Abstract
本发明实施例提供一种选取信道的方法及发送端,方法包括:对多个信道进行排序,并且,生成退避计数值;从初始时隙开始,在每个时隙内,按照所述信道的排序顺序,并且根据每个所述信道的忙闲状态依次对所述退避计数值进行自减,直到所述退避计数值为0;根据对所述退避计数值进行自减的结果以及所述多个信道中至少一个的忙闲状态,在所述多个信道中选取发送端发送数据所使用的信道。该方法和发送端能够提高信道利用率。
