本发明属于一种用于扫描设备的多功能扫描辅助工具。
背景技术
扫描工作是在日常工程管理中进行特别多的一项工作，尤其是在信息化系统上传文件的时候，有太多的文件需要工作人扫描并分类上传。当文件比较多的时候，就容易错误，这时候就需要往前查看，影响工作效率。扫描完成后还需要对文件进行合并、分类，是一项既费时又费力且繁琐的工作。
因此，开发一种可减少工作人员在PC端的操作、只需在扫描仪上更换文件即可、且可以根据需要分类保存、操作简单、稳定性好、能显著提高工作效率的多功能扫描辅助工具，是当前亟待解决的问题。

本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述缺陷，提供一种可减少工作人员在PC端的操作、只需在扫描仪上更换文件即可、且可以根据需要分类保存、操作简单、稳定性好、能显著提高工作效率的多功能扫描辅助工具。
为解决上述问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：
多功能扫描辅助工具，其特征在于：包括扫描仪器和控制器，控制器中安装有扫描辅助程序；
扫描辅助程序的工作步骤如下：
(1)利用控制器进行控制扫描仪程序中的扫描按钮，然后点击一下，设置好扫描程序运行及更换文件所需时间；
(2)控制器控制扫描按钮进行下次扫描，再次设置等待时间；
(3)继续重复第二步骤工作，一直循环即可；
(4)退出并保存。
作为一种优化的技术方案，所述扫描辅助程序中包括：
启动程序：自动启动扫描程序至扫描界面；
单页扫描存储：每次扫描一页就进行存储，可以循环扫描；
重复单页扫描：扫描完最后一页后存储，可以循环扫描；

启动程序：自动启动扫描程序至扫描界面。
单页扫描存储：每次扫描一页就进行存储，可以循环扫描。
重复单页扫描：扫描完最后一页后存储，可以循环扫描。
