Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the switch box 100 of the present invention includes a housing 10, a switch 20 accommodated in the housing 10, a handle 30 pivotally mounted on the housing 10, a button 40, and a spring 50 disposed between the handle 30 and the button 40. The button 40 is pivotally mounted to the handle 30 by the spring 50.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the housing 10 includes a first housing 11 abutting the handle 30 and a second housing 12 abutting the button 40. The second housing 12 is provided with a recess 121, and the periphery of the button 40 is provided with a protrusion 41 that mates with the recess 121. While in the present embodiment the recess 121 is provided on the second housing 12 and the protrusion 41 is provided on the button 40, in other embodiments the recess 121 may be provided on the button 40 and the protrusion 41 may be provided on the second housing 12. Referring to fig. 6, the handle 30 is pivotally mounted on the housing 10, and has a slot 31 into which one end of the spring 50 is engaged.
Referring to fig. 5 in conjunction with fig. 2 and 3, the button 40 is pivotally mounted on the handle 30 by the spring 50, and has a holding portion 42 protruding outwards from one side thereof, and the holding portion 42 holds the switch 20. The button 40 is further provided with a catching groove 43 into which one end of the spring 50 is caught. The spring 50 is pre-twisted by an angle, and both ends thereof are respectively engaged with the locking groove 31 and the locking groove 43.
Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 2 and 3, the button 40 is provided with a first positioning portion 44, and the handle 30 is provided with a second positioning portion 32 cooperating with the first positioning portion 44. In the present embodiment, the first positioning portion 44 is a positioning groove, and the second positioning portion 32 is a positioning block, but in other embodiments, the first positioning portion 44 may be a positioning block, and the second positioning portion 32 may be a positioning groove.
When using the switch case 100 of the present invention, the button 40 is first pressed, at which time the spring 50 is compressed, the button 40 moves in the direction in which the spring 50 is compressed, the protrusion 41 is disengaged from the groove 121, and the first positioning portion 44 and the second positioning portion 32 are engaged, so that the button 40 and the handle 30 are fixed together. At this time, the knob 30 is rotated, the button 40 is rotated together with the knob 30, and the abutting portion 42 abuts against the switch 20, thereby opening the switch 20.
