本发明公布一种用于临床妇产科手术中经阴道精确测量的经阴道置入式测量仪,属于医疗器具技术领域。包括圆柱体和固定在圆柱体尾端的手柄;所述圆柱体外圆柱面从前端向后依次布置有多个环形发光带;所述手柄上设置有用于控制环形发光带的开关。相邻的所述环形发光带之间相隔1cm。环形发光带共有四个,相互并联连接;在环形发光带与开关之间设有分段器。本发明能在术中精确的标记病灶切除范围,提高手术操作的精准性,有效的减轻患者的痛苦病并改善预后。

经阴道置入式测量仪
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器具技术领域,具体是一种用于临床妇产科手术中经阴道精确测量的经阴道置入式测量仪。
背景技术
21世纪,以生物医学、器官移植与微创治疗为标志的革命性变革正在日新月异地创造着现代医学的格局,改变着临床医疗的思维方法与传统模式。微创理念、微创技术与微创治疗已经广泛融入了临床医疗的各个领域。妇科临床以腹腔镜为代表的微创手术正如雨后春笋般展开。
今天腹腔镜手术作为一种微创化的手术方式,具有创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短等优点,妇科手术微创化已成临床常态,90%以上的妇科手术可经内镜实施 。与传统开放性手术相比,腹腔镜手术通过微型长杆器械延伸了临床医师手臂的操作范围,借助镜体的放大作用清楚辨认解剖层次与血管分布,减少术中出血与邻近脏器损伤;微小的腹壁切口和密闭的手术内环境使手术视野清晰、出血少、恢复快。腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术充分体现了微创化,规范化的治疗理念,符合肿瘤外科治疗的发展趋势。在肿瘤手术过程中建立无瘤观念及操作过程,是决定肿瘤根治手术成败的关键,它与无菌观念同等重要。
迄今的研究结果显示,早期宫颈癌手术治疗不但可以减少患者的死亡率及肿瘤复发的机会,也可显著提高患者术后的生活质量,特别是与单纯根治性放疗比较时,在晚期并发症方面优势更为明显。因此,手术治疗仍是目前早期宫颈癌的首选治疗方式,随着腹腔镜技术的提高,腹腔镜用于宫颈癌的手术分期和治疗,具有分期准确、创伤小、输血少、恢复快、术后并发症少等优点。阴道是紧邻宫颈的器官,在手术操作中根据病情需要,往往要切除阴道中上端1/3-1/2或者病灶外3.5cm,达到手术治疗的效果。但是由于术中我们缺乏专门的测量工具,往往切除的标本较实际有偏差。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种经阴道置入式测量仪,能在术中精确的标记病灶切除范围,提高手术操作的精准性,有效的减轻患者的痛苦病并改善预后。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种经阴道置入式测量仪,包括圆柱体和固定在圆柱体尾端的手柄;所述圆柱体外圆柱面从前端向后依次布置有多个环形发光带;所述手柄上设置有用于控制环形发光带的开关。
其进一步是:相邻的所述环形发光带之间相隔1cm。
所述圆柱体和手柄采用陶瓷材质一次成型;圆柱体长7cm。
所述圆柱体前端面是向内凹的球形面,球形面直径4cm。
所述手柄内安装有向环形发光带供电的可充电电源;手柄尾端装有与可充电电源连接的充电接口。
所述环形发光带共有四个,相互并联连接;在环形发光带与开关之间设有分段器。
圆柱体和手柄是由陶瓷材质制作的整体式外壳,使用过程中绝缘,手柄长12cm,圆柱体长7cm;圆柱体端部弧形凹面,直径4cm,可以很好的托住宫颈,使测量更精确;环形发光带每隔一厘米设置一条,通过手柄开关控制手柄尾端装有充电接口,接DC充电座,可反复充电使用。环形发光带可以标记组织切除范围,然后根据手术需要切出预计的范围,提高手术操作的精准性。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:能在术中精确的标记病灶切除范围,提高手术操作的精准性,有效的减轻患者的痛苦病并改善预后。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的一个具体实施例,现结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例一
如图1所示,一种经阴道置入式测量仪,包括圆柱体1和固定在圆柱体1尾端的手柄2;手柄长12cm,圆柱体长7cm,圆柱体和手柄是由陶瓷材质制作的整体式外壳,保证使用过程中绝缘;圆柱体1前端面是向内凹的球形面,球形面直径4cm,使用时,可以很好的托住宫颈,使测量更精确;圆柱体1外圆柱面从前端向后依次布置有4个环形发光带3,相邻环形发光带3之间相隔1cm,最前端环形发光带3距离圆柱体1最前端1cm;圆柱体1上开设用于安装环形发光带3的沉槽,以提高环形发光带3的聚光性,环形发光带3发出的环形光可以标记组织切除范围,然后根据手术需要切出预计的范围,提高手术操作的精准性;手柄2内安装有向环形发光带3供电的可充电电源5;手柄2上设置有用于控制环形发光带3的开关4;手柄2尾端装有与可充电电源5连接的充电接口,充电接口可以接DC充电座,可反复充电使用。
如图2所示,4个环形发光带3相互并联连接,在环形发光带3与开关4之间设有分段器6,以保护电路的安全性。
实施例二
一种经阴道置入式测量仪,包括圆柱体1和固定在圆柱体1尾端的手柄2;手柄长14cm,圆柱体长8cm,圆柱体和手柄是由陶瓷材质制作的整体式外壳,保证使用过程中绝缘;圆柱体1前端面是向内凹的球形面,球形面直径4cm,使用时,可以很好的托住宫颈,使测量更精确;圆柱体1外圆柱面从前端向后依次布置有5个环形发光带3,相邻环形发光带3之间相隔1cm,最前端环形发光带3距离圆柱体1最前端1cm;圆柱体1上开设用于安装环形发光带3的沉槽,以提高环形发光带3的聚光性,环形发光带3发出的环形光可以标记组织切除范围,然后根据手术需要切出预计的范围,提高手术操作的精准性。5个环形发光带3相互并联连接,手柄2上设置有一个用于控制所用环形发光带3的总的开关4;在5个环形发光带3前面还设有一个滑动开关,滑动开关可以从前往后,依次打开各个环形发光带3。手柄2内安装有向环形发光带3供电的可充电电源5;手柄2尾端装有与可充电电源5连接的充电接口,充电接口可以接DC充电座,可反复充电使用。

1.一种经阴道置入式测量仪,其特征在于:包括圆柱体(1)和固定在圆柱体(1)尾端的手柄(2);所述圆柱体(1)外圆柱面从前端向后依次布置有多个环形发光带(3);所述手柄(2)上设置有用于控制环形发光带(3)的开关(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的经阴道置入式测量仪,其特征在于:相邻的所述环形发光带(3)之间相隔1cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的经阴道置入式测量仪,其特征在于:所述圆柱体(1)和手柄(2)采用陶瓷材质一次成型;圆柱体(1)长7cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的经阴道置入式测量仪,其特征在于:所述圆柱体(1)前端面是向内凹的球形面,球形面直径4cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的经阴道置入式测量仪,其特征在于:所述手柄(2)内安装有向环形发光带(3)供电的可充电电源(5);手柄(2)尾端装有与可充电电源(5)连接的充电接口。
