本发明公开了一种养殖棚通风除臭装置,包括抽风机和除臭剂,所述抽风机抽取养殖棚内的气体,所述抽风机连接抽风管道,所述抽风管道连接导风板和风力除臭释放装置,所述风力除臭释放装置包括排水槽,所述抽风机抽出的气体通过抽风管道进入排水槽,将气体挥发中和或进行气体处理,所述的除臭剂位于养殖棚内和/或抽风机内,所述抽风机运转的同时,所述除臭剂挥发和吸入改善养殖棚内外的气体质量。本发明的养殖棚通风除臭装置结构简单,使用成本低,除臭效果明显,除臭无死角,改善环境,不仅有效杜绝了臭气排放到外界空气中从而污染空气,在排气清洁的同时还能防止畜禽疾病的传播,将养殖棚内的气体排泄物加以有效利用,肥水肥田。

本发明涉及畜牧养殖领域,具体是涉及一种用于养殖棚舍的通风排气除臭装置。
背景技术
中国一直是畜禽大国,随着人民的生活水平的提高、平衡饮食观念的建立和人口基数的不断增长,我国对于肉质食品的消费一直处于旺盛增长期,大规模畜禽养殖刺激了畜禽养殖业的繁荣发展,但是随着畜禽业的迅猛发展和集约化养殖成为目前主要养殖方式,畜禽集中养殖产生大量恶臭而污染空气环境的现象也越来越严重,现有的畜禽养殖生产中,空气质量比较差,存在气味异常,为了适应社会经济发展和产业发展方向,并解决环境污染问题,因此需要研发一种畜禽生态养殖通风除臭装置,为响应我国国务院在2013年9月出台的《大气污染防治行动计划》,畜禽业养殖亟需解决的首要问题便是对恶臭的处理。
目前,国内外主要的除臭技术有吸附法、除臭剂法、热氧化法、洗涤法、生物过滤法和氧离子基团除臭法等,国内大部分养殖场仍然沿用传统的除臭方法,如通风、喷洒等,而这些方法效率低且易造成二次污染。热氧化法、洗涤法、生物过滤法和氧离子基团除臭法成本高昂,不适合处理养殖棚内的通风除臭,本发明抽风和除臭剂相结合使用,尤为适合处理畜禽养殖场散发出来的臭气,畜禽粪便产生的恶臭,臭气成份复杂,主要是氨、含硫化合物、胺类和一些低级脂肪酸类等化学物质,此类物质可以作为有机肥料播散在农田,循环利用。
本发明养殖棚通风除臭装置结构简单,使用成本低,除臭效果明显,除臭无死角,改善环境,不仅有效杜绝了臭气排放到外界空气中从而污染空气,在排气清洁的同时还能防止畜禽疾病的传播,将养殖棚内的气体排泄物加以有效利用,肥水肥田。

本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种养殖棚通风除臭装置,除臭效果明显,改善环境,不仅有效杜绝了臭气排放到外界空气中从而污染空气,在排气清洁的同时还能防止畜禽疾病的传播,改善养殖棚内的环境。

一种养殖棚通风除臭装置,包括抽风机(1)和除臭剂(2),所述的除臭剂(2)位于养殖棚(3)内和/或抽风机(1)内,所述抽风机(1)连通养殖棚(3)内空气和棚外空气,所述抽风机(1)出风回路通过导风板(6)吸取养殖棚(3)内的污秽气体,通过抽风管道(4)连接风力除臭释放装置(5),所述风力除臭释放装置(5)包括排水槽(7),所述抽风机(1)从养殖棚(3)内抽出的气体通过抽风管道(4)进入排水槽(7),将气体中挥发性异味气体处理后,排出棚外,所述抽风机(1)进风回路入口处设置有除臭剂存放仓(8)和除臭剂存量报警装置(9),吸入的棚外空气途径除臭剂存放仓(8),促进除臭剂(2)挥发和渗透改善养殖棚(3)内的气体质量,所述抽风机(1)和/或养殖棚(3)内也设置有除臭剂存放仓(8)和除臭剂存量报警装置(9)。
进一步的,所述抽风机(1)位于养殖棚(3)外,所述抽风机(1)内设置有除臭剂(2),所述抽风机(1)通过负压将空气抽出养殖棚(3),所述抽风机(1)产生负压的同时,所述除臭剂(2)被吸入并散播,所述除臭剂(2)对抽风机(1)释放出的空气除臭除味。
进一步的,所述养殖棚(3)内也设置有除臭剂(2),所述养殖棚(3)内除臭剂(2)设置有1个或1个以上。
进一步的,所述除臭剂存量报警装置(9)连接除臭剂存放仓(8)。
进一步的,所述除臭剂存放仓(8)存储除臭剂(2),所述除臭剂存放仓(8)设置有刻度标识,所述除臭剂存量报警装置(9)包括液位传感器或光线传感器或重力传感器和警报器,所述除臭剂存量报警装置(9)监控除臭剂(2)的存放量,当除臭剂存放仓(8)存放量低于一定的刻度标识或重量设定值时,除臭剂存量报警装置(9)通过警报器报警。
进一步的,所述抽风机(1)的数量为2个或2个以上;或所述排水槽(7)内设置有细黄链霉菌。
进一步的,所述除臭剂(2)包括醋酸、硫酸铜、沸石、土霉素、绿矾、脲酶、双氧水、硫酸亚铁、氯化钙、磷酸氢钙或高锰酸钾中的一种或一种以上。
进一步的,所述导风板(6)位于养殖棚(3)内,所述导风板(6)包括风向标识和控制风向流速的控制器,所述导风板(6)控制风的流向,使风力在指定位置按照指定模式排出到抽风管道(4)中。
进一步的,所述抽风管道(4)内设置有含水布层或湿润网纱或水幕,所述的含水布层或网纱或水幕为多层或多个。
进一步的,所述气体后处理包括将抽风机(1)的气体排泄物收集进入收集管道,通过收集管道发酵或喷水,使气体氧化分解为二氧化碳和水或作为肥水或有机肥料使用。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.改善环境;
2.除臭效果明显,除臭无死角,降低养殖棚内的气味;
3.有效杜绝了臭气排放到外界空气中从而污染空气,在排气清洁的同时还能防止畜禽疾病的传播;
4.将养殖棚内的气体排泄物加以有效利用,肥水肥田。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述:
参照图1所示,一种养殖棚通风除臭装置,包括抽风机1和除臭剂2,所述的除臭剂2位于养殖棚3内和/或抽风机1内,所述抽风机1连通养殖棚3内空气和棚外空气,所述抽风机1出风回路通过导风板6吸取养殖棚3内的污秽气体,通过抽风管道4连接风力除臭释放装置5,所述风力除臭释放装置5包括排水槽7,所述抽风机1从养殖棚3内抽出的气体通过抽风管道4进入排水槽7,将气体中挥发性异味气体处理后,排出棚外,所述抽风机1进风回路入口处设置有除臭剂存放仓8和除臭剂存量报警装置9,吸入的棚外空气途径除臭剂存放仓8,促进除臭剂2挥发和渗透改善养殖棚3内的气体质量,所述抽风机1和/或养殖棚3内也设置有除臭剂存放仓8和除臭剂存量报警装置9。
进一步的,所述抽风机1位于养殖棚3外,所述抽风机1内设置有除臭剂2,所述抽风机1通过负压将空气抽出养殖棚3,所述抽风机1产生负压的同时,所述除臭剂2被吸入并散播,所述除臭剂2对抽风机1释放出的空气除臭除味。
进一步的,所述养殖棚3内也设置有除臭剂2,所述养殖棚3内除臭剂2设置有1个或1个以上。
进一步的,所述除臭剂存量报警装置9连接除臭剂存放仓8。
进一步的,所述除臭剂存放仓8存储除臭剂2,所述除臭剂存放仓8设置有刻度标识,所述除臭剂存量报警装置9包括液位传感器或光线传感器或重力传感器和警报器,所述除臭剂存量报警装置9监控除臭剂2的存放量,当除臭剂存放仓8存放量低于一定的刻度标识或重量设定值时,除臭剂存量报警装置9通过警报器报警。
进一步的,所述抽风机1的数量为2个或2个以上;或所述排水槽7内设置有细黄链霉菌。

具体实施例
用户使用本发明,一种养殖棚通风除臭装置,包括抽风机1和除臭剂2,抽风机1连接养殖棚3,抽风机1抽取养殖棚3内的气体,除臭剂2位于养殖棚3内和/或抽风机1内,抽风机1通过抽风管道4连接导风板6和风力除臭释放装置5,风力除臭释放装置5包括排水槽7,抽风机1从养殖棚3内抽出的气体通过抽风管道4进入排水槽7,将气体挥发中和或进行气体后处理,抽风机1运转的同时,除臭剂2挥发和吸入改善养殖棚3内外的气体质量。

1.一种养殖棚通风除臭装置,包括抽风机(1)和除臭剂(2),其特征在于:所述的除臭剂(2)位于养殖棚(3)内和/或抽风机(1)内,所述抽风机(1)连通养殖棚(3)内空气和棚外空气,所述抽风机(1)出风回路通过导风板(6)吸取养殖棚(3)内的污秽气体,通过抽风管道(4)连接风力除臭释放装置(5),所述风力除臭释放装置(5)包括排水槽(7),所述抽风机(1)从养殖棚(3)内抽出的气体通过抽风管道(4)进入排水槽(7),将气体中挥发性异味气体处理后,排出棚外,所述抽风机(1)进风回路入口处设置有除臭剂存放仓(8)和除臭剂存量报警装置(9),吸入的棚外空气途径除臭剂存放仓(8),促进除臭剂(2)挥发和渗透改善养殖棚(3)内的气体质量,所述抽风机(1)和/或养殖棚(3)内也设置有除臭剂存放仓(8)和除臭剂存量报警装置(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种养殖棚内通风除臭装置,其特征在于:所述抽风机(1)位于养殖棚(3)外,所述抽风机(1)内设置有除臭剂(2),所述抽风机(1)通过负压将空气抽出养殖棚(3),所述抽风机(1)产生负压的同时,所述除臭剂(2)被吸入并散播,所述除臭剂(2)对抽风机(1)释放出的空气除臭除味。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种养殖棚内通风除臭装置,其特征在于:所述养殖棚(3)内也设置有除臭剂(2),所述养殖棚(3)内除臭剂(2)设置有1个或1个以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种养殖棚内通风除臭装置,其特征在于:所述除臭剂存量报警装置(9)连接除臭剂存放仓(8)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种养殖棚内通风除臭装置,其特征在于:所述除臭剂存放仓(8)存储除臭剂(2),所述除臭剂存放仓(8)设置有刻度标识,所述除臭剂存量报警装置(9)包括液位传感器或光线传感器或重力传感器和警报器,所述除臭剂存量报警装置(9)监控除臭剂(2)的存放量,当除臭剂存放仓(8)存放量低于一定的刻度标识或重量设定值时,除臭剂存量报警装置(9)通过警报器报警。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种养殖棚内通风除臭装置,其特征在于:所述抽风机(1)的数量为2个或2个以上;或所述排水槽(7)内设置有细黄链霉菌。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种养殖棚内通风除臭装置,其特征在于:所述除臭剂(2)包括醋酸、硫酸铜、沸石、土霉素、绿矾、脲酶、双氧水、硫酸亚铁、氯化钙、磷酸氢钙或高锰酸钾中的一种或一种以上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种养殖棚内通风除臭装置,其特征在于:所述导风板(6)位于养殖棚(3)内,所述导风板(6)包括风向标识和控制风向流速的控制器,所述导风板(6)控制风的流向,使风力在指定位置按照指定模式排出到抽风管道(4)中。
