Abstract

本发明公开了一种废旧电视机外壳破碎机,包括底座、主电机、破碎室、粉碎室和副电机,破碎室固定安装在底座上,破碎室上表面左侧设置有进料斗,且与破碎室内部连通,破碎室内部平行设置有两个主轴,破碎室右端连接锥形出料头口径较大的一侧,所述主轴的左端延伸出破碎室的左端面并通过联轴器连接减速装置的输出轴,主电机通过带轮组连接减速装置的输入轴,锥形出料头口径较小的一端连接粉碎室,粉碎室内部设置有粉碎刀盘,所述粉碎刀盘与副电机的传动轴连接。该种废旧电视机外壳破碎机,持续化的对电视机外壳进行彻底粉碎,无需额外的设备投入,既节省设备资金投入,又节省能耗,而且一次性得到粒径较小的外壳碎屑,破碎效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种破碎机,具体为一种废旧电视机外壳破碎机,属于电视机拆卸设备领域。
背景技术
随着我国经济的高速发展,每年都会有千万台废旧电视机进行报废,对于这些废旧电视机的处理,我国目前正在向一些发达国家学习,回收利用废旧电视机的可利用资源。电视机外壳的破碎是电视机拆解流程里面重要的一步,现有的电视机外壳破碎机破碎效率较低,破碎粒径较大,因此需要进行多工序的进行处理,增加了设备的资金投入。
为解决上述问题,因此我们提出一种废旧电视机外壳破碎机。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种废旧电视机外壳破碎机,为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种废旧电视机外壳破碎机,包括底座、主电机、破碎室、粉碎室和副电机,所述破碎室固定安装在底座上,所述破碎室上表面左侧设置有进料斗,且与破碎室内部连通,所述破碎室内部平行设置有两个主轴,所述破碎室右端连接锥形出料头口径较大的一侧,所述主轴的左端延伸出破碎室的左端面并通过联轴器连接减速装置的输出轴,所述主电机通过带轮组连接减速装置的输入轴,所述锥形出料头口径较小的一端连接粉碎室,所述粉碎室内部设置有粉碎刀盘,所述粉碎刀盘与副电机的传动轴连接。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述主轴上靠近进料斗的一段设置有若干个破碎刀盘,远离进料斗的一段设置有螺旋挤压桨叶,所述破碎刀盘所在平面与主轴中心轴线的垂直面之间有15°~25°倾斜角,两个所述主轴上的破碎刀盘和螺旋挤压桨叶相互交错安装,且两个主轴的旋转方向相反,所述螺旋挤压桨叶的螺旋密度从左至右逐渐增大,所述螺旋挤压桨叶的外径小于破碎刀盘的外径。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述破碎刀盘外缘处均布设置有若干个刀架,所述刀架上通过螺栓固定设置有破碎刀片,所述螺旋挤压桨叶的螺旋叶面上均布设置有若干个凸点。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述粉碎刀盘靠近带轮组的一侧面辐射式安装有粉碎刀片。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述进料斗上设置有封盖,所述进料斗内部夹层之间设置有隔音夹层,所述破碎室和粉碎室的外表面设置有隔音板,所述粉碎室底部设置有出料口。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:通过破碎室内的两个主轴相对转动,破碎刀盘交错式对整体电视机外壳进行初步破碎,然后沿轴向推进,挤压螺旋桨叶对碎片进行逐渐加压的挤压推进,在巨大挤压力和相互摩擦作用下碎片进一步碎裂,在经过锥形出料头内部空间缩小相互之间的间隙,碎裂更加充分,然后副电机带动粉碎刀盘高速转动,对碎裂的外壳碎片进行切削粉碎,整个过程持续化的对电视机外壳进行彻底粉碎,无需额外的设备投入,既节省设备资金投入,又节省能耗,而且一次性得到粒径较小的外壳碎屑,破碎效率高。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
如图1-6所示,一种废旧电视机外壳破碎机,包括底座1、主电机2、破碎室9、粉碎室10和副电机12,所述破碎室9固定安装在底座1上,所述破碎室9上表面左侧设置有进料斗7,且与破碎室9内部连通,所述破碎室9内部平行设置有两个主轴14,所述破碎室9右端连接锥形出料头13口径较大的一侧,所述主轴14的左端延伸出破碎室9的左端面并通过联轴器连接减速装置4的输出轴,所述主电机2通过带轮组3连接减速装置4的输入轴,所述锥形出料头13口径较小的一端连接粉碎室10,所述粉碎室10内部设置有粉碎刀盘11,所述粉碎刀盘11与副电机12的传动轴连接。
主电机2通过带轮组3和减速装置4带动两个主轴14转动,电视机外壳从进料斗7投入,经过破碎刀盘16初步破碎后,再由螺旋挤压桨叶17进一步施压破碎,最后经过粉碎室10内部的粉碎刀盘11切削粉碎,提高破碎效率,降低资金投入。
本实施例中,所述主轴14上靠近进料斗7的一段设置有若干个破碎刀盘16,远离进料斗7的一段设置有螺旋挤压桨叶17,由同一主电机2带动主轴14工作完成两个工序的任务,缩短了工时,简化的设备结构,所述破碎刀盘16所在平面与主轴14中心轴线的垂直面之间有15°~25°倾斜角,便于将破碎的碎片推向螺旋挤压桨叶17处,两个所述主轴14上的破碎刀盘16和螺旋挤压桨叶17相互交错安装,且两个主轴14的旋转方向相反,所述螺旋挤压桨叶17的螺旋密度从左至右逐渐增大,所述螺旋挤压桨叶17的外径小于破碎刀盘16的外径,逐渐增大挤压力,使得碎片破碎更加彻底。
本实施例中,所述破碎刀盘16外缘处均布设置有若干个刀架18,所述刀架18上通过螺栓固定设置有破碎刀片9,所述螺旋挤压桨叶17的螺旋叶面上均布设置有若干个凸点20,提高摩擦力。
本实施例中,所述粉碎刀盘11靠近带轮组3的一侧面辐射式安装有粉碎刀片15。
本实施例中,所述进料斗7上设置有封盖6,所述进料斗7内部夹层之间设置有隔音夹层5,所述破碎室9和粉碎室10的外表面设置有隔音板8,降低噪音,所述粉碎室10底部设置有出料口。
该种废旧电视机外壳破碎机通过破碎室9内的两个主轴14相对转动,破碎刀盘16交错式对整体电视机外壳进行初步破碎,然后沿轴向推进,挤压螺旋桨叶17对碎片进行逐渐加压的挤压推进,在巨大挤压力和相互摩擦作用下碎片进一步碎裂,在经过锥形出料头13内部空间缩小相互之间的间隙,碎裂更加充分,然后副电机12带动粉碎刀盘11高速转动,对碎裂的外壳碎片进行切削粉碎,整个过程持续化的对电视机外壳进行彻底粉碎,无需额外的设备投入,既节省设备资金投入,又节省能耗,而且一次性得到粒径较小的外壳碎屑,破碎效率高。

1.一种废旧电视机外壳破碎机,其特征在于,包括底座(1)、主电机(2)、破碎室(9)、粉碎室(10)和副电机(12),所述破碎室(9)固定安装在底座(1)上,所述破碎室(9)上表面左侧设置有进料斗(7),且与破碎室(9)内部连通,所述破碎室(9)内部平行设置有两个主轴(14),所述破碎室(9)右端连接锥形出料头(13)口径较大的一侧,所述主轴(14)的左端延伸出破碎室(9)的左端面并通过联轴器连接减速装置(4)的输出轴,所述主电机(2)通过带轮组(3)连接减速装置(4)的输入轴,所述锥形出料头(13)口径较小的一端连接粉碎室(10),所述粉碎室(10)内部设置有粉碎刀盘(11),所述粉碎刀盘(11)与副电机(12)的传动轴连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的废旧电视机外壳破碎机,其特征在于,所述主轴(14)上靠近进料斗(7)的一段设置有若干个破碎刀盘(16),远离进料斗(7)的一段设置有螺旋挤压桨叶(17),所述破碎刀盘(16)所在平面与主轴(14)中心轴线的垂直面之间有15°~25°倾斜角,两个所述主轴(14)上的破碎刀盘(16)和螺旋挤压桨叶(17)相互交错安装,且两个主轴(14)的旋转方向相反,所述螺旋挤压桨叶(17)的螺旋密度从左至右逐渐增大,所述螺旋挤压桨叶(17)的外径小于破碎刀盘(16)的外径。
3.如权利要求2所述的废旧电视机外壳破碎机,其特征在于,所述破碎刀盘(16)外缘处均布设置有若干个刀架(18),所述刀架(18)上通过螺栓固定设置有破碎刀片(9),所述螺旋挤压桨叶(17)的螺旋叶面上均布设置有若干个凸点(20)。
4.如权利要求1所述的废旧电视机外壳破碎机,其特征在于,所述粉碎刀盘(11)靠近带轮组(3)的一侧面辐射式安装有粉碎刀片(15)。
5.如权利要求1所述的废旧电视机外壳破碎机,其特征在于,所述进料斗(7)上设置有封盖(6),所述进料斗(7)内部夹层之间设置有隔音夹层(5),所述破碎室(9)和粉碎室(10)的外表面设置有隔音板(8),所述粉碎室(10)底部设置有出料口。
