Abstract
The invention relates to a DMX system for recovering RDM states in real time. The system comprises a DMX512 control system, an RDM remote management system and a plurality of LED display systems; the LED display system comprises a first LED display device, a second LED display device, a third LED display device, a fourth LED display device and a fifth LED display device which are sequentially connected in series; the DMX512 control system is connected with the RDM remote management system; the status command transmitting back end of the RDM remote management system is connected with the first LED display device, and the status data transmitting back end of the nth LED display device is connected with the status data transmitting back end of the RDM remote management system. The method mainly solves the technical problem that an operator in the existing DMX512 control system cannot know any components of an application system and the running state information of controlled equipment in real time through the control equipment, can recycle the state data in real time in the DMX512 idle time without suspending or stopping the original display system, does not influence the normal running of the existing equipment, greatly simplifies the original state recycling process, and enables later maintenance to be faster and more effective.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a DMX system, in particular to a DMX system for recovering RDM states in real time.
Background
Currently, in a professional dimming control application system, we generally transmit digitized dimming control data according to the DMX512 protocol to implement dimming control. The DMX512 protocol is a technical standard for asynchronous serial transmission of digital control data in a system for controlling lighting equipment and accessories, and mainly comprises a physical platform for implementing control data transmission, electrical characteristics of a signal interface, signal timing on a system data bus, a data packet format and the like. In a dimming control application system built according to the DMX512 protocol, the direction of the signal flow on the control data transmission bus is determined, i.e. the control data is always sent from the control device, transmitted unidirectionally via the data bus to the respective controlled device. The control device ensures the real-time performance and the correctness of the control data by continuously and repeatedly transmitting the control data. Since the technical standard does not explicitly define the inverse transmission of information, the operator cannot know any composition of the application system and the operating state information of the controlled device through the control device itself. In order to allow an operator to know information about an application system through the control device itself, technical standards for RDM (remote device management) have been developed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a DMX system for recovering RDM states in real time, which mainly solves the technical problem that an operator in the existing DMX512 control system cannot know any composition of an application system and operation state information of controlled equipment in real time through control equipment, can recover state data in real time in the idle time of the DMX512 without suspending or stopping an original display system, does not influence normal operation of the existing equipment, greatly simplifies the recovery process of the original states, and ensures that later maintenance is faster and more effective.
The present invention has been made in order to achieve the above object.
A DMX system for real-time recovery of RDM status, characterized by: the system comprises a DMX512 control system, an RDM remote management system and a plurality of LED display systems; the LED display system comprises a first LED display device, a second LED display device, a third LED display device, a fourth LED display device and a fifth LED display device which are sequentially connected in series; the DMX512 control system is connected with the RDM remote management system; the status command transmitting back end of the RDM remote management system is connected with the first LED display device, and the status data transmitting back end of the nth LED display device is connected with the status data transmitting back end of the RDM remote management system.
The DMX system for recovering the RDM state in real time is characterized in that: the RDM remote management system comprises an RDM information receiving module and an RDM command sending module; wherein: the RDM command sending module is respectively connected with a command sending end of the DMX512 control system and connected with the first LED display device through a bus, and the RDM information receiving module is respectively connected with a state data receiving end of the DMX512 control system and connected with the nth LED display device through a bus.
The DMX system for recovering the RDM state in real time is characterized in that: the LED display devices in the LED display system comprise an information display module and a state acquisition module, are sequentially connected in series with the state acquisition module, and are respectively connected with an RDM information receiving module and an RDM command transmitting module of the RDM remote management system.
The invention has the following characteristics:
(1) The DMX system for recovering the RDM state in real time is divided into three subsystems, namely a DMX512 control system, an RDM remote management system and an LED display system, and linkage control among the three subsystems is realized.
(2) The RDM remote management system is controlled by the DMX512 control system in the whole course without artificial intervention.
(3) The RDM remote management system transmits the acquired real-time equipment state data to the DMX512 control system in a bus mode.
(4) And the LED display system transmits real-time equipment state information back to the RDM remote management system in a bus mode according to the control command issued by the RDM remote management system.
The DMX system for recovering the RDM state in real time has the following advantages:
1. the state acquisition accuracy rate of the LED display equipment is high, and the running condition of the LED display equipment can be reflected in real time.
2. The real-time performance and the accuracy of the transmission are high, the acquired information such as the running state of the LED display equipment can be accurately and rapidly transmitted to the RDM remote management system, and the maintenance of the LED display equipment can be controlled.
3. The state information and the warning information of the LED display equipment in real time can be used for reminding a user of the equipment, the running state of the equipment and the possible problems in the follow-up process, the possible or upcoming problems can be early warned in advance, the repairing can be carried out in advance, and the occurrence rate of faults of the LED display equipment is reduced.
4. The system has strong compatibility with the original independent DMX512 control system, is convenient for the improvement and the upgrade of the original independent DMX512 control system, has high system reliability and is convenient for installation and maintenance.
5. And the automatic operation is performed without personnel intervention, so that human resources are saved.

Detailed Description
Please refer to fig. 1, which shows a DMX system for recovering RDM status in real time according to the present invention. As shown in the figure: the system comprises a DMX512 control system 1, an RDM remote management system 2 and a plurality of LED display systems 3; the LED display system 3 includes a first LED display device to an nth LED display device connected in series in order; the DMX512 control system 1 is connected with the RDM remote management system 2; the status command transmitting back end of the RDM remote management system 2 is connected with the first LED display device, and the status data transmitting back end of the nth LED display device is connected with the status data transmitting back end of the RDM remote management system 2.
The RDM remote management system 2 comprises an RDM information receiving module and an RDM command sending module; wherein: the RDM command sending module is respectively connected with a command sending end of the DMX512 control system 1 and connected with the first LED display device through a bus, and the RDM information receiving module is respectively connected with a state data receiving end of the DMX512 control system 1 and connected with the nth LED display device through a bus.
Wherein: the DMX512 control system 1 is configured to control when the RDM remote management system 2 sends an RDM control command and when RDM status reclamation information is returned. The DMX512 control system consists of a 485 communication module, a data bus module, a DMX512 data control module and the like.
The RDM remote management system 2 comprises an RDM information receiving module and an RDM command transmitting module, wherein the RDM command transmitting module transmits a state real-time acquisition command to the first LED display device after receiving an acquisition control signal transmitted by the DMX512 control system 1, and transmits the state real-time acquisition command in a bus mode. The RDM information receiving module receives the real-time state information transmitted back by the nth LED display device, packages the information, and sends the packaged real-time state information of the equipment to the DMX512 control system 1 after the DMX512 control system 1 sends a collecting back signal.
The LED display system comprises an information display module and a state acquisition module, wherein after receiving a state recovery command of the RDM remote management system, the state acquisition module carries out feedback on acquired state data in a bus transmission mode.
After receiving the RDM command sent by the RDM remote management system 2, the LED display system 3 organizes real-time equipment state information after self-checking and transmits the information back to the RDM remote management system 2, so that normal display of the existing equipment is not interfered and influenced.

the RDM remote management system (2) comprises an RDM information receiving module and an RDM command sending module; wherein: the RDM command sending module is respectively connected with a command sending end of the DMX512 control system (1) and connected with the first LED display device through a bus, and the RDM information receiving module is respectively connected with a state data receiving end of the DMX512 control system (1) and connected with the nth LED display device through a bus; the RDM information receiving module receives real-time state information transmitted back by the nth LED display device, packages the information, and sends the packaged real-time state information of the equipment to the DMX512 control system (1) after the DMX512 control system (1) sends a return acquisition signal;
the LED display devices in the LED display system (3) comprise an information display module and a state acquisition module, are sequentially connected in series with the state acquisition module, and are respectively connected with an RDM information receiving module and an RDM command transmitting module of the RDM remote management system (2);
the state data is recovered in real time in the idle time of the DMX512 control system (1) without suspending or stopping the LED display system (3), so that the normal operation of the existing equipment is not affected.
