Abstract
The invention discloses a three-material composite welded plate hammer and a preparation method thereof, wherein the three-material composite welded plate hammer is formed by sequentially welding an upper wear-resistant block, a middle low-alloy steel layer and a lower wear-resistant block, the upper wear-resistant block 1 and the lower wear-resistant block are respectively composed of a hard alloy block, a high-chromium cast iron layer and a low-alloy steel layer, the inner side of the high-chromium cast iron layer is compounded with the low-alloy steel layer, and the hard alloy blocks are embedded on two sides of the high-chromium cast iron layer. The invention provides a double-liquid metal composite casting technology, an imbedding technology and a welding technology which are applied to the same casting, so that the service life of a product is obviously prolonged; the plate hammer structure is designed strictly according to the abrasion part, so that the alloy consumption is saved, the cost is reduced, and the cost performance is improved; and the stability of the bimetal composite interface is ensured by utilizing welding processes such as preheating multi-pass welding and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of material preparation, in particular to a three-material composite welding plate hammer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The plate hammer is an important part of the impact crusher. When the machine works, the plate hammer is driven by the motor to throw the materials to the impact lining plate, so that crushing is realized, then the materials rebound to the plate hammer action area from the impact lining plate, secondary crushing is realized, the process is repeated, the materials enter the first, second and third impact cavities from large to small and are repeatedly crushed until the materials are crushed to required granularity, and the materials are discharged from the discharge port. The plate hammer not only bears a large amount of abrasive wear in the crusher, but also suffers from the impact force of certain load, and the common plate hammer made of single material is difficult to simultaneously meet the severe working condition. The most stable high-chromium cast iron plate hammer is applied in China, and the problems of breakage and the like often occur when large materials are encountered, so that a machine is damaged. From the analysis of the working principle of the machine, the materials close to the two sides of the plate hammer have the gathering condition, the abrasion is serious, and the middle part of the plate hammer is inferior.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a three-material composite welding plate hammer and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a three-material composite welding plate hammer is formed by sequentially welding an upper wear-resistant block, a middle low-alloy steel layer and a lower wear-resistant block, wherein the upper bottom surface and the lower bottom surface of the middle low-alloy steel layer are respectively provided with an assembly groove matched with the upper wear-resistant block and the lower wear-resistant block; the depth of the assembling groove is 30-40mm, the upper wear-resistant block and the lower wear-resistant block are respectively composed of a hard alloy block, a high-chromium cast iron layer and a low-alloy steel layer, the inner side of the high-chromium cast iron layer is compounded with the low-alloy steel layer, and the hard alloy blocks are embedded on two sides of the high-chromium cast iron layer.
Preferably, the size of the hard alloy block is 30mm multiplied by 50mm multiplied by 200mm, and the thickness of the low alloy steel layer is not less than 40 mm.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the three-material composite welding plate hammer, which comprises the following steps:
s1, prefabricating a hard alloy block, compounding low alloy steel and high-chromium cast iron by using a double-liquid bimetal composite casting technology and an imbedding technology, and inlaying the hard alloy block into the high-chromium cast iron parts on the two sides of the plate hammer to complete the preparation of the upper wear-resistant block and the lower wear-resistant block;
s2, prefabricating a middle low-alloy steel layer, and sequentially welding and connecting an upper wear-resistant block, the middle low-alloy steel layer and a lower wear-resistant block together to obtain the three-material composite welding plate hammer.
Preferably, the step S2 employs a plurality of welding techniques.
Preferably, the multiple welding techniques comprise at least a preheating step and a multiple welding step.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:

As shown in fig. 1-3, an embodiment of the invention provides a three-material composite welded plate hammer, which is formed by sequentially welding an upper wear-resistant block 1, a middle low-alloy steel layer 2 and a lower wear-resistant block 3, wherein the upper bottom surface and the lower bottom surface of the middle low-alloy steel layer 2 are respectively provided with an assembly groove matched with the upper wear-resistant block 1 and the lower wear-resistant block 3; the depth of the assembling groove is 30-40mm, the upper wear-resistant block 1 and the lower wear-resistant block 3 are respectively composed of a hard alloy block 6, a high-chromium cast iron layer 4 and a low alloy steel layer 5, the inner side of the high-chromium cast iron layer 4 is compounded with the low alloy steel layer 5, and the hard alloy blocks 6 are embedded on two sides of the high-chromium cast iron layer 4.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a preparation method of the three-material composite welding plate hammer, wherein the material components shown in the table 1 comprise the following steps:
s1, prefabricating a hard alloy block, compounding low alloy steel and high-chromium cast iron by using a double-liquid bimetal composite casting technology and an imbedding technology, and inlaying the hard alloy block into the high-chromium cast iron parts on the two sides of the plate hammer to complete the preparation of the upper wear-resistant block and the lower wear-resistant block;
s2, prefabricating a middle low-alloy steel layer, and sequentially welding and connecting an upper wear-resistant block, the middle low-alloy steel layer and a lower wear-resistant block together to obtain the three-material composite welding plate hammer.
The step S2 employs a plurality of welding techniques.
The multiple welding techniques include at least a preheating step and a multiple welding step.
