As shown in fig. 16 to 18 in combination with fig. 1 to 3 and 7 to 12, the plane-changeable limiting assembly 11 includes: the replaceable groove base plate 24, the adjusting shim 25 for the limiting surface, the limiting plate 26, the fastener 27 for the groove base plate and the square inclined washer 28 for the groove base plate; the two replaceable groove base plates 24 and the adjusting shim 25 for the limiting surface are symmetrically distributed by taking a first center line beta of the vehicle body as a reference, and are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the middle part of the upper end surface 13a of the vehicle body through a fastener 27 for the groove base plates and a square inclined washer 28 for the groove base plates; in addition, the two limiting plates 26 are symmetrically arranged in the backing plate grooves of the replaceable groove backing plate 24 by taking the second center line beta 'of the vehicle body as a reference, and the two backing plate grooves on the replaceable groove backing plate 24 are symmetrically manufactured by taking the second center line beta' of the vehicle body as a reference; it should be noted that in the replaceable plane limiting component 11, technical schemes such as a replaceable groove backing plate 24, a limiting surface adjusting gasket 25 and a limiting plate 26 are adopted, and the components are in a bolt fastening connection mode, so that the purpose is to meet the requirements of quick and convenient conversion and installation of time-saving and labor-saving when the V-shaped positioning axle housing part is used for carrying out variety conversion on the cleaning and consignment trolley of the replaceable plane limiting component 11, and avoid the phenomenon of forced disassembly and re-welding during conversion.
As shown in fig. 19 to 21 in combination with fig. 1 to 3 and 7 to 12, the right-end interchangeable V-shaped positioning assembly 12 includes: the right-end replaceable perforated base plate 29, the right-end base plate fastener 30, the right-end base plate square inclined washer 31, the right-end replaceable V-shaped seat 32, the right-end perforated bolt 33, the right-end positioning block 34 and the right-end inner hexagonal screw 35; the right end replaceable perforated base plate 29 is fixedly connected to the right end of the upper end surface 13a of the vehicle body through a fastener 30 for the right end base plate and a square inclined washer 31 for the right end base plate; the right-end replaceable V-shaped seat 32 is inserted into the two right-end bolt holes through the two right-end bolt holes with holes 33, namely, the right-end replaceable V-shaped seat is placed on the two right-end replaceable backing plates 29; in addition, the upper part of the right-end replaceable V-shaped seat 32 is in a V-shaped opening inclined plane shape, the angle between the opening inclined planes is 90 degrees, and the two inclined planes are symmetrically distributed by taking a first center line beta of the vehicle body as a reference; one side of the upper part of the right end positioning block 34 is convex and is provided with a right end positioning surface 34a, and in addition, the two right end positioning blocks 34 are respectively fastened on two inclined surfaces of the V-shaped opening of the right end replaceable V-shaped seat 32 through a left end inner hexagonal screw 35 and a right end inner hexagonal screw 35; it should be noted that in the right-end replaceable V-shaped positioning assembly 12, the technical scheme of 'right-end replaceable holed base plate 29, right-end replaceable V-shaped seat 32, right-end holed bolt 33, right-end positioning block 34' and the like are adopted, and the components are in a bolt fastening connection mode, so that the requirement of 'time-saving and labor-saving' quick conversion can be met when the right-end replaceable V-shaped positioning assembly 12 involved in the process of implementing variety conversion on the cleaning and carrying trolley of the 'V-shaped positioning' axle housing part is converted and used, and the phenomenon of 'forced dismounting and re-welding' in the process of conversion can be avoided.
In order to further understand the cleaning and consignment trolley of the invention, the processing and preparation method and the transformation and use method involved in axle housing variety transformation are described below.
1. Description of the preparation method
The following describes a processing and preparation method of a cleaning and consignment trolley for various V-shaped positioning axle housings with reference to figures 1 to 3 and 7 to 21.
The processing and preparation method refers to a method for how to implement processing and preparation of the related ' left-end replaceable V-shaped positioning component 10, the related replaceable plane limiting component 11 and the related ' right-end replaceable V-shaped positioning component 12 ' in order to meet the requirement of variety conversion under the condition that the related ' positioning and limiting ' component on the ' consignment trolley ' is cleaned according to the ' positioning and limiting size ' related to a certain ' V-shaped axle housing 1 ' variety part, when the axle housing variety is required to be converted and the ' consignment trolley ' is placed and cleaned in the ' positioning and limiting ' mode, namely when one or more sizes of the related ' positioning and limiting size ' of the axle housing are changed, the processing and preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) The comparison of the size difference is definite
The sizes of the V-shaped axle housing 1 are compared and determined as follows: "two location excircle lateral end face interval L1, location excircle phi d, mounting hole widest interval L2, axle housing central line to lute face interval H", it has to relate to the definite subassembly size of comparison: "two V type locating component interval W1, location centre of a circle to locating surface interval h4, two spacing plate intervals W4, interchangeable recess backing plate to automobile body up end interval size h1", as follows:
1-1) "axle housing" size "axle housing difference" comparison is clear
Comparing the positioning and limiting size related to a certain kind of axle housing applicable to the cleaning and consignment trolley with the positioning and limiting size of the axle housing applicable to the variety needing to be changed, namely L1, phi d, L2 and H, one by one to determine whether a changed axle housing difference value exists or not;
1-2) "component" size "component difference" comparison is unambiguous
Namely, according to the condition that the axle housing difference value is changed and determined in the step 1-1), comparing the positioning and limiting size related to the components which are configured and used on the cleaning and transporting trolley with the positioning and limiting size- "W1, H4, W4,", H1 "related to the variety of the V-shaped axle housing 1 to be changed one by one, namely, according to the size corresponding relation of" W1= L1+2W2+ W3, H4= d ÷ 2, W4= L2 ± 20, H1= H- (H + H2+ H3) ", determining whether the changed component difference value exists or not;
2) To complete the required processing according to the requirement
Comparing the clear 'component difference' according to the step 1-2), namely, for the 'positioning and limiting' component on the 'cleaning and consigning trolley' with change, finishing the required processing items according to the requirements, including finishing the required supplementary processing or re-selecting materials to process and manufacture a new part on the existing part, as follows:
2-1) W1 dimensional processing considerations with "component variation
According to the clear component difference compared with W1= L1+2W2+ W3, the positions of bolt holes needed by the complementary processing of the left-end perforated bolt 21 and the right-end perforated bolt 33 on the two left-end replaceable perforated base plates 17 and the two right-end replaceable perforated base plates 29 in the spatial position layout are determined; if yes, the four replaceable hole base plates can be detached, namely, the required bolt holes are additionally machined on the existing parts according to the component difference values, and machining items after the W1 size is changed are completed; if not, the four new parts of the replaceable holed backing plate are manufactured without selecting materials again, the required bolt holes are processed according to the component difference value, and the processing items after the size of W1 is changed can be finished in the same way;
2-2) h4 size processing issues with "component variation
According to the definite component difference value compared with h4= d ÷ 2", whether the left end positioning block 22 and the right end positioning block 34 which are manufactured by re-selecting materials are feasible or not is known and determined; if yes, detaching the workpiece, and selecting materials again to manufacture a new part of the positioning block according to the condition of the component difference, so that the processing item after h4 size change can be finished; if not, the positioning block, the left-end replaceable V-shaped seat 20 and the right-end replaceable V-shaped seat 32 are detached together, and new parts of the replaceable V-shaped seat are manufactured by selecting materials again according to the condition of component difference, wherein the new parts comprise V-shaped opening inclined plane-shaped machining, and machining items after h4 size change can be finished;
2-3) W4 dimensional processing issues with "component variation
According to the clear assembly difference of W4= L2 +/-20, the positions of the cushion plate grooves required by additionally processing the two limit plates 26 are determined on the two replaceable groove cushion plates 24 according to the spatial position layout; if yes, the two 'replaceable groove backing plates' can be detached, namely the required backing plate grooves are additionally machined on the existing parts according to the 'component difference', and then machining items after the W4 size is changed can be completed; if not, two conditions are adopted, namely after the limiting plate 26 is adopted to carry out plane limiting, if the mounting screw hole 1b on the axle housing lute surface 1a is not shielded, cleaning of the axle housing lute surface is not influenced, namely although the W4 size is equal to the component difference value, the situation that the difference value is not generated can be considered as the situation, the existing part, namely the replaceable groove base plate 24, can be continuously used, dismounting and processing are not required to be carried out, and the processing item after the W4 size is changed is considered to be finished; secondly, if the cushion plate grooves are shielded and are not distributed and processed in a spatial position, the two new parts of the cushion plate with the replaceable grooves need to be manufactured by selecting materials again, the required cushion plate grooves are processed according to the component difference value, and the processing items after the W4 size is changed can be finished in the same way;
2-4) h1 size processing issues with "component variation
According to the clear component difference compared with the value "H1= H- (H + H2+ H3)", two replaceable groove base plates 24, a spacing surface adjusting gasket 25 and a spacing plate 26 which are arranged in the replaceable plane spacing component 11 are dismounted, and according to the component difference, the number of the spacing surface adjusting gaskets 25 is increased and decreased at the position of each groove base plate fastening piece 27, so that the configuration requirement that the distance H3 from the lute surface of the axle housing to the spacing surface of the spacing component is 2-3 mm can be met, and the processing items after H1 size change can be finished;
the process preparation steps to be carried out are now completed.
The processing and preparation of the components are implemented according to whether the axle housing difference conditions of size change exist or not when the variety of four sizes of a certain V-shaped axle housing 1 part L1, phi d, L2 and H are changed, namely, according to the number conditions of size change, the components are implemented in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and not only can be implemented in a single correspondence mode, but also can be implemented in a multiple or all combination correspondence mode;
the implementation steps related in the processing and preparation method are only one type of the V-shaped axle housing 1 which needs to be changed, and when the V-shaped axle housing 1 is positioned and limited on the cleaning and consignment trolley, the assembly processing and preparation steps which need to be changed are implemented, if a plurality of parts of different types of the V-shaped axle housing 1 which are formed due to the change of the size of the positioning or limiting are arranged, the steps can be repeatedly implemented, and the required processing and preparation can be completed.
Interpretation of word meaning:

The transformation using method is a method for implementing transformation using after the required processing and preparation of the left-end replaceable V-shaped positioning component 10, the replaceable plane limiting component 11 and the right-end replaceable V-shaped positioning component 12 which are related to the requirement of variety transformation are completed and the method is implemented according to the following steps that under the condition that the 'positioning and limiting' component related to the 'cleaning and delivery trolley' on a certain 'V-shaped axle housing 1' variety part is manufactured according to the 'positioning and limiting' size ', when the axle housing variety is required to be transformed and placed on the' delivery trolley 'for cleaning, namely when one or more size changes occur in the' positioning and limiting 'size' of the axle housing, the method comprises the following steps:
1) Component transformation usage involving variation of dimension L1 (corresponding to W1)
According to whether the bolt holes with changed sizes are additionally processed on the two left-end replaceable perforated base plates 17 and the two right-end replaceable perforated base plates 29, the following two conditions are divided:
1-1) if the bolt hole is subjected to the complementary processing, the left-end replaceable V-shaped positioning component 10 and the right-end replaceable V-shaped positioning component 12 which are used already need to be dismounted, and the replaceable perforated base plate without the complementary processing in the left-end replaceable V-shaped positioning component and the right-end replaceable V-shaped positioning component is replaced with the replaceable perforated base plate with the complementary processing bolt hole, wherein the left-end perforated bolt 21 and the right-end perforated bolt 33 in the replaceable perforated base plate are replaced with the positions and placed in the bolt hole subjected to the complementary processing, and then the positioning component can be replaced and used; it should be noted that, this transformation system is the first time, if the transformation is completed and the transformation is still needed to be used again for a certain variety before transformation, the two "replaceable V-shaped positioning assemblies" do not need to be dismounted, and only the two "holed bolts" need to be taken out and directly inserted in the changed positions, that is, the two "replaceable V-shaped positioning assemblies" are directly put into the same "replaceable holed backing plate" and are suitable for the bolt holes needed to be used for a certain variety before transformation;
1-2) if the bolt hole which is additionally processed is not available, namely the left-end replaceable V-shaped positioning component 10 and the right-end replaceable V-shaped positioning component 12 which are used are dismounted, the used left-end replaceable V-shaped positioning component and the right-end replaceable V-shaped positioning component 12 are replaced, the used replaceable porous cushion plate is replaced, and new parts of the left-end replaceable porous cushion plate 17 and the right-end replaceable porous cushion plate 29 which are manufactured by re-material selection are arranged in the newly processed bolt hole, and the replacement of the positioning component can be completed; it should be noted that, if it is necessary to replace the original replaceable holed cushion plate without the complementary processing bolt hole, then the two pin hole positioning assemblies are mounted on the left and right ends of the upper end surface 12a of the car body, and the two replaceable V-shaped positioning assemblies are replaced in the bolt holes required by the original product, so that the positioning assemblies can be replaced and used, that is, the two replaceable holed cushion plates without the complementary processing bolt hole can still be used;
2) Use of conversion of components involving variation of dimension Phd (corresponding to h 4)
The manufacturing of the left end positioning block 22 and the right end positioning block 34 or the left end replaceable V-shaped seat 20 and the right end replaceable V-shaped seat 32 according to whether the materials are selected again is divided into the following two conditions:
2-1) if the material is selected again to manufacture the positioning block, the used left end positioning block 22 and right end positioning block 34 need to be dismounted, and the new part of the positioning block manufactured by selecting the material again needs to be replaced, thus completing the replacement of the components;
2-2) if the material is selected again to manufacture the replaceable V-shaped seat, the left-end replaceable V-shaped positioning component 10 and the right-end replaceable V-shaped positioning component 12 need to be dismounted, the left-end replaceable V-shaped seat 20 and the right-end replaceable V-shaped seat 32 are replaced, and new parts of the replaceable V-shaped seat manufactured by selecting the material again are replaced, so that the components can be used in a replaceable way;
3) Component transformation usage involving variation of dimension L2 (corresponding to W4)
The following three conditions are divided according to whether the base plate groove with changed size is additionally processed on the two base plates 24 with replaceable grooves:
3-1) if the ' complementary processing backing plate groove exists ', two ' replaceable plane limiting assemblies 11 ' are needed to be dismounted, and the ' replaceable groove backing plate ' without the ' complementary processing backing plate groove is replaced with a ' replaceable groove backing plate ' with the ' complementary processing backing plate groove, and the replacement of the assembly can be completed by replacing the positions of the two ' limiting plates 26 ' and placing the two ' limiting plates into the complementary processing backing plate groove; it should be noted that, this transformation system is the first time, if the transformation is completed and the transformation is still needed to be changed again for use, only two limiting plates need to be taken out, and the position is directly changed and inserted, that is, the two limiting plates are directly placed on the same replaceable groove base plate and are suitable for the base plate groove needed to be used by a certain variety before transformation;
3-2) if the shim plate groove is not subjected to complementary processing, but the cleaning use requirement of the mounting screw hole 1b is not influenced after the limiting plate 26 is placed, the used replaceable plane limiting component 11 is not required to be dismounted, and the replaceable shim plate used for a certain variety before conversion can be continuously used, so that the component can be used for conversion;
3-3) if the 'no' additionally processed base plate groove is formed and the situation does not belong to the situation of the step 3-2), namely the 'replaceable groove base plate' needs to be manufactured by selecting materials again and the base plate groove with changed 'size' is newly processed, the used 'replaceable plane limiting component 11' needs to be dismounted, the two 'replaceable groove base plates 24' used in the 'replaceable groove base plate' which is manufactured by selecting materials again are replaced, and the 'replaceable groove base plate' which is manufactured by selecting materials again comprises the step of placing the two 'limiting plates 26' in the newly processed base plate groove, so that the components can be changed and used; it should be noted that, if a certain product before conversion needs to be used again, the replaceable groove cushion plate with the ' no ' additionally processed cushion plate groove removed can be replaced again, and then the ' replaceable plane limiting component 11 ' matched with the replaceable groove cushion plate can be installed in the middle of the upper end surface 13a of the vehicle body, including two ' limiting plates 26 ' are replaced again into the cushion plate groove needed to be used by the certain product before conversion, so that the positioning component can be used again, that is, the two ' replaceable groove cushion plates ' without ' additionally processed bolt holes used by the certain product before conversion can still be used continuously;

The replaceable plane limiting component 11 is used before the size is dismounted, the number of the adjusting gaskets 25 for limiting surfaces, which need to be increased or decreased at the position where each fastener 27 for the groove cushion plate is completed, is determined according to the size h1 after the size is changed, and then the newly-replaced replaceable plane limiting component 11 is mounted in the middle of the upper end surface 13a of the vehicle body, so that the positioning component can be used in a replacement mode.
The transformations to be implemented now use steps, and end up all the time.
The above-mentioned assembly transformation is used, whether there is an axle housing difference condition of size change according to four sizes of some "V-shaped axle housing 1" part "L1, phi d, L2, H)" during variety transformation, that is, according to the number condition of size change, it is implemented in one-to-one correspondence, not only can be implemented in "single" correspondence, but also can be implemented in "multiple" or "all" combination correspondence; such as: four sizes of the V-shaped positioning axle housing part are only changed by three sizes of L1, phi d and L2, and are different, the changing and using methods in the steps 1) and 2) and the step 3) can be combined and implemented, namely, the size of H is not changed, so that the related limiting assembly can be continuously used without changing.
The implementation steps related in the above-mentioned conversion use method are only one type of V-shaped axle housing 1 which needs to be converted, and the conversion use steps of the components which need to be converted when the components are positioned and limited on the cleaning and delivery trolley, if there are a plurality of types of parts of the V-shaped axle housing 1 which are formed due to the change of the size of the positioning or limiting, the above-mentioned steps can be repeatedly implemented, and the required conversion use can be completed.
The implementation examples illustrate:
fig. 22 and 23, in conjunction with fig. 1 to 3 and fig. 7 to 21, illustrate an embodiment of the "cleaning and carrying cart" according to the present invention.
As can be seen from fig. 22 and 23, the "cleaning and consignment cart" of the present invention has been completed in its installation and manufacture, and has been deployed at the cleaning job site and is already in a working state.
1. Cleaning site situation description:
1) The consignment track on the external conveying line adopts a flat and V form, and the serial number is as follows: the flat track 36 and the V-shaped track 38 are respectively provided with the flat wheel assembly 6 and the V-shaped wheel assembly 7.
2) The number of the conveying mechanism is 'electric double-shifting fork stepping conveying device 37', which adopts an authorized patent technology, with the patent number ZL21015206994735.
