产品外形扁平，宽厚比大，单位体积的表面积也很大 ，这种外形特点带来其使用上的特点：（1）表面积大，故包容覆盖能力强，在化工、容器、建筑、金属制品、金属结构等方面都得到广泛应用；（2）可任意剪裁、弯曲、冲压、焊接、制成各种制品构件，使用灵活方便，在汽车、航空、造船及拖拉机制造等部门占有极其重要的地位；（3）可弯曲、焊接成各类复杂断面的型钢、钢管、大型工字钢、槽钢等结构件，板材的最早是木工用的实木板，用做打制家具或其他生活设施，在科技发展的现今板材的定义很广泛，在家具制造、建筑业、加工业等都有不同材质的板材。
目前现有的板材结构强度高的材料重量较重，重量较轻的材料结构强度不高，不具有隔音保温功能，不能够达到环保效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种板结构强度高，重量较轻，具有隔音保温功能，从而能够达到环保效果的环保板。
为解决上述问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：一种环保板，包括中空钢板、竹炭纤维层、隔音绵层、聚苯板层和石墨烯层，所述中空钢板、竹炭纤维层、隔音绵层、聚苯板层依次从下至上设置，所述石墨烯层涂布在聚苯板层上表面，所述中空钢板内设置有隔板，所述中空钢板内填充有木屑层，所述中空钢板底部设置有硅胶层，所述中空钢板两侧设置有聚氯乙烯层，所述聚氯乙烯层分别与中空钢板、竹炭纤维层、隔音绵层、聚苯板层和石墨烯层胶合连接。
作为优选，所述隔板与中空钢板一体成型，隔板能够提升中空钢板的结构强度。
作为优选，所述隔板呈等距分布，保持结构稳定性高。
作为优选，所述隔音棉层上表面设置有半圆形凹槽，能够提升隔音绵层的吸音效果。
作为优选，所述隔板为不锈钢隔板。
本发明的有益效果为：设置的中空钢板能够保持结构强度高的同时，保持重量较轻；设置的石墨烯层能够提升环保板表面的结构强度；设置的聚苯板层具有保温功能，设置的隔音棉层具有隔音效果，从而达到环保功能，同时采用的竹炭纤维层具有除异味功能，木屑层中的木屑属于可再生原料。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种环保板，包括中空钢板1、竹炭纤维层2、隔音绵层3、聚苯板层4和石墨烯层5，所述中空钢板1、竹炭纤维层2、隔音绵层3、聚苯板层4依次从下至上设置，所述石墨烯层5涂布在聚苯板层4上表面，所述中空钢板1内设置有隔板6，所述中空钢板1内填充有木屑层7，所述中空钢板1底部设置有硅胶层8，所述中空钢板1两侧设置有聚氯乙烯层9，所述聚氯乙烯层9分别与中空钢板1、竹炭纤维层2、隔音绵层3、聚苯板层4和石墨烯层5胶合连接。
所述隔板6与中空钢板1一体成型。
所述隔板6呈等距分布。
所述隔音棉层3上表面设置有半圆形凹槽10。
所述隔板6为不锈钢隔板。
本发明的有益效果为：设置的中空钢板能够保持结构强度高的同时，保持重量较轻；设置的石墨烯层能够提升环保板表面的结构强度；设置的聚苯板层具有保温功能，设置的隔音棉层具有隔音效果，从而达到环保功能，同时采用的竹炭纤维层具有除异味功能，木屑层中的木屑属于可再生原料。

1.一种环保板，其特征在于：包括中空钢板、竹炭纤维层、隔音绵层、聚苯板层和石墨烯层，所述中空钢板、竹炭纤维层、隔音绵层、聚苯板层依次从下至上设置，所述石墨烯层涂布在聚苯板层上表面，所述中空钢板内设置有隔板，所述中空钢板内填充有木屑层，所述中空钢板底部设置有硅胶层，所述中空钢板两侧设置有聚氯乙烯层，所述聚氯乙烯层分别与中空钢板、竹炭纤维层、隔音绵层、聚苯板层和石墨烯层胶合连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保板，其特征在于：所述隔板与中空钢板一体成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保板，其特征在于：所述隔板呈等距分布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保板，其特征在于：所述隔音棉层上表面设置有半圆形凹槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保板，其特征在于：所述隔板为不锈钢隔板。
